Great suction, excellent maneuverability, nice and light! For a house that most of the hard surfaces and some low-pile carpet is a fantastic lil vacuum. The only reason why I did not give 5 stars is because the umbilical cord is too short ... other than that it 's just fantastic!
I 've had the moon for 2 years. It 's lightweight, compact and very well done. Maybe a warning to the quality of construction: there are 2 slots to hold the head of vacuum when not in use, one for vertical and one for the horizontal position. When docked in a horizontal position (ie, the wheels of the machine down) with the temptation to pull on the ice .. The connector doesn 't really search for these things and I reminded him that he would never do it as I ' d be very sad to see changed. Hasna 't but ... Besides that 's gold. ... Don 't know about the steps that you can drag down because Don ' t drag my vacuum cleaner down stairs. Why? Its weight is around 4 pounds and has a handle at the top. I drag around the hose and the hose all the time seems right to it. We have 2 Maine Coon, which generate more skin in one day you can imagine ... unless you have one of these beasts. Although the Moon 's small size it packs away a ton of fur without losing suction. You can get a painting of a total value of the skin in a bag before statistics complain. We have no carpet and I have no attachment to my qualification is carpet tile and hardwood general cleaning ... that is big on. It 's not a shop-VAC and won ' t pick up the metal screws and the like with the wood floor attachment (suction extends over an area too large for this), but the great work and brushes for the real world does not leave anything behind cleaning. Super easy to extend to the mouth corners of the roof, etc.. The head pivots from the floor to get under the beds and toilets. Other annexes near Stow the handle of the unit - simple to change and leave. It 'sa joy to use .. Highly recommended.
I am the chief of operations in my B & B (no employees) and I spend a lot of time vacuuming, and over the years I have used many different empty, I told myself even somewhat of an authority. RI will start with the positives. My Honeymoon is quiet, light and the head is perfectly flexible (I have the floor mats and a combination tool with the pipe of non-electric). RThis is what makes me mad. I live in the northeast where Winters are dry and static is a problem, I also have a yellow lab shedding. As I empty my honey with static electricity is based on the pipe which then attracts dog hair, dust and debris that are then released at random in the house either. Incidentally, when the hose touches the couch, my pants, and where it 's store, he drops the payload. Since I am very frustrating and bears much I clean the HEPA idea is almost destroyed. Some of the solutions I tried rubbing the tube with a dry leaf (didn 't work), and the functioning of a humidifier before cleaning is moderately useful. I do not know why t honey doesn 'make a pipe without static? Electrolux never had this problem. Roh, another big negative. Apparently, these machines are vulnerable. I was told by a repairman I had to drop my machine from step which is what has broken a few PLASTIC winding mechanism inside which caused the power shortage in the spinal cord. It happened while still under warranty for 1 year but not would not HONEY T to honor the warranty. In 30 years of ownership Electrolux I never took one in the repair and certainly not for her to go down one step. RFinally, my relationship with Electrolux, the actual capacity draw in the dirt is poor. Things I have to run several times on a hard floor before getting sucked in, and if she 's in a corner or along one edge it just doesn t ' he at all. If I increase the suction power I can barely move, badly designed? Remy recommendation - Don 't bother with the honey. Buy Electrolux (very expensive) or Sears Kenmore canisters.
If there 's purchase one I ' ll remember in 2008, it will be my first Miele vacuum. This is by far the best money I spent this year. No Regret. I 'voice owned it for about 10 months now and I am fully pleased. The Most Shocking was the first time I had to change the bag and opened to find the Canister vacuum the inside of the spotlessly clean, not a sign of dust. Think about the vacuum you 'owned and voice changing their bags (I ' m not even going to address the BAGLESS Nightmares.) WHAT WOULD IT TAKE TO DARE YOU TO THOSE vacuum Lick 'inside? All I can say, is that it wouldn 't be much of a dare with my Miele Luna. Worth every penny. Really.
I received my new Miela Luna 3 days ago. I live in the Pacific Northwest, so a lot of rain (which means lots of land) and two very active dogs that come and go every day. Needless to say I needed a vacuum that would be really clean my tile & Hardwood Flooring with area rugs. This vacuum is wonderful! Great suction, good tools and very well done. It is light weight and the current lot annexes floor freeyly move right and left. The cable is a little short (which I had read other comments), but overall was a good investment. The only reason I gave this vacuum five stars is because I see 'to use a central vacuum system in the past and they are by far the best, but they are very expensive. I had originally wanted to put a central vacuum system in my house, but was looking @ $ 1,600.00 (and this is for a small house), so I went with Miele for about $ 1,000.00 less. All in all, very happy with this vacuum!
If there is a better vacuum clearner out there - I would be introduced to the ... R rThese (actually all Miele s ') are the bomb!
