These cut-to-fit filters universal, something that they were unaware of when we ordered (it may have been in the fine print). T rthe R is not a problem. But, the filters much thinner then what replaces it - something they are not happy. If you intend to leave a HEPA filter and universal brand compatible, don 't make it smaller then the HEPA filter is the OEM replacement.
