This is a very good counter brush. Rit made in the United States, of high quality materials. R rI just be a subtle kind of horse hair and a thick lacquer finish on the brush I remember years ago, but I can 't find those brushes again. R rThis brush is a good one that I bought two, and give one as a gift to a dear friend who otherwise would not 't know how to get it. R rThis Harper's first brush my brand, but I doubt it will be the last.
