Let me first start by saying this is not the leaf blower. Title says "Cordless Electric Broom Hard Surface Sweeper " and for doing an excellent job. R RA sole cost seems to last 10-15 minutes which is sufficient to blow all the little things that fall from the trees in spring. This is great for fast job sweeping sidewalks, porches and decks. It is faster than using a broom or blower exit corded. It is far more powerful than corded or gas-powered blower that works well. It is strong enough to blow the seed pods and leaves of the foundation stones of strange, but not so strong to move so that the stones.

blower is not as strong as my other B and D SAME MODEL. Unit and charger Can not be hung on the wall. Need to find shelf space for both.older model was hung on the charger attached to wall

I received this cordless blower as a Christmas gift and all that 's as advertised - with the exception of battery life. After the initial charge of 8 hours, I was fired and ready to use my new toy cleaning. When it started dying after 10 minutes of use, I called B & D and online customer service representative told me (somewhat sheepishly) This specification of the plant is 12 minutes of battery fully charged Pls. This obviously D & B doesn "t mean amount of advertising, but they want n 'hide it either. Ergo, caveat emptor. 3 hours charge for 10 minutes of full utilization is very frustrating, especially because he Pls 's excellent product it ' s in use.

Great for what is made to do. Corded I have a Toro blower for the driveway, but this is perfect for the deck. And it shares batteries with the B & D trimmer. Good weight and balance. Too bad a good product has to be named American made in China.

Love the portability. No worries with cord. I'll buy a second for my condo in Palm Desert.

Bought it to blow out the garage without the need to fire up an engine or drag out the cord. Works exactly as advertised. Light weight and rechargeable. Nice.

If you don 't need a voice of power, and don ' t need long life is good car. I would say the last 10 minutes and 20 minutes at full power or half power 'their dead.

I bought this thing expecting to blow debris around my small group. The battery will only run 5-7 minutes on a full charge. Don 't buy it.

I bought this B & D because I grew tired of using my plug-in electric version. Let's face's, it drags sa 'to pull out the extension only 60 meters to sweep some dust and leaves off the patio. I used this stolen 4 times and find it missing from debri wind speed of light to pass garage floor and the outdoor terrace. I expected to be near the power plug fan my Toro 's low speed, but it is not. I can turn the garage in less than 60 seconds with the electric fan, but the wireless one takes several minutes and when the effort agravating use something better. I bought it for the convenience of not having to plug and close the cable. I have bought four gifts for the past few years. My only regret is Black and Decker stopped putting two batteries in and now there have only one. RThis is an amazing tool. Is it not intended for blowing leaves over a dozen oak etc, But if you Have clippings from mowing, many walks, patios, pool areas and more, this is the perfect tool. If you have a large yard, pool etc.., May want to invest in a 2nd battery.

The fan works OK for very light things, but the duration getting shorter and shorter. I 've had me for a few years now, and the only salvation is, it came with two batteries. I get about five minutes of a fee now if I 'm lucky. R RSO yes ..... This is more or less a toy for adults ..... weak and cheap. Replacement batteries are grossly overpriced, given the performance they offer. . . They are awesome about $ 10.

I bought this leaf blower with two battery packs. I thought it was powerful enough to remove dirt, leaves, etc on my sidewalk, driveway, etc.. R Complaint Remy is the battery only lasts about 10 minutes and can take hours to recharge to a full day. It works reasonably well, and the adjustment of the battery with family B & D 's wireless devices to office is convenient, but the output is a little weak. So if you need a heavy duty fan, you might want to get a wired model, but the light sweeping this one works fine.

This vacuum is well made for its price, and did a great job. This is not a leaf blower, and is not marketed as suitable for this purpose. R RIT does a great job of sweeping the garage and grass clipping off the driveway, cleaning gutters, and blowing snow and water on the door jambs and the grid after the car wash . R ri Mostly actually bought this for the battery. A new battery for my B & D Cordless 6 "chainsaw is $ 40, and Sweeper is only $ 50 as a refurb from CPO Black & Decker. Figure for $ 10, might as well get the brush with the battery and charger. R RTO my surprise, Came Sweeper with two batteries, so I now have a total of three (supplied with the saw only one battery, and the Prophet that empties quickly). This is Exactly what i was looking for. Does the job well. Some not very loud like leaf blowers can be. R personal with brown But by No Means a discouragement for purchasing: May Have Been at my not reading the product details beforehand But That Was a little bummed Requires the unit charging the battery to be removed and Placed in a separate charging dock (included ). i guess i was Expecting a cord to plug in to the right and blower Itself charge as i Used To Have That one did this and it seemed Easier Than HAVING to remove the battery. They do this now i guess Since the battery can fit into other Black & Decker products I know it 'sa nice feature in that regard ".

Unfortunately it doesn 't come with an extra battery anymore ... whats with that?! I 've owned this now for two years and its never let me down. (It was a great deal back then for sixty bucks on sale at walmart) I 've been very happy with this blower and getting the extra battery was definitely the deal clincher. I would Have to reconsider now that it only comes with one. Ri 've read where some people had problems with their batteries but I Haven ' t. The blower, batteries and chargers Have always been stored indoors in our lives laundry room. Never outside and not in the garage where the temps fluctuate so maybe that 's made a difference. After 2yrs I Haven 't noticed any real change in the battery life and it still works like new. RI use both batteries fully charged in the fall for leaves and are easily able to do the 12x16 back deck, the 5x20 front porch, the 6 'Concrete decking around 20x40 20x16 IG pool and outdoor cabana. I use one fully charged battery every day in the summer to clean the pool and cabana area. It 's very light weight and easy to swing back and forth. It 's so quiet my wife said it sounds like her hair dryer. The second battery is easy enough to just carry in my hand or coat pocket. I 've always kept one battery in the charger and the Other in the blower. When I 'm ready to use it I swap out the batteries. If I 'm going to need both batteries I just swap them and wait 30-45min then get started and carry the extra one with me. Like any thing else you buy, if you take care not to abuse it you 'll get years of trouble free use.

I read the comments on this one before purchasing. RLuckily operating the machine is simple because the direction sheet leaves much to be desired. It displays as many languages as a United Nations guide, succinct but all in small print, all overly directions. What you need to know is on the direction sheet but not necessarily easy to find because of a lack of clarity and organization. R rthe small pictures provided require the use of a magnifying glass. The pictures aren 't annotated with text, just numbered sequentially. R rin the Yard r rWhen one buys a yard toy he doesn 't really need, especially one that costs a hundred dollars, expectations and hopes are high. To this reviewer 's relief, Black and Decker ' s cordless trimmer Exceeds all expectations and far surpasses any preconceptions of performance and utility. Without clear directions I did have a bit of difficulty attaching the tool 's handle, but after that little chore it was all uphill. R rso far this handy trimmer has performed flawlessly from one end of Spud Acres to its brother. On one charge I trimmed the front beds, the edges of the asphalt driveway, and most of the beds in the backyard. With extra batteries for it 'sa snap to replace a spent battery with a fresh one. With the batteries included with my other Black and Decker cordless yard tools, and the Firestorm 18V battery bought recently, I have 6 batteries for the three tools. Even if a battery is attached to each tool, I still have two fresh batteries on standby on the chargers. R r rRecommendation r rThis tool easily rates five stars. It 's quieter than my other two trimmers, has more than adequate power for my needs, and is easy to maneuver. At first I thought that the pull-down edge guide was a useless gimmick, but it actually works very well. Also the automatic line-feed feature is wonderfully convenient. R rNOTES - Be sure to remove tape from the spool and the line cutter. This bit of advice is not mentioned in the directions. RI bought three spools of prewound line when I bought the trimmer, but learned from the directions that one can use bulk line to rearm an empty spool. I like the convenience of using spools ready to use.

This is a great product. It does exactly as advertised. I get about 15 minutes of power on a full charge. A lot of time to go to blow off the front, back and front side air bags and the steps deck. Easy to handle and easy.

An excellent unit that is much easier to handle than a gas-powered or cord unit. Works just like a broom but, much better. Would highly recommend.
