This is advertised as a "HOOVER " 40112050 Floormate Filter. R rHowever as it is delivered ... SURPRISE! You will find that is a generic after-market filter that is "Designed to fit Hoover Floormate . r rit is NOT a filter Hoover as advertised. R rVery disappointed that Amazon would allow this false advertising!

It is not as good as the current one from the company. The material filtered through water does not filter correctly and allows excessive water to go through it. I 'm it ' s material is not absorbent and therefore will not trap dirt and water as it should. I don 't think I ' ll buy it next time but get it directly from Hoover Hoover or certified products. This is a common.

Thanks goodness that Amazon.com give us access to other sellers. Some items like this Hoover FloorMate filter are hard to find locally. It was great to be able to order this filter, and then receive it for a good price in a timely manner too. Thanks!

The product I ordered is a filter for my partner FLOOT. The product arrives on schedule by the seller. The product is exactly what I ordered and functioning properly.

I thought the machine was completed, as was the aspiration of a sudden does not collect all the water and the soil does not seem to come more clean as it should. Taking the hint from an Earlier reviewer, I replace my original (two-year old) filter, and wow, what a Difference in suction. It Return The suction to the original level, Leaving the floor Almost Completely dry after-one pass. I 'll Regularly replace the filter from now on!

I got a couple cheaper ones off Ebay for $ 10 and two Gave one to a neighbor. It was my bad floormate leaked a lot. turn off machine and dirty water leaked all over. I know floormates leak Was this a tad But why use it like leaking. R rI ordered this filter and the sucking power is back making the machine act like it is brand new. I Waited too long to replace the filter for my Hoover floormat. I didn 't realize what a Difference it would make in the performance of the water pick up function. R rif owners floormat There Are Out There Who ' ve notice a decline in the water pick up function, try Replacing the filter .

The filters arrived very quickly. It was bigger than the original and had to maneuver in. I 'm not sure if it was an original piece or a after market share. It works the same way, I m 'quite happy.

I would highly recommend the Hoover Floormate changing your filter at least once a year. The Floormate works sooo much better after replacing the filter! I couldn 't belive them would make that much of a difference!

The filter for my Hoover Floormate was getting dirtier and dirtier. I had wash them many times but it was time to get a new one. Imagine my surprise that the stores did not carry that particular filter. After numerous phone calls I decided to check the net. I found them here at Amazon, great price, fast service! What can I say - You Must Have to make the engine work. Rinse well, need time to dry. Buy a Home Depot is cheaper ....
