Description

Machine has always worked well for me. I live in a place where many red clay mud. I have a dog to go outside in the rain and snow. You get the picture. I still gardening and many sips of red mud onto my gardening shoes. R sold to all the challenges, I haven 't found a better machine to take charge of mud on my rug. R sold though I 'ma super klutz, I have no problem Assembling, use, filling, emptying, or otherwise caring for the machine.

We have a big house and two children. I 'd estimate that we are using our steam cleaner about 4-8 hours per month. This is our third steam cleaner. In the past two years has been to the store twice before losing power brushes tonight. When it was working, they performed well and was easy to use. A disadvantage however is the water tank falls off easily and the loss of hand tools (at least ours). I would not recommend this model.

We bought two of these cleaning products. The water tank has broken twice in some applications. After the first broke, it was a tank replacement at Sears. Since I didn 't sell a replacement tank, buy a new cleaner. Well, just when you need to use the new cleaner, we learned of the tank on the second unit is broken. Needless to say we are very frustrated.

I am currently on my 3rd unit in less than two years, which is why this unit gets three stars instead of 4 or 5 Based on other reviews I got an extended warranty for which I am very grateful. I recommend this unit as it cleans better than any other out there, but have the extended warranty. Months be sure to read the warranty, you may find that the unit is sent away for repair, and can not be without a shampoo for 2! I had to make a fuss and finally a great substitute.
