I have a small cleaning company, we clean homes. I have loved the mops but all that I have bought (4) have had defective handles. The extension pole have as part apart and there is no way to fix them. Right now I have them taped with duct tape. I am going to replace the handles with ones from a store, I just haven 't found yet sturdy enough ones.
