I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase. I have a large country kitchen, hallways and bathrooms with ceramic floors. This does a great job, I was surprised to see how dirty my "clean " after the floor was wiped with a large commercial mop and bucket! This Floormate does a great job of cleaning, easy on the back, the smell zone "fresh and clean " seems super when you're done. The deposit is not a problem. This was an excellent buy. I watched and controlled in a while ', so glad I choose the Spinscrub Floormate 500. Eleanor Spears

I am a mother of 5 and have both wood and tile in my house. This has saved me so much time and is so easy my teenage daughters can do it. I love that Dries it right so I can stay clean floors LOL. My kids always have an aversion to wipe the floor as Chora. (Now they are begging that Karpasha, as it is so easy) If you uneven floors or slate, it does not work so well if your soil is smooth, but it will soon be clean.

I made the mistake of letting my mother, my Floormate original. I have had for 4 years and has had for the last 2 years - and is still strong. I went to buy a new one when I moved across the country, only to find the original because it was "better ". After 1 year with the 500, the suction is completely up to me. I had the repair. 8 months later, the same thing happened again. The quality of this new model is nowhere near what was the original. I learned to love the convenience of Floormate, so I will try a different model. Is hoped that one fared better than that.

I bought this product a couple of years and used it for about a year. I recently removed because it took too much space in my closet because it has stopped working. I went back to using my mop! R rTheoretically it 'sa great idea - a device that vacuums your floor mops! Almost here 's what you do: you drag it out, plug, vacuum, clean the dirt container, fill the tank with the cleaner, "MOP " the ground, empty the water container dirty, rinse it and keep it to dry, rinse the lint filter, and put everything away. Here with my mop 's what you do: you fill a bucket of water out the mops, floor mop, rinse the mop a couple of times, and put the mop away. Basically, it 's about the same amount of work, except perhaps that you are using energy * * little mop. R Rbut here is the main reason for my opinion: After a year of use, the water began to puddle on the ground and unity, he lost l 'mop function that is what I mostly served. He sat in my closet since I don 't want to mail back to the Hoover vacuum cleaner and pay shipping for repair. I finally got rid of the last week

I floormates sold along with other cleaning tools for a couple of years but I wasn 't able to see them in action ..... so I relied on customer ' s reports. Some customers told me that this was an excellent product and I never had one returned. I finally gave in and purchased one a few months ago. It was easy to set up out of the box. r rI have ceramic tile throughout the house. I also own a Flip-it and it did a terrible job and took forever to clean the large area. I tried the Dry VAC on the Floormate and I was shocked to see it pick all the dirt it came into contact with .... as well as loose hairs instead of blowing around them. So I went over the entire floor very satisfied with that feature. Then I tried the wash features. My pup had dirty paw prints all over the floor and I was looking forward to testing the Floormate on them. And again prevailed and the unit removed the dirt. And amazingly I did the entire floor never needing the wet / dry (wet pickup) feature, the floor was drying as I was washing squeegee .... did an excellent job. So I poured water on the floor to test the wet VAC and it picked it up immediately ... once again pleased. Fills up the tank just about the time I finished so there is no need for running back and forth to the sink. The floor was shiny and smelled clean. R rNow the downside with MY unit .... there is none. But a friend purchased one and it ISN 't nearly as good as mine (where I dropped 1 star). I tried it out and the Dry VAC seemed similar to mine .... but it didn 't clean the floor as well and the wet / dry (wet pickup) features are still didn ' t completely dry the floor after washing .. .. which was a function that I didn 't really need on my Floormate. I tried to convince him to take it back because it 's my assumption that it ' sa faulty unit but they kept it anyways. So there 's my suggestion, if it doesn ' t seem to get the job done take it back ... it could just be the unit.

I read all the comments on this and several other blogs on the Internet. I knew what to look for the cons, and to be honest, I don 't find any. The first time I used it, I did not take it very slowly and went with the length of the boards (not through the boards). I don 't believe the dust picked up - I thought that my word is "clean " when I started. (I used the warm tap water and vinegar) r ri have seen some of those disadvantages have been showing if you went too fast. If you wash your floor - there is nothing better! Even if you take a little slower (than regular vaccuming) - It still beats up in my hands and knees scrubbing the floor or cleaning floors. It is soo much easier on your back and arms! So I think the size of the tanks are perfect, I don 't want them any more - it would just make the largest size larger and cleaner. This fits in my locker with my vacuum cleaner. R ri would have bought this year. I highly recommend - Just Don 't he peak. R rP.S. He also worked a lot on my floor bathroom - the rising Hairspray!

I lost my money on this. It does not clean as the comments said. She left the water behind and I ended up having to climb again. I don 't like cuz its dirty mops. So is this you need to clean up after wasting time waiting for Floormate trying to clean, and it takes forever to rub one area. I hoped that the cleaner, it would be easier, cleaner and faster. In this case happen to 0 for all above. Its easier, cleaner and quicker to get a washcloth to use. What was the reason I was hoping that getting rid Floormate! For $ $ $. It must do more than just throw water on my floor, splashing around with the brush and try to pick it up with the aspiration. Sorry, I am very upset wasted my money, Don 't waste yours ...

I bought the Hoover Floormate H3030. I read many reviews on Amazon for my guide decesion. RI personally don 't understand why there are so many glowing reviews for this product. The following list kept me from enjoying the drive: r r1. The suction is not strong enough to catch the water that puts down. Pergo floors do not like excess water. The floor will buckle. R r2. The unit is difficult to navigate. R r3. The unit places the remains dry and wet in the same chamber. The Chamber is a soup of dog hair and dirty water after using it. The soup will make your dirty sink after doing a wash to clean it out. Dog hair stick to the camera that you can 't reach the tap to clean. R R4. You have to keep the containers to dry after you are done using the machine (or they will start to stink). You can 't just empty the containers, put them back on the machine and put it away. R R5. The cleaning results are poor stripes (it's my main problem) r r6. I can scrub the floor using my micro fiber laminated MOP and spray clean in less than 1 / 2 the time it took me to use this device. You have to move the device very slow and back several times to clean and then try to catch the water. R rLance

I 've had this FLOORMATE from a year ago. It was a floor model ... no box or warranty. Shopping this way was a mistake. Brushes Don 't really hit my floor tiles. I think they just help turn around the solution as it exits. Thus, the marks they need to eliminate friction have to be cleaned by hand. The solution comes back to the Dirty tank which makes a pretty decent job of cleaning the floor. It 's easy and convenient to use. When I first got the machine, I noticed some ponding on the floor every time the machine shuts down I 't think it was a big deal then, but got worse. But puddles quickly, even when, passing through the clean solution in a very short time. Of course, I have a big kitchen floor, but I am filling the solution tank cleaner, 10 times before I 'm finished! Hoover has a problem with leaky machines. My Widepath Hoover carpet clean filtered like crazy! When will I learn? So I just got a Bissell Flip-It and will be trying today. The bottom line with the vacuum ... sure you can return it if you have a problem!

I bought this cleaner 4 months ago. The first time I used the time to clean my linoleum kitchen was excessive. The brushes do not contact the floor well enough to "Scrubs " him. They just kind of floor whisk. The second time I used, some spots were removed, but the vast majority of brands of food and feces on the floor were black. You can remove a black mark on your floor. Solutions R rmy? It's too late for me to return this item, so I'll use it to vacuum the remaining water from 12-inch washer floor I'll be renting from Lowes or Home Depot. R rthe Hoover Floormate is designed for cars only.

Got it for $ 119 total so I was quite pleased with my purchase. My wood floors appear much cleaner than they ever have a dust mop or cleaner can handle. I live in a house that is completely out of air-spacious with large windows so dust and dirt accumulates very quickly. My only complaint is how the plastic float valve that prevents waste water from entering the intake is too dinky, poorly designed, so that when Why the unit against an object or overturn the angle of the handle is too low close up. You are forced to turn the unit off and wait for the float to drop off its suction until you can turn it back on again. I 've never seen so poorly designed to float in my life and I ' ve used a lot of wet cleaners before. If not, the brushes I their jobs well and while the tank is small wasterwater it 's no more so than any other non-commercial units out there. The clean water tank is too small but a big tank just want to get cold faster and because this unit doesn 't have heating element in it (only the higher the price I machine ) a small tank makes more sense. One other thing that I didn 't like how one needs to be careful when removing the wastewater from the vacuum tank unit that ' s two pieces appear THAT AND IT Collapse where you literally spilling out onto the floor CRUD if you aren 't very careful.

My parents FLOORMATE recommended to me when I moved into a house with some tile. They have one and think it works well. We, however, I think it's horrible. First, it does not save any time - in fact, more time is needed for cleaning. Second, does a horrible job - scrubbers Don 't do much at all. Third, the wheels get dirty, and then when the ground is wet and you're going to dry, the wheels make dirty marks on the floor. Finally, change the water frequently.

I love it and it does a great job. It is easy to use and maintain.

I have purchased two different units Floor Mate. One as a gift and one for myself. They both started out excellent scrubbing and drying. Not any more! I HAVE PURCHASED THREE BECAUSE THE RUBBER Gaskets is so soft on the head cleaning it that Wears out fast. Now, on the Squirt hardly united both spray and water is not getting cleaned floor. Also, one of the states where the large hose that is between the head and the base of the unit have split .. and we can not figure out how to remove it to replace it. I have always purchased Hoover products and will now think twice before I purchase another! The vac is very weak as well .... on both together! I am very dissapointed.

Wow, I love it. No more dirty hands in the water. No more spreading dirty water w / thick hair. No more destruction of back pain. After I got it though I went with 3 friends homes, clean their floors. All 3 are placing an order.

After using this product for a month I am Completely satified. It exceeds my expectations. I'd recommend it to anyone.

held on / off button must be for a few seconds before it starts. Scrubber Brushes don 't clean the joints as well.

Can not believe how clean my floors are now. Easy to use, easy to clean up When finished. Recommend highly.

Can I add a further review since I just bought it tonight, but for now here is my opinion on this product. R rI originally went to the store to buy Conair Lysol cleaner mop Since seemed to have fantastic views. When they didn 't have passed me and dish out the $ $ for that. I think it's a little on the expensive side, for sure. $ 100 - $ 120 would have been better. R rthe first time you use this, be prepared to take some time ", as I did to find out. It is easy to assemble, and if your floor was never cleaned with anything but a broom and mop, it will take a good going on (things moving) to get them in shape. My guess is now that they were done well ounces, should be much easier to just do the routine maintenance with the vac. R RWE have Pergo floors in dining room and foyer and vinyl in the kitchen. I felt I did a good job on the vinyl and a great job on wood - wood, however, they took longer and patience to get a routine going. I just came streaked on 2 small area so I was the one about those in about 2 seconds with my "normal " terry cloth method and they were late. I know why this was .... it was a traffic area heavy and even through regular cleaning, grime it was just had time to get up. R rI don 't even think you realize that with a regular mop and bucket .... you think you are cleaning until this unit. R RSO ... Pro 's r more fun to use right r r-dry the floor reasonably well ... sure beats waiting for it to dry and my kids running over the floor ! R r-no more mop and bucket woohoo ... r r rcon 's r price r rI don ' t bother with the dry vac ... I just get out of my own ( or broom) Because I hose corners good. I feel that this would be good to use dry vac if you are really keep a base in a day and half-day didn 't have children or pets lol :-) If you are just going to use once a week and have these, forget it! r r-tanks could be a little bigger. Although I do not mind "to change them out and probably do not need Won 'how to do it times from now, I can see why people with a house full of them may need to floors. R rOverall , I think it was a good buy so far. At this point, I recommend just because my Pergo floors look fantastic!

I still have to scrub the vinyl kitchen floor. This machine works only for touch-ups. They have special cleaners for the machine, which really annoyed me to buy. The special cleaner doesn 't do a good job in the kitchen. The machine and the special hard wood cleaner does little for dirty laundry or vacuuming wood floors - a dust mop does better than the vacuum function. I 'm sorry that I bought it. RCustomer service is terrible. When I called customer service to find out what meaning the instruction manual "don 't use solvent cleaner ", she said only to their product - you wouldn ' t comment on any of the usual kitchen floor using detergent, which you can to buy at the grocery store and use with a mop and bucket. You wouldn 't even have to use environmentally friendly vinegar to comment on their machines. I followed with a letter to the company, ask what she meant by solvent cleaning, and instead of answering my question with a statement in a letter that they sent me a bottle of cleaner. No letter at all.

Hoover floor mate This is a great all in one machine to make it easy to clean kitchen and bathroom floors

The machine has not done a good job of cleaning or Rof draw water

Our new house has wooden floors Pergo style in a very light colored maple in the kitchen. With two small children we get a lot of food thrown on the floor, then walking, sitting in, etc.. Wiping traditional left visible residue (gross) and streaks on the floor. It was really noticeable because of the color of our soil and reflection, etc.. The Floormate has been amazing! We use it almost every day. Probably it is as long as conventional cleaning, but with much better results. The stuff I found is to use very hot water and to dilute some of Cleaner you 'Cup with Beyond the mixture shows you (to avoid scratching). We also have used Mr. Clean floor cleaner with the Floormate (perhaps against the recommendation), however dilute a bit. The key to good results with any type of machinery which denigrates the water / cleaner and the resume is to find the right speed. If you move the machine too fast you won 't give the unit time to draw the liquid and you'll get streaks. You must first pass but depending on your lifestyle ... The characteristic of the dry vacuum Floormate is virtually worthless. The pleasure of using the Floormate vs. cleaning / washing of hands and knees is undeniable. In fact, I enjoy using it! As a consumer very finicky, I was impressed by the quality of Hoover 'construction as well. The kink in the handle feature allows us to slip into the cupboard under jackets hanging, etc.. I would recommend to anyone who has trouble getting their light colored Pergo style floors to look nice!

No Hoover engineers 'Were brain cells in the design of this machine abuse. By doing all things, therefore doesn 't good. The vacuum is operated under the capacity of the battery which on infomercials. It would be difficult Collection M & Ms, raisins and Cheerios. The scrubber is so high held by the guard outside wheels and rubber base, that they hardly touch the surface - making it totally ineffective. It is spray and cleaning solution, but has trouble picking it. The canister sizes for the cleaning solution and pick-up are the same tiny! Look to fill and empty after cleaning 1 / 3 to half of the floor with an average size room. If you have someone like Tim the Toolman to have him remove the wheels and get this basic brushes to the surface. In addition, connect the wires I know that rotate the brush when wet vacuuming. It keeps the dirt from settling back into the soil and drying. Total - This is a weakling, £ 98, the courses offered by Charles Atlas is needed.

Aspiration loose sometimes, and I have to shut down and restart to get it running again. When it works, it does a great job scrubbing the floors. You do not know why it loses suction, I cleaned all the tanks, but it still has problems.
