This is just what I expected! easily large part of my little works. Having two dogs that shed makes it difficult for me to keep floors and today is a piece of cake! It also contains all the load much better than I thought.
You can 't "sweep " with this broom. I'd take you forever to push / pull it to the floor and pick up something hopefully. I used it and cram it on freecycle ounces. Don t waste 'YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
I bought this product based on Amazon user reviews. Boy was I led astray. This product is worthless. One review said great for dust bunnies & toddler crackercrumbs. Let me assure you, this lethargic excuse for a broom vac will not do the job. Run time is short, power is positively anemic. Do not waste money ang, electricity or time on this!
In my case, it was great. I ve 'he was a year and a half. I have wood floors, so I'm especially Swiffer to get all the dust and hair. For sand / gravel / swiffering This leaves crumbs behind, which is excellent. I use it maybe three times a week for a few minutes shortly Trust to suck the little pile. The suction seems fine to me. I've had no problems with loading or having to hold the load. I've it charged maybe three times since I've 'he. The filter (like the devils of all dirt seems) seem clogs rapidly. I'm going to buy replacement filters. I'm a star b / c it's heavier than I expected. I think it is at least 3-4 pounds - too heavy to try to sweep a large space. I bought this at Target on sale for about $ 30, and it was totally worth it, especially for my back pain.
We purchased the broom in early '08. It worked fairly well for someone that wood and tile floors. About what we expected. However, after about 18 months the battery went. There is no way to replace it yourself. The factory gave me the number of a repair shop. They said forget replacing the battery, it 's less money to buy a new one. There you go. If you think the price is worth maybe up to two years of use, buy it. We did not think it was worth replacing ours. The old broom and dust pan are pretty inexpensive.
This is a great product for every day use. Don 't Have to get the dust pan. It just sucks it right up with full broom and a bit of storage space so you don can not Have to empty it each time. ITS holds charge well. The con is it is still a broom, only to get tight to get hard to reach places. It Is Also A Little heavier than a broom. Most of the Time Do you have to get right on top of the item for them to suction it. And to clean the bristles, You Have to Use your hands ... Other than that, great product. If I had to replace it, I'd try to find something That Has the movable base so I can get right up against the baseboards and hard to reach places.
After six months of using the battery goes kaput. It is true Has Been Two different units. Not of much use With that short of life.
This broom was poor from the outset. C 'is clumsy as a broom, but the power was so low that vacuum scanning was almost its only use. Basically, you can push the dirt around (but not so easy with a simple $ 7 broom millet) and it would suck up crumbs and a little of that kind of 'of it. It was not t ', broken, it does not work lt ' very good. There are no pets or young children in the household so it was not 't be heavy. It has been used for cleaning the edges of the living room and a door tile entry and didn't t 'doing particularly well. Unfortunately, we did not t ' remember to go back in time and about two months into the aspiration, but worse, we were stuck with him . The idea is good but only did it not work for us. R r r spend your money and save it. (We ultimately bought a broom corn, and 18-VB & D to handvac take the side entrance and cleaning. Neither is as practical as this product would have been, but both work well for their purposes.)
What can I say about a product like this? It works, Was Not expensive and is durable. Only good for small areas or rugs
I bought it Vac to suck up dog hair from my tile floors. It would be easier to pick up in my hands. If there 'the large puffball of hair is from probably get it but just some random hair? - Would they 'LL is left behind. A bread crumb? No way. I'd give it 0 stars if that were an option. Do not waste a huge amount to THIS piece of trash!
This comment s only product should have a section dedicated to battery failure. Obsessive I 'm Following the instructions for the preparation of rechargeable devices, but following the instructions that help is here. This system of supply in this product is defective, period. If I could persuade the five-star reviewers to post their experiences in the years after purchase, it would probably this page Send this story differently. R Additions rin a visit to the factory of Dirt Devil 's parts of the page do not give opportunity for the replacement to solve the problem. Ur on ur own!
This is the second Dirt Devil broom vac I 've owned. The previous one Had To Be Disposed Of When the battery finally Died after, Perhaps, Two years of use. I like the thing a lot and use it frequently are hardwood and ceramic floors for pet hair and general light cleaning. It works well, Has Enough power for my use, and the battery is more Than Sufficient if you use it like I do - Spot cleaning is a Daily Basis. My only gripes: the battery replaceable Is Not (Has one to wonder if this Is a marketing decision, Since the battery pack Is Easy to remove) and the debris canister tend to clog with pet hair, so That the debris flap sticks up in the open position. These are minor gripes, however.
I don 't laugh, but we use this tone Broom spiders and other bugs from our ceiling PESTY or other confined spaces attacking! It is great for that was as good as the IT-Sweeping designed. If for squeamish about bugs in your house, then try it:)
I use mine all the time on my tile floors.have four cats and gets cat hair easily.
I used this product a couple of times and I noticed that the rooster is kind of overweight. You would not want to just sweep a room with it, however, eleven rooms are swept up in a small area, the broom it aspires. This is, for the most part, an electronic dust pan. But this does not make bad use as a broom and sweep up large areas of power would be to exaggerate the product.
What a great tool! This is a good Sweeping broom for hardwood floors, then with a push of a button, all duest is taken! No bending, no mess.
Is not powerful enough to do a good job. You have to clean it after using it 5 minutes and re-charged again after 20 minutes or so. I laugh 't recommend it, because if your looking for a vacuum, it won ' t do the job. Even if you look for a broom efficiently, is faster than a normal. R RIS a nice size although it can reach areas where the bathroom next to the sink and appliances in the kitchen between.
I bought one of these and used a total of about 4 times before selling it on a tag to one quarter of what I paid for it. I have had good luck 'with other Dirt Devil products but this was the pits. Don t waste 'your time or money here.
It 'was nice while it lasted about six months, maybe. R its battery rthe can no longer hold office, even for 1-2 minutes. It 's pretty sad, waste of money. R Ryou get what you paid I think.
I was so excited to get this product but was quickly disappointed after the first use. You Can 't really sweep with this "broom " because it foam / rubber strip just behind the short bristles. The bristles hardly touch the ground, as the foam strips. Therefore, as you try "sweep " Actually, you pull on the end of this heavy broom. Since the foam in cotact with the floors, it generates a lot of friction and makes it impossible to "sweep " . It feels more like you 're sweeping the floors, which means that everything sticks to the foam. The suction worked okay for me, but I hardly used the sweep, because it didn 't work. I already have a broom and a Dustbuster, both better than this hybrid mutant.
The vacuum is very strong and has a acute ' cry' (uncertain if their spelling is). Difficult to undo for vacuum cleaning, and 's impossible to remove from the dirst brissles "as the filter cup. This thing takes longer to clean (oneself) to clean the floor (me). Basically disappointing .
My parents buy this for me when I asked a small vacuum wireless as my mother and grandmother use of small cleaning the house. Although the idea is like a broom that was creative and helped build up the crumbs to dry land in the kitchen, the only place that there 'is in a suction hole 3 inches in the center of the base the ISN aspiration "very stron. So we must go to lots of time to empty the crumbs really go Trust in the container. Ing I found that not enough time occupied a position for me to clean my kitchen floor, which is not very large. And the product is not flexible like a broom, making it difficult to enter some curves to get the crumbs and hair of them. I found that my regular broom and dustpan had much success in these efforts. Ri would not recommend dealing with these products and recommend more than one product style rope or stick hand vacuum for cleaning small house.
I found this product difficult to use. It is difficult to get the broom to suck dirt. Now after using for over a year, the only power that lasts about a minute before needing charged.
Broom vac this is basically an underpowered dustbuster on a stick. It 's not a broom and all - there are no real bristles just a strip of FOAM. It will pick up dustbunnies, but most of the dust and hair you "sweep " up just sticks to the FOAM strip and does not get vacuumed up. You could do a better job with a swiffer, which ie cheaper and much lighter. This item is quite unwieldy and will not fit into tight spaces or under. Have I gone back to our lives cleaning hard floors using a combination of a real broom and vacuuming up with a B & D dustbuster, a swiffer for dust, and then every 1-2 weeks vacuuming with the Dyson. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because it 's not broken it ' s just not a useful tool.
This is a life saver! We have a good portion of hardwood floors, and here in AK Using the sand as if it were ice elsewhere because the ice in winter. Our floors need to know to be swept all the times a day. This saves much time and I am SO happy!
