Liked the size of this machine and thought it would be nice to spills and pet problems ... It doesn 't do the job better than a can of carpet cleaner and cloth. It didn 't that big bush and didn ' t suck water placed in October I guess you get what you pay for.

I do not review products online but this one is to submit my thoughts on. More time / cost is put in the form of products than was used to make them functional. R1. You need earplugs to use it. R2. It shoots water out the side vents regardless of what the tank r3. It does not even vacuum a little of the liquid up R4. Spray must be pumped by hand - it is not motorized and bladder does not expand its fast ... such as using a common glass cleaner - you must wait a minute for the pop quiz back out so you can spray again. R5. It doesn 't have enough of scraping the head and bristles that it contains way too soft ... not strong enough to scrub anyting. R6. To make this work for the spot in my carpet I used a bucket of hot water with a sponge to scrub the spot and then use the vacuum feature to pull of some of the water out of the rug - I will return it tomorrow and spend more money to buy a machine to remove water from my carpet before it mildews / spoils. R rsava your money for a better product ... one is awful.

I had more hope for this machine .... it doesn 't nearly scrubs or intake at all and is extremely high! Stronger than some of the tools that my husband uses in the garage with ear protection. My full size Hoover upright carpet cleaner has replaced this since it has held in the hand attachments that are great for commercials and furniture.
