I am so disappointed. After hearing so many wonderful things for the Dyson, I broke down and bought a Dyson because my 1 year of age suffer from terrible asthma. To my dismay, does not collect pet hair on carpets or area rugs Persian. When I put the Dyson on "carpet " Settings and vacuum these certain areas, has made a horrible sound that screaching fear of my son. When I put on the "hard floor " settings, there was the nose, but no removal pet hair. Unfortunately, I have to take back: (
I love the Dyson. I bought this vacuum because I was tired of buying Hoover, Eureka, etc and having them break down after a year or two. I saw the five year warranty and that alone sold me on this machine. The vacuum had been working great, but until there is a problem, you never know how good a company is. Well, I had a problem with the vacuum and braced myself to call the hotline numbner. Good news, I got a real live person after a short wait. The person was knowledgeable AND cheerful. When it was determined I needed a repair, a work order was sent to an authorized service center within two minutes that was no more than a mile from my house and it will be repaired within twenty-four hours! I can 't believe it. This is a stand up company. I am always buying Dyson.
I love innovation, and Dyson is all about improving a mature, complacent on the market in Vacuums. Our DC14 took almost a year before the plastic parts began failing. Now its trash pile, a very expensive study at the high cost of poor implementation. VERY upsetting to get burned like that, so I thought I could save your dimes. More recently I spoke to a woman about vacuum cleaning brand and recommendations - he laughed when I mentioned Dyson ( "only rich people waste money on ... "). Ouch. R RWE ve 'because that by a Hoover. Now I bought a Miele S5 series. Let 's hope it ' s my last.
Okay, maybe 's is me. Maybe I have high expectations. Perhaps I am a harsh critic, but I'll be honest with you: Buy the Dyson DC14 was a waste of hard earned $ $ $. Simply put, the Dyson is a maneuver bulky, awkward to use, tile a vacuum that doesn 't anything better or more special than the average, bagless Hoover. It 's not easy to empty, doesn ' t suck more than a Dirt Devil and doesn 't filter much better. The hose attachment is to use a royal headache. It requires understanding the coordination of trapeze artists and a doctorate in mechanical engineering. Once you slow down the process, it becomes second nature, but you will probably leave the dust bunnies on their own after the work it takes to look after them. Trust me, let them be. (It 's Lego design is a thorn in the side would mean nothing if it works as well as the Dyson hype machine) will be published. The price used and the epic-sounding verbage to describe the DC14 (All-Floors Cyclone Upright Vacuum Cleaner) to talk about almost mythic power and versatility. Well ... the description isn 't exactly a lie. The DC14 is a vacuum and it may seem so suck it n "moniker is more of a exaggeration of the truth. For me it's more talk of large advertising and Let's face it, I bought into it. I have found in the hype advertising and the elegant black box drawn on the shelf. I needed a vacuum, and it spoke to me. It convinced me to spend almost twice as much money as I intended at the time. Sun Hats by Dyson, you got me. As the owner (and allowed an idiot) I feel it 's my duty to the Dyson a little perspective. So all you interested in a vacuum out there, I probably won ' t you talk about your upcoming purchase. Like most from you, I read the glowing reviews at Amazon and elsewhere, but trust me here: The vast majority of reviews are of innocent people who convinced themselves that the vacuum all the epic things they have said, is positive. I wouldn ' t blame them either. After more than $ 300 for a vacuum cleaner, I was tempted to all it 's the best thing to ever convince suck crap from the ground. But honestly, look at the price and then Find other models on the market. R rso briefly here is my advice: r rFor everything you are looking for undecided buyers, and then compare. You can save a few regrets dollar bills (and the inevitable that comes later). R rFor Those which a gonna get no matter what, don 't worry, you convince yourself that in time the Dyson is finally something special. R rin in the end I can say in all honesty is the Dyson DC14 vacuum hair from the living room floor - like a vacuum, it will do the score for that.
Okay, normally I hate reviews that don 't review the product, I ' m writing this one anyway because I wish Had read one like this before I bought the Dyson DC07 All Floors upright (I know, different model than the one shown here, but this is a cautionary tale about Dyson warranty policies). I have to say that when the machine worked, it was great. Long story short, I had zero suction function for the floor so I called support. They put me through the paces and had me check for blockages. There were none, so they my Referred to a repair shop, stating that as long as it wasn 'ta blockage issue, it should be covered under warranty. I thought "great, I paid much more than I should have for this vacuum, but it looks like they 're standing behing their product. " Well I was wrong! About a week after dropping off my machine at the repair shop, they called and said I needed a new clutch and some engine work for a grand total of $ 180 and that it was out of warranty. I called Dyson and they politely informed me that although I 'd spent over $ 300 on one of their machines a little of 2 years ago, I would still be stuck forking over the $ 180 for repairs. Let 's see if I have this right: spend $ 180 dollars to fix a 2 year old vacuum cleaner that ' s out of warranty (so any future repairs will out of my pocket) or ditch the over-hyped brand name and Dyson buy something brand new for around the same price? I consider myself a loyal consumer for companies that appreciate their customers and stand by their product. And believe me, there are still companies out there that do - we recently Had an issue with a black and decker product, They had us bring in the old one and shipped us a brand new one! I will not be purchasing another product Dyson in this lifetime.
Finally I gave up my faithful old Kenmore a Dyson DC14. I was comparing the large DC25 to the DC14, DC14 and chose the site that had a larger container design and the ball was not 't the main features that I wanted to pay. It 's several months now and I ' m pleased to report that I am still amazed by the amount of dirt that captures this device outside the seemingly clean carpet. Sometimes I wonder if secretly devouring my carpet without my knowledge, but the suspicion Hasna 't yet proven. R Ras mentioned in the title, in general, a well-designed device with some features. I like the ability to disassemble parts of it for cleaning, and almost never have to touch the dust bunnies trapped in the carbon filter. I 'ma little disappointed with Dyson for their lack of foresight to provide better cable. Compared to Kenmore, this cable is rather weak / rubber so easy handout (feels cheap). Another thing that others had mentioned that ... rapid extraction Telescope Reach is great if that 's All You ' re used. If you have vacuum attachments from other manufacturers (such as the hair Ontel-Max Lint, removal kit), quickly find it for odd positions trying to maneuver around the attachment. Why? The scope and rigid telescope is the only place where you can attach the attachment. So if you 're in confined spaces, good luck. I download the attachment Ontel Due acrobatics. Once again, I think the lack of design considerations to Dyson 's part. R GH wouldn 't hesitate to buy the DC14 again if I had to do and I hope this little marvel continue rising in coming years. Dyson ... If You 're reading this, please improvement in the cable and / or provide a connector for accessories that can be used with their products.
I have had this Dyson vacuum cleaner for about 3 years. I was not terribly please you with its performance. What I like about it: its bagless, and the detachment of the hose extends a good distance. But don 't think that collects together very well. I have two hairy dogs and constantly have to cut off the roll of hair on end to try and improve his pickup. Moreover, there is no light in front, which isn t too big of a problem ', but I m ' used only one other blank. In general, Don 't think its worth the money.
The amount of dog hair that Came out of my carpet the first time I wore this thing was scary. I didn 't think much ground What was down there but boy was I wrong! I have 3 dogs - two of which shed much. This thing sucks all fur clothing no matter where they are at home. It 's awesome. Slightly heavy, but hey, when you back 'a woman ' s 5 "3 " most objects are difficult to handle. If you 're looking for the Rolls Royce of vacuum cleaners - that's it. Look No Further. worth every penny.
I really do not t 'want to pay so much money for something that I don t ' even want or like to do - the dust! But after trying, more and more frustrated with, and re-vacuum is more expensive, I found this under $ 400 Bed, Bath & Beyond, and they feel valued 20% off coupon. They also promised not to back trouble. So I bought it just to get me through the Christmas holidays, intends to keep shopping for something more reasonably priced. But ... wow! I ve 'decided to save it! I 've listed a few pros and cons under the R . RCons : r rHose somewhat awkward angle; store the hose bent 90 degrees angle at the junction with the Wand R. RSuction so strong that I can 't really vacuum runners matt gold bath. R rHeavy to carry up the stairs. R rDoes not come with a tool for stairs, and too heavy and bulky to vacuum the stairs themselves R. Profiles rLarge, sound does not fit under the edge of the kitchen cabinets. I had to use a hose, not a push-old head of t R. RCAN 'to the wall and expect it to pick up the debris right in the wall. Making sound, surprisingly loud. Must turn the vacuum side along the wall, or use a hose. R r rPros: r RGRE Suction; take things in place so it does not t 'even look dirty R. RHose easy to use and very easy to access ... AFTER YOU get used to it. RCanister r very easy to dump! No spilling R rMuch! Tangles are less than the pet hair vacuum bar rotates around than usual. I think this is unique because of its shape. Some are still exposed to bad, but not a lot of R. RGood Suction side. Take the stuff on other vacuum next to the wall where I 'd have to use a hose R. RNO blow back when used on tile floors. Just sucks not blow up everything around him - including pet hair R. RLong cable R. RFairly quiet for a vacuum.
Received my 14 DC they use today and immediately. it works as expected. much suction at all times, picked up the cat hair much longer (we have 4 cats) and my old vacuum cleaner than dirt, easy to use. Not as heavy as some users say. very handy in the corners, furniture and floors. ridiculously easy to empty the tank filled even if the number of times. helpful Nice long cord. the stick took a little getting used to but soon after became very handy. i 'll most likely buy the stair tool included but the tools work well for most areas. RThe only drawback is that C is not low enough to get under furniture, but with the stick, no problem. noise level is quieter than a vacuum cleaner and quite acceptable. since i 'm 67 and DC 14 operation was easy, I recommend this product very high. Problems should develop and create difficulties with the repair and / or use I will modify this review. For now, if you 's still debating on a Dyson, I say go for it!
the beater bar vibrates excessively on the DC14 That I purchased from AMAZON.com. I would LIKE TO RETURN THE ITEM! R r CHRIS F. BREFORD
I 'm still skeptical about the incredible suction power of Dysons. I used my 'at my house for a couple of weeks after my dad has now abandoned the car. Apparently the brushbar has been broken just like most of the 1-star reviewers had mentioned. So after a call extremely friendly and competent to get it fixed under warranty and in a local authorized service shop, I finally returned home to give it a test run at home. R rWith shaken my confidence that this thing is so fragile that it broke from a bare floor vacuum, I prepared for the first race from Dyson vacuum the whole house with my old vacuum first. In fact, there was a good amount of dirt and carpet fibers from the Dyson picked up. But my skepticism is that I really don 't know what my old vacuum was picking up the comparison because the old man uses a bag that I t ' see. R rit 's assuring to see that Dyson was collecting good stuff, but how much more / better? I really can t 'said. Re R proceeded to vacuum with the Dyson two days later. It picked up almost the same amount of dirt again. So what that tells me that there is more dirt to be removed. The amount of dirt picked the first time Wasn 't the result of my old vacuum doing a bad job. LEAPS R rConclusion ... Dyson - good suction power, but not necessarily empty and bounds better than my $ 80.
The first Dyson has sold about 7 yrs ago. There are two cats and Is tired to buy a new vacuum cleaner every few years so it will get the cat hair, actually. I've tried just about every brand of vacuum market. Each wimpier Than Was Last R. RI finally broke down and Investment in the Dyson. Best investment I ve 'ever made. LOVE bagless technology has a hurricane and did not land again Every time you change your vacuum bag. Anyone who cam up w / bag technology anyhow?! Someone who wants to make money from selling the bag spout may be returned THEY 'had many good R. R With the vacuum cleaner bag technology, it Is always shot in the dark, whether exploiters Is Still working. Hiding evidence of how bad they Are, No Doubt. With my Dyson, I can see see How Much is 's take, and pulled the elevator and he goes to waste w / oa dust storm R. Rmy first Dyson model STILL going strong seven years later ". I vacuum my house 2-3 times a week to stay on top of cat hair. X 52 weeks x 7 years Was a lot. Still great suction, Even Though I ve 'Always Heart It's not careful w / that and 's starting to show a visual wear - a little torn hose from the cleaning of the stairs So Much, a little nick here or there bang gold. The purpose of the damned thing STILL vacuuming and "When I bought it. I 'd like to justify buying new ones just to see the space age and fun ball Having a new tool. But I can t 'Because this one is like proverbial Timex - Are Taken Licking cleaning my house all morning and still ticking R. RThis home appliance Is The Best I ve 'ever Purchase. This is s 'like a vacuum cleaner Mac. Once you buy a Dyson, you ll 'never again.
This is one great vacuum cleaner! It 's done a great job on the floor, my carpet, stairs, tight corners - anything. When I disassemble it first, it doesn t 'even took more than fifteen minutes a little to put all the pieces together even if I'm better on the tube-thing, etc.. Could have been collected in less time. Although the body and the plastic and rubber hoses Most, Don t 'be fooled - this vacuum cleaner has Way More than Enough Strength Easy to select dust and dirt with little effort. I also like that That Comes With A Little Including tool with a very long stick that can be Used To Get Into hard to reach areas - behind furniture That Can t 'Be Easy Move crown molding or ceiling borders with you, eg. Also you can only press the bottom front of the net with your foot to get to this vacuum at an angle s That 'much more comfortable 90-degree angle Than pictured above. R cleaner rthe Requires periodic maintenance vacuum But As Long As You clean the actual filter, the dust bin and brush tool bar you should be OK. Clean Them All as often as you need to make sure the machine choose everything as effective as possible. As another reviewer notes right, make sure to dry thoroughly clean the dust bin - can clog if you don 't clean for several months. Creating a manual for cleaning instructions with pictures Giving You Rather simple and easy to understand I really appreciate it. R RI do want meat That carpet is different models with two settings: one for a low contrast, Berber-style carpet industry (Like The One I Have in several rooms in my house) and other carpet for setting higher , thicker carpets or rugs; But this is a minor quibble because so far the machine has done the job. R rin addition, the vacuum cleaner is a bit lighter, at twenty-five pounds or so should strain 't you too much. If You Have a bad back or some other concerns about the lifting of twenty-five pounds, But You May Want to keep looking for another vacuum cleaner if it would be too much for you to lift. I don 't Consider Myself To Be All That strong but I can lift it easily enough. It seems heavier Than Actually is R ri! Highly recommend this vacuum cleaner, it 's just one of the best that you can buy. If I can put the pieces Some That needs to connect before I first used, then you can too. This machine lasted years with proper care, but of course the five-year warrantee gives me peace of mind. It costs more Than Some Other vacuum cleaners But It 's worth it.
This vacuum really sucks! But, you know, in a good way. I like mine so much that I mentioned in my Christmas newsletter (I have a very interesting life). I have one cat and shedtastic various-free four years and this machine handles what they both left behind. I really enjoy the dust now, 's lightweight and easy to empty and clean.
My husband and I bought this vacuum after another last year lost its vacuum suction. Collect everything including a lot of cat hair on our carpet. I've never 'there was a vacuum that worked so well. We used to replace our vacuum once a year, but the Dyson is still running, and Pls we buy, and of course, is guaranteed for five years, haven 't had to use yet . R RIT is also easy to clean, though I m not 'entirely clear on how to clean the dirt from the cyclone and desire that had been included detailed instructions on this point.
I had this Dyson DC14 All Floors nearly a year. This product (and possibly other Dyson models) seems to have a design flaw. Its base is too low to the ground. Specifically, the vacuum must be sufficient clearance that will not slide up and trap debris small that it can not take Dyson has the lowest clearance of a vacuum can see on the screen store. Its low ground clearance of the room, he is a floor demolition of the machine. R RWE moved into my new house that has hardwood floors. Soon we began to notice small scratches all over our wood floors. We could not t 'find the culprit for a few weeks, until we saw our Dyson leave a deep cut six feet long on the floor of our family room. I looked underneath and noticed several small scratches on the very bottom of the base. Clearly, this was the part that was damaged. The base was to capture sand and sliding on the floor. Sand is scratching at both the base and the floor. I contacted Dyson. They studied the issue and said there was nothing wrong with the machine. That's how it works .-- What he does not pick up the first pass, it will languish until the debris is sucked in the suite or in the ground. The floor ends up being the victim. I invite you to judge for yourself - take a look at how the base is low. It shouldn t 'be so low. Most owners probably Dyson 's an idea of the kind of damage do their beloved vacuum part of their hardwood floors, because most people have little wood in their houses. A rmy Another problem with Dyson is that they behave as a manufacturer of cheap third-world care t n 'less its brand reputation. I contacted the Dyson 's customer assistance. I sent the cleaner for investigation. A glance at the base shows that there is something wrong - there are too many scratches on the basis of a vacuum that is only months old! customer service representatives Dyson took the easy way out - they said Dyson is not responsible for any damage to the floors, because zero was made by an external object. Yes, the stripe was made by the specifications vac sand boarding and was not catching and dragging. Dah ... Now I have $ 800 worth of damage to my floors and a vacuum of $ 500 that I can not use. Dyson left me outside in the cold. Stay away from this brand if you have hardwood floors! There are other manufacturers with competitive vacuums also support their products.
I have 3 80 lbs. Hairy dogs, hardwoods throughout my house, in my room and area rugs. I needed a vacuum that would pick up everything, be easy to use, and durable (since I use it a few times a week). I had been using a Dyson DC-14 at work for a while, was becoming a believer in their power, but i needed to see if it would work on my mess. I convinced my boss to let me bring it home for a night. Needless to say, I ordered my own the very next day! R I DECIDED ON THE DC-17 over the dance version because I wanted a big Canister, and i chose the DC-17 over the animal based on the reviews I read and the price of the animal. After one use, I am very happy with the decision I made. Some people complained about the cord length (being too short) - the length cord was plenty long for me. It is tough to get under furniture, and it is on the heavy side (but not as heavy as the DC-14), but I wouldn 't let either of those two things sway your decision. The cleaning power far outweighs both of those. It was amazing with my old vacuum to clean and then clean immediately with this one - I still picked up a TON of dirt and dog hair! It is self-propelled which makes it glide effortlessly over high pile carpets. And it 's great to use the Wand to clean the Baseboard and not have to bend over or get on my hands and knees! My biggest complaint is that while the Wand is great, using the attachments to clean furniture is Proving to be next to impossible. Guess I 'll have to keep my hand held Dirt Devil for that! R Ultimately, it was the best $ 500 I have ever spent, and I recommend it to everyone, especially if you have to clean up after pets.
I purchased the Dyson DC14 because I had seen a dramatic cleaning done on my mum 's carpets. We have two kittens and I sweep every other day ..... the house is so much cleaner since I got the Dyson .... You can see the results container in the Dirt! It 's also great to sweep under the beds, furniture and getting the pet hair on sofas, etc.. I 'm really glad I got it!
This is the best vacuum cleaner I Have Ever Used in my life. I have 2 dogs & 4 cats in the house. I Have Brought That Overheated home vacuum cleaners Even Before I got half way through. My old vacuum broke so by the time I got this one it 'd Been over 2 weeks and this baby sucked it all up Without a hiccup, burp or Hesitation. I did Have to empty it three times Though. My carpets Have Never Looked this good. R rit 's easy to use, easy to dump, works very, very well. I love it. Well worth the price. Oh, Unadvertised Feature? My dogs don 't bark When I run it. How cool is that?
It works great. He was able to gather much dust, hair and plastic. Very satisfied. It 'been two weeks so far. I keep my updated comment longevity.
So I went through and read a ton of reviews on the Dyson. Some good, some bad. I finally decided to go into a store and look over the product myself since I needed to replace my current vacuum. I ended up at Sears, where a seller has been very patient with all my questions and helped me to identify. Ri R went in thinking that I wanted the DC25, but saw it on special request and a ton of questions. The one I bought came with the tool of limited scope and multi-tool angle premiums. I like the beater bar does not turn when the vacuum is upright (something I do not know, the seller was to explain the features). In addition she said that very few are returned to the store, which is always a good sign. R rWith the chance to ramble on, I vacuum my house this morning before leaving to go shopping. I could not t 'wait to get home and empty the Dyson to see if some of the comments about it were right to find more dirt and hair. Well, after vacuuming my house this evening, I filled the tank of the dirt and hair a little disgusting ... if you ask me my old Eureka didn 'pull up. R RThere one filter must be cleaned every six months. It has a very long hose detachment can I do with my stairs without problems, which is a huge bonus for me. And I really like that there are two places on the machine you can delete if it is clogged. I used to take the Eureka almost completely out to remove a clog, but the Dyson has a place on the side and a place on the merits in the back that removes for easy cleaning. Aspiration is better than any vacuum I had. R ri Have wood, carpet, carpet regularly, and berber carpet in my house and he did an excellent job of cat and remove all dog hair of them. I have not had any problems with "Eating " the carpet and found no fibers in the crude picked it up. Only time will tell how it will stand, but the 5-year warranty is great to have, so I hope I 't have another 5 years or more! The recommended, but you expect very impressive, you will find great deals. It 's easier on the wallet that way!
I had my Dyson for over a year now. I happened to find a floor demo model and an electronics store for a fraction of what it costs to buy a new one. I was a little nervous about buying an open box that was actually used as a demo machine, but my client is still going strong vacuum which shows how strong is this vacuum. Ri R live in a rented apartment upstairs with two cats and was using a Dirt Devil that had finally broken and could not t 'be reconstituted. After using the Dyson comes into my room I was shocked to see the tank was filled with dust, hair and other unknown particles. It was pretty disgusting, but the fact that I remove all the debris consists of rudeness. things R ra Soon to be wary of: r r-The vacuum does not do well on the shag carpet. I have a shag rug that eats the crumbs and stuff and the Dyson can not achieve much. In fact, the shag carpet fibers are long enough for it to stop turning the empty and there is a Protestant noise. I even tried to vacuum the carpet on the bare floor, but the suction mode just was not t 'enough to the carpet. We 's consider replacing the carpet. Ri R have two cats and two litter boxes so there is litter in the carpet. I saw a lot of demos on home shopping channels that say there ' n' lay ruins. "This t is not true. If someone has already sucked the litter while barefoot as You know the feeling of emptiness to throw around. What happens with the Dyson. 's not a big deal for me, but if someone bought it because of this statement so beware. R r Yes, you will find many carpet fibers in the box. I ve 'even read reviews where they say don t load ' expensive carpet with the vacuum. I t 'have no carpet expensive just the junkie and I see a lot of fiber mount. ttt Haven 'was any bald spots or holes made from empty, but I make sure I do scans quickly and not stay long on the carpet. R rFinally, detachment of the hose. With a regular vacuum cleaner, you can detach the suction pipe and posting other things mid-suck that way. With the Dyson vacuum you should turn off and "together " detachment pipe to use. Coming from a void that all you had to do with the posting of the pipe and you unlock 's Good to Go, it was a minor inconvenience. I ve ' used to him, but it still bothers me sometimes. R rother Few of these small details, I would recommend this vacuum to all my friends and family . I love this vacuum and it makes my apartment feel ten times cleaner than it was with the Dirt Devil.
I purchased the Dyson DC14 All Floors After Reading literally thousands of reviews of several Dysons as well as a dozen other aspiring apparently works well on pet hair. We have a dog with long hair and super long-haired man in our house ... so shedding is a multi-species event in our house. I also sew, so pick up stray threads and the occasional straight pin is quite normal. Because of this, I consider myself a bit 'a killer vacuum. This is my fourth as empty for many years. R rI have only had this vacuum for two weeks, so I can t 'certify that the duration of life s '. What I can tell you however that works surprisingly well on my high pile plush carpet and sucks human hair and the dog like a dream. The attachments are easy to reach and work well to remove furniture from hairing-where else would just make my empty little fuzzy hairballs, this actually receives them. The wand is long enough to get the cobwebs out of the corners of the ceilings my 10 'so that was a nice surprise. R rI am writing this review, especially for those of you with long hair. I am pleased to say that the beater bar is empty on this dish, so you pull the dog hair or crimp using your fingers or a screwdriver! Similarly, it can be completely cleaned without taking the vacuum apart. And my husband 's favorite part of Ingenious engineering, the belt is completely covered by a housing unit, long hair so your t dog' and burn wrap belts yet. This alone makes the void worth the high price, in my opinion. R rThere are some things to consider, however. The cable is "only " 25 'long. This is not quite long enough to reach the opposite corner of my living room, without going to another plug. If you have large rooms, please take this Into consideration. Similarly, the front of the high vacuum is removed, and won t fit 'under low furniture. And the dust cup is a bit 'on the small side, so you should plan on emptying the dust cup almost every time you switch to a different outlet, although it is by far the least messy cup easier and I will 'ever faced! Another thing that can be a problem, which is a rather dull moan. I seem to be the only one who is bothered by this complaint, however, (t The dog doesn 'Protest), so hopefully this wouldn' t be a problem for too many others. R Rall in all, I am very pleased. I clean my carpet very well and seems to be able to cope with the constant outpouring that occurs in my house. By using as my will I'd be more than happy if it could last three years ... But with a 5 year warranty, I 'm pretty confident that it will be up to my expectations.
