(I wanted to give this on a number of 3.75, but could not 't.) This machine never worked from the beginning. The soap dispensed, the no clean water 't. It has a great suction and clean wellwhen I add water yourself. When I bring the repair service warranty, they told me that part was completely lost and the repair would take 4 weeks and cost 19.00. Really? For a warranty repair that was completely covered? When I send an email directly Hoover, I received an answer on how to make sure that the machine was working and where they take the guarantee. I love the concept, just make a machine more reliable and guaranteed. I think when you recover, I love to use.
1 month before the warranty of brushes manufacturer has stopped turning. Referred to the company ($ 60 for shipping!) And they could not fix t 'they sent a new one. Used in again 2 times in 4 months and guess what? The brushes stopped turning on that one too. DO NOT buy this machine!
I ordered this cleaner ... he came home the next day! I am a mother of two children (one who is 1 1 / 2). took all the stains of milk and grime of my carpet! Looks like I have a house again!
Bad: r The water / soap tank started leaking, Between the tanks and to the outside, from the seam, not the valves. Called 330-499-9499 and Keisha Placed an order for a replacement tank (w / o handle) as a one time warranty item. Apparently a known issue. R The filter the air to drive for the spinning brushes is hard to get out without a tool. RGood: r Overall it cleans very well. R Attaching the hose for tool use is odd, awkward, and with the Need For the second hose to feed water / soap, overly complicated for a quick use. Also there is the check valve in the water line. The manual Suggests draining it by squeezing the trigger with the machine end in the sink. I Suggest a Vernay Acrylic Supravalvar (R) Check Valve for use with 1 / 8 "Tubing, 0-31 PSI, 140F Max Temp (Pack of 10) or similar checkvalve spliced inline. Once hooked up it works very well with stiff bristles enough to comb fluff from the carpet. Don 't scrub hard on the cheap carpet. r r Major advantages are: r1. It ' s easy to take apart and clean Out the nozzle, tanks, hose, brushes, and tools. r2. It sucks up liquid very quickly. r3. The hot dry air blowing from under the machine is strong enough to blow away small bathroom carpets and dries an area with a few passes. r4. Since You Can Turn Can the brushes off you go over an area a couple extra times to vacuum and blow dry till it 's barely moist to the touch. r rA borrowed Bissell Proheat Was better at spraying water for rinsing the WHERE Hoover just dribbles from 6 holes by gravity feed. But the Hoover Was much better at getting cat hair up ground in the WHERE Bissell piled it up in wads That roll-out During rinsing. rat least I 'll Have the tank to experiment on.
I bought this steam cleaner in June 2009 after having used one of my friends Steam Vac Hoover vacuum cleaner. I have a dog with epilepsy and PLS shakes, it s pee on himself and the carpet. R rThis steam cleaner has been a godsend! It is impressive. I get fresh carpets clean. It 's really easy to use and put together. I never use recommended detergents - water straight hot tap water and my carpet out just great and fluffy again. R rNow con: r bits ri 'my little monster of a super clean and I literally take the machine apart and cleaned as it marks the ' again when I put the cleaner on. I wash tubs and brushes in the dishwasher and I've never had a problem. Ri R Spend more time cleaning the machine that I use it - but I like to keep my things nice and new looking as possible.
I just bought this cleaner based on a "review Consumer Reports '. Have I used it only ounces and I think it does a great job. My Only Complaint Is That I think calling it a " SteamVac "is a misnomer because I can see no heating element to the machine, the only heat the temperature of the water you put into it and Believe you can 't get steam from the tab, and use it as the Involved no water vapor cools.
Amazon even if I buy the best price for all Hoover F7452900 ground. I bought this SteamVac / cleaner for the carpet is not flat, in order to clean my plate of stone fell. I felt cloths and "Swiffer 'ing just push the dirt in the grooves and crevices of my natural tile. Vacuum, rags then was a two-step process that took so long. I wanted something that could lift the dirt and out, weed, clean, rinse and dry. Does this machine exactly what you want! Now, if there is embedded dirt and stains inside crack, still need the elbow grease. Otherwise, for general cleaning, it is superior to transfer balances. I of this Hoover All Terrain How it 's vault scrub "brush. I do not ' t want the rotating brush drawings can be downloaded. How about two sets of brushes twist: one for regular tile / nozzle . I do not 't find a big difference in them. Maybe Hoover could "design of the tile / grout brush to be tough. I recently used to connect the hose to clean upholstery in my 12 year old minivan. He pulled over and issued spills old stains! I would like this machine "could heat the water, drank up to date, the hot water tap is working fine. I have not had problems with leaks.
Ideal for carpets and tile grout-just wish I got the best, but impressive for the money to buy!
I love this machine! I used it three times and each time it gets easier to handle. R rPro: it really does a great job in cleaning, also the extraction is Great. I filled the container with water and the time I was done with all the water up getting only the container is filled up. Which tells me very little water is left on the carpet. I also did a hand latched Which rug my mother made. I am afraid to use it with it, but I went rapidly over the carpet to hard too long in one place and not get too close to the edge for fear it get trapped in the machine. It is GREAST. My dog likes to lay gold this rug. Make sure that one vacuums before using this machine. When one has done an old towel handy so you can use to put the machine on it so no extra water is coming out after you stop it. Clean any hair collected Brushes used before it again. R rCons: This is a very heavy machine. I did not realize it was Split tank. I guess it has to be split because it would really be too heavy to handle if it was not split '. I bought this machine That Could as the floor. If one doesn t have 'to do the floor, and then buy Same machine, without attachments floor. This can save you money if you do not need to floor attachment. R Ri has retreiver and I really need to keep the ups Carpets Because of his hair. this machine handles it well, except for the weight of the machine with all the water etc.
Very useful if you have pets or are practicing EC and have carpets! Rthe only reason I "give this machine four stars is platinumHoover Because Hoover Carpet Cleaner F8100900 Platinum Collection Technology MaxExtract also works with a hard floor (even if it is not supposed to) have the hoses and fittings for machinery and already in ready for use, in addition to the hose and Conservation Both annexes that way. rl used all terrain carpet Bi-O-Kleen & Rug ShampooBi-O-Kleen Carpet and Rug Shampoo 64 oz 64 fl oz (907 g) things instead of Hoover 's (if Hoover made a formula that I would use chemicals without it ...), and was "working very well with a bit of use over the past 2-3 years. If you go slowly enough, in fact, it works so well that I rented the rug doctor in the past. The difference is that the doctor has carpet is so large tank so it is much easier to do a lot of carpets. Plainte larger rmy is having to find a place to put the attachments, not being able to clean the front clear plastic of the machine or attachment to suck the raw material, as I often have to empty and fill the tanks clean and dirty, and how easy it is to connect the water tank clean incorrectly. Rthe All attachment Terrain 's rotating brush is useless without the goal of a brush is better than even towels and wash cloths, detergent and spays Because it sucks liquid up very well. Rthe only thing better that attachment does not -rotation is a little little green 1400-7 machineBissell Green Multi-Purpose Compact Earth-Friendly Deep Cleaner, you could be just the point and go away, and it also works with biokleen carpet "carpet is clean.
This is the best multi-floor cleaning system I ever owned! I'm live on the second and couldn 't without it!
This product works very well as described. "I think if you have problems with leaking you have to make sure you use the always recommend this cleaner for cleaning solutions
I purchased this steam vac for my cleaning business. This is a wonderful job on both carpets and hard floors. I can only say that i 'm not too happy with is the amount of cleaning solution is using them. for the average home it takes 3-4 refills. Rit is very easy to use and very simple to clean after use.
I just bought the Dirt Devil Platinum Force, and my friend next door brought over Hoover SteamVac All-Terrain F7452900 Floor Cleaner, and we went head to head on my carpet. This is what we found: rFirst r, they clean the same. In other words - in terms of cleaning You Can 't say which of the carpet was made by Dirt Devil, and that was made by Hoover. R rSecond, short pile area rugs Hoover went on behind the Dirt Devil, and took a little more water. R rThird, carpet cleaners We both got a super plush carpet - the ones that sink. The Hoover picked up a lot of water most of the Dirt Devil. We left a small stain to dry by itself, but most of the carpet we chose to go beyond the area with the Hoover to take excess water. The small portion of Section Hoover took five hours to dry and section Dirt Devil 10 hours to dry. R rFourth , super plush carpet - dirt devil caused the carpet to pill et Hoover didn '- or if they picked. I do not know what that means. This is a simple observation. R rFifth , I spoke with two repair / sales shop. Both sell the Hoover and Dirt Devil. They said that the Dirt Devil is much more mechanically reliable and if / when it breaks is cheaper and easier to solve. RLast R , the Dirt Devil takes care of leaves to clean the carpet, as a model of truck tires have been conducted over the carpet towards the Hoover leaves a platform. Probably not a big deal, just another observation. R machines rBoth were as easy to push.
I bought one of these machines two years ago. My first impression is very Favour - it worked fine. A bit messy - Drip water everywhere - but performance seems good enough to clean R. Plough two years I ve 'Used machinery, perhaps, 4-5 times. I Have Always Been very careful about cleaning the machine thoroughly after each use R. RNevertheless, I ve 'recently Does rotary brush system fails - and Complete lock Refusal to work - and one of the seals on the drain pipe fresh water rinse tank failed r. RI Being able to brush their own to improve the system by taking half a separate machine - bearing on the turbine / flywheel (the brush is driven by air from the suction power of vacuum) and eleven Siez HAD freed and lubed a bit, working again. R rHowever, clean water tank will likely need a new seal Fully Whether or new tank - this unit can not be used as such. Hoover sells replacement tank for $ 42 R! Rall-in-all, a good cleaning performance of this machine is eating at an EXTREMELY high-per-use fee if you Consider It will probably fail to brush mechanism (of warranty) and should be repaired, plus you ll "What to buy a new tank Each two years r. dot rone others: this is called a "steam vaccines". No STEAM Engage, whatever. This unit uses hot tap water and hot water is not independent, let alone make a " steam". Shame, Hoover.
I wonder how many people rated this book highly Those who wish they had held it for more than a few months before writing their review. Things of You are guaranteed: the thing will come out dirty water all over the floor. And may stop the soap dispenser is working. And finally, if less than one year or 10 are used past, you 'll Be the brokeny Machines That makes a loud hum. R rthe cost per use is hung on this ridiculous machine. Equally, you could rent a more powerful cleaner from the store and clean the half Often - you 'd would have given out before your frustration level lower b coming!
I'll keep it short. Initially, he cleans carpets completetly NOT OKAY. The unit does not produce steam, as expected by name. It's just heat the water in its entirety. The bottom of the unit for leaks and even after using the water will drain back into the floor of the unit that t wasn 'sucked into the tank. It was basically a mess to use and requires much work to clean small stains fast and effectively. Unless you want to configure, clean and tidy and clean this unit for small spots that basically sits in his place until you want to clean a lot of surface.
After extensively reading reviews and comparing models, we bought the cleaner from our local Sears. (If the Amazon best price Until Sears sales person offered to throw in 6 bottles of detergent!) What really appealed to us was the ability multi-surface of this unit since most cleaners are not safe for bare floors. I agree with some of the other party guests 's not the easiest to put together - But with the screwdriver and the manual, not impossible. We know 'bit' stronger your blank media, and heavy, but considering what I expected so. So far, we've 'four clean area rugs, bedroom and living room carpet, stair carpet, dining room and hardwood floors. We used a bit 'more cleaning fluid than we expected (for a total of 3 bottles for all above) but found that if the first shot of washing a faster pace, still get plenty of soap and wash, without wasting so much. t We have gone through two buckets of water to about 10x12 'environment. R RWE haven 'had any problems with leaks, and the only time we lost suction was our fault - we didn t ' close the cap to fix the pipe. My husband did worry when the brushes they weren t 'Rotary - until I realized it was the neck upright instead of angled, prepared to clean location. It doesn t suck 'hard floor is completely dry, but the puddles big O - E' was because I approached the wooden floor with a towel, but T laugh 'be necessary otherwise. It is worth repeating that, despite its name, not a steam cleaner. It doesn t heat 'water or create steam - and you can not use water hotter than 140 degrees. But it does warm up the floor (to speed drying?). R conclusion rin , it 're very happy with this car. We ve 'success in dumping gallons of bad water, and can see and smell the difference throughout your home - on all types of flooring.
After Purchasing this together I Was More Than happy with it. It cleaned my tile floors and switched to carpet and it was great. RThen the other day I Turned Brush it on and no action. What I did the manual said, check the filter and select the floor switch All was correct But The brushes rwould Not turn. RSeems I got a lemon. And That Was Not the bad part. NO place to take it for repair. And checked and There is no service location Within 300 miles of Little Rock Ar. RDallas is the Closest place They tell me. RBissel has 3 locations within 5 miles of my house too bad They don 't make and all in one bound. R RSO I guess I just junk this thing. POOR (NO) a dead product and service in less than 8 use.
Product works better than I thought it would. Large limestone kitchen floor with a lot of groove. No more hands and knees! Have many small spots from the carpet to dry faster and greater in water from the carpet.
We bought a previous generation of this beast ~ 15 years ago, and after numerous abuses that finally gave up the ghost. After looking around and reading reviews, we chose the "model" All-Terrain . (1) The "shit " is greatly improved. I tend to be very thorough, which means doing more-over, and a rather wet carpet. Yet this vac sucked enough water that the carpet was almost dry after only 30-45 minutes. The old model took 2-5 hours and was running with the box fans to help air things. (2) I really like the reservoir for cleaning solution. (3) Be able to apply only water without cleaning solution whenever you want is also very useful. (4) It 's not any noisier than our old model. Noise is a bit sweet 'tone, not " shrieky" such as vacuum cleaners are, so our three cats incredibly Don ' t mind too much this car. (5) Hoover redesigned the tank of dirty water, and is * much better than before - protruding parts to break, and when the behavior is now complete and reliable unmessy. (6) Finally! You can easily remove the cap and rinse machine parts (brushes, etc.) in the sink for easy cleaning. (7) I almost forgot this because it 's so familiar to us long-time users Hoover: * gets up an incredible amount of dirt and grunge from your carpets. Seriously, you won 't believe that you'll glop ' get carpets thought were actually pretty neat. R rWhy not five stars? Two reasons have to do with convenience. First, the shells are fragile and obviously fear a hard bump damaged by careless, we want to make all the garbage machine. Secondly, the attachment tube is fragile and tools and terribly low construction cost (fortunately, unlike the rest of the machine). But they made it so you can just leave that stuff, you 'll rarely use in a cupboard. This is another welcome improvement over older models. For reference, no m 'knowledge of sweeper that get five stars from me. R synthesis rin , for money can 't do better. Just be careful not to inadvertently knock the fluid reservoirs and you 'll be very happy. It's worth the dollars. Knowing what I know now, I 'd buy the same exact model again without hesitation.
