This is a big vacuum for those who want to buy a new net every year. To begin with, is not made by Electrolux, but by Eureka. They just buy the name. I bought this cleaner two years ago and after about 10 months left tire fell, Roda held on by four plastic roller bearings mounted on the axle. All four axles broke. Took to get it repaired under warrenty. Garage just put it in another pile that they have and replace it with a new one. Now, 10 months later, the left wheel fell again with the same problem. Save your money ..
vaccine right wheel broke off after my one-year warranty WAS ups. I'm Taking to the workshop. A month later Called and They Said It Would Be About $ 200 To Repair It. Another month and by Went and Said They Have Called Electrolux HAVING this issue with vacs and they will replace it. Past six months and a workshop Called and Said simply replace them with Electrolux Are different models. The Agreed They sent me and it was horrible. This is a commercial vacuum cleaner. Heavy, difficult to handle, the wire is so heavy I almost could lift and that's not so interesting t '. Also is bad. I was very angry with this company I would never buy one of their products. I am now looking for a new vacuum cleaner, and won t 'Be Electrolux! I also try to give the monster That They are sent as a replacement. So far, no takers.
Vacuum off wheel broke off a month after the warranty expires. Trying to get repaired declined for 10 months. They keep saying the parts are not available or that it would cost so much to repair Should I buy a new vacuum. The Most Wanted repair housing to be removed and replaced repair. I just hit the wall and vaccuming When the wheel broke. This is the Eureka vacuum also sold under the name Electrolux. Contact Eureka and I never got a response.
I Purchased by January 3 oxy 2006. Within a few months ago, the wheel broke and I took him to the nearest service shop for repair. Other repairs It is very common problem and he HAD That wheel Some Replaced. Several months later, new wheels stopped again, I know I'm Taking back for additional repairs. Opposite wheels are now off, I know I'll find a new vacuum likely to buy. R rthe clean carpets and hardwood products are not good and very quiet, But It 's obviously not practical for use with only one wheel! In addition, the local found for vacuum bags and filters is not possible ... Must I purchase online.
After less than three years, use of light, broke off one of the front wheels. It seems this is a common problem. Who Designed the wheel assembly should be fired. The wheel is thin with flimsy plastic parts that now clearly be broken easily held. The broken wheel looks impossible to repair, if you replace half of the cleaners. I paid a lot for the vacuum cleaner ($ 500) Because she bore the name of Electrolux and I thought I bought quality. Boy, they sure want suckered me on that one!
I bought this machine replaced, I had more than 15 years of use. I never had any problems with the first, so I spent the extra money on another machine Electrolux. What a mistake, I would be less than six months and have nothing but problems with it. The company is not to help and repair center people just laughed I told them, Pls how unhappy I was with him. You have many people with the same complaints! The height has stopped working completely after he twice repaired, remain closed the door hanger bolts fastening doesn 't and the bag full light doesn ' t work at all. I wish I had spent the money for a cheaper brand but I would not disappointed 't Sun Do yourself a favor and don 't buy this machine, it is a cheaper through serious überteuerte piece of junk!
As others have pointed out, my tires were also broken off after less than a year of use. The lock that keeps it upright broke off about 3 months ago. I wish I 've read the reviews before I made my purchase. Do NOT buy this product unless you like burning money. They get the right vacuum engine is good but the rest of it is falling apart.
I recieved this as a wedding gift, from my grandmother WHO has since She has her Electrolux MOVED to this country 35 years ago (no I 'm not kidding) She Also Had nothing but Electrolux Used in Cuba as her family before her Had done . Little did We Know That this is NOT a REAL Electrolux recently ... they want Were Bought out by Eureka. I was so excited when i got it, it looked so pretty and well made ... except it wasn 't. It doesn 't suck up a thing ... Sometimes I ' ll go over a Splinter on the carpet five or six times before giving up and picking it up by hand. I was so dissapointed with the suction I tried to have it serviced (2 year warranty) but they want Told me i had to drive two hours away And that if it wasn 'ta warranty issue I ' d be charged $ 200 just for looking at it (a pretty stupid thing cost Pls help the 400 to begin with). Finally I took it back to the store Which offered me an exchange but surprise surprise the new one has suction Worse than the first ... I 'm taking it back today and getting a Dyson. Beware!
I crossed three of these. all returned for the same reason, broken wheels. Before I took the third ago, I sucked my carpet. Then I used the Dyson DC17 Animal possessed my friend .. WOW now that is an awesome vacuum ... I could not believe how much dirt was left on my carpet by Electrolux ... Living on the beach with two dogs and tons of sand the animal does a fantastic job ... And if electrolux 3 'in 16 months? I buy quality products ... Not!
I have owned my Oxygen upright for about a year and continues to do amazing. I have experienced absolutely no problems. vaccines that sucks runs very quiet and wonderful! R rAdditionally, affirmative I write my review because of some unfounded and deceptive rhetoric appears below. I really don t "know " the wheels broke off and flew across the room '. I have small kids and things flying across the room, the experience often enough. The only logical conclusion is that individuals who are very large (heavy vaccines) should have been using the vaccine to play ball & bat.
We bought it in November '06, and housing for the brush was in August '07. The company offers a free replacement, the goal when I asked the manager why it happened, he said, 'It ' s not just a good vacuuming. "So far the Electrolux brand name. By the way, this only uses about 10 times before it crapped.
Products are extemely heavy - not good if you have to bring it up. Carpet adjustment button broke after only four weeks. Consumer Reports is recommeded that, but I do not want to.
IM 'very satisfied with this vacuum. He does an excellent job above the floor and carpet cleaning. Build and well designed. Tools are easy to attach. The bags hold a lot of dirt and are easy to change. GENERAL SELECTION very good.
The load is too heavy. R rWorks reasonably well, but the buttons / etc are a bit fragile and Don 't seem to respond well. R rRetractable cord broke the 3rd day I used it. R ri would never buy this machine again. In addition, for the most part, I recommend a bottle on the vertical.
I bought this from a department store, three weeks after the height adjustment stop working. He called the 800 number, was told to take him to a workshop that was just under four hours away, apparently it was the authorized dealer. I took it back to the store and receive a full refund. If you buy this, make sure the repair dealer is nearby.
I 'm on my oxygen amount. The wheel broke off after the first three months of use. He returned to the dealership and got a new in exchange. After six months, same problem. Unable to return to it because of the time of purchase. Called my authorized service center closest (1 1 / 2 hours), because it was still under warranty Electrolux year. He said that what is common with this model and in fact said what will happen with "all ". As indicated above, this is acutally made by Eureka, and while very clean and very quiet, it's not worth wasting your time and money.
Beautiful to look at and it works great too. R rQuiet for an upright vacuum cleaner. R rI Oxygen3 recommend the upright to everyone.
Warning - This is not the real Electrolux (was made by Aerus). I bought this believing it to replace the Electrolux I 'd for 20 years of ownership. The wheel broke off and flew across the room Used for a quiet seven months. When I took it to the workshop, the Lord told me it was the second he ', who receive weekend with the wheel that's had interrupted. It is difficult to maneuver Poor'm bad and has developed machine, open, is grossly overpriced. I found out the vacuum cleaner I 'd actually purchased Eureka - Eureka, the company had bought "of the Electrolux brand - it is not the intention of the real Electrolux. Aerus year, I found the dealer, Electrolux and sold a REAL Acquired. The big orange monster with the IS mechanic.
