After owning a "tank " Electrolux for nearly 20 years, I chose this vacuum to replace it, after reading the reviews. I have a yellow lab that sheds terrible and it will do the job. My only complaint that a couple of weeks ago the piece of 'Hooks "in the piece for the carpet will not make a connection .. it was still in repair shops. I bought this new vacuum some time ago. Have I ever liked and owned Electrolux vacuums. This machine worked well at first, but so many parts are plastic (the wand) and over time has lost suction. It is barely functioning Better After a dust mop. Another web site I discovered why this vacuum is a piece of junk ... Electrolux Electrolux Is Not anymore. They sold their company name to another (Eureka!). Anyway I will not buy another Electrolux again. Buy a Miele and I am very happy with it so far. I "Electrolux " is going to waste. Although the new vacuum PS Does not work well on my hardwood floors.

CPO Electrolux was wonderful to meet, while the same can not be said of Electrolux. We had some problems with the vacuum that we received, but was replaced immediately CPO Electrolux. We are very pleased and satisfied about someone that relations with the distributor of refurbished empty. I was once asked to call directly to Electrolux as the party (the detachment of the hose) were supposedly covered by warranty but Electrolux was not cooperative. I am very happy with it all. I tend to try to " renovated" on larger products if the manufacturer stands behind it as well. I got the vacuum yesterday, and started using it immediately. I have astma, so my old vacuum without a HEPA filter is bothering me a lot. The suction is good about the Same as my old Kenmore. I got this vacuum as "reconditioned", but it was in perfect shape, like new. It is lightweight, easy to carry on the stairs, eating, with an output of minor head again perfect for the stairs, the car, and other smaller areas.
