I've had this vacuum over 3.5 years. Still has a powerful suction. Works almost as good as it did when it was new. I was hoping after a year and wanted to share. C 'is a machine well, but I wish I ' d gone ahead and spent more for a nicer one. This is the worst vacuum there 'ever purchased, and for the most amount of money! Buy a Bissell for $ 39.00 at Walmart and LL 'have a better vacuum to a quarter of the price ..
