Nice having clean air in my room .. My daughter sleeps better, and WOW! I 't remember the last time Have I slept well in my room. Im Impressed! However .. DO NOT let the "free car ionizers " sell you on it. They DO NOT WORK AT ALL !!!!! Ohh sure its a very pretty blue light in your car, But There Is Nothing To eat out of the car version is worth ... I 've yet to smell and any difference either of my car .. NOT Worth IT!

One of the air purifiers did not work. I had to send them back. Do not buy this product. Buy sharper image. Now that the quality 's!

I originally bought this product 3 years ago from WalMart. I loved the product and had no problems with it. I had problems with pet Odors in my home and using the product After Odors are gone! Was it easy to use and easy to clean. After about three years of continuous use, the product broke. I recently bought the product from Amazon in 2 pack. I read reviews that customers unhappy with their customer service, But Since I had 't had any problems with the product, I Do not overlook them. When I received the product itself I open it and plugged them both in. Worked perfrectly One, The Other Was defective. By the time I went to return the product, Was it too late to go back to Amazon, so I needed to contact the manufacturer. I Called them and they said they'd call me back. They never did. Several weeks Later, I Tried again. Then they said to call back, but again 2 Days Later I have not Heard from them. I called a third time and spoke to a woman who do not speak very good English. He informed me that I would mail it to them at my cost and shipping track number. When the product arrived Was someone called them back and let them know that they received them. Then I would be charged $ 29.95 to send me a new unit. So, I spent approximately $ 100 for a defective unit and I'd Have to pay around $ 60 to get a new one sent to me. Needless to say, I'm back as the product and I Will Not Be buy a replacement from this company. Buyer beware!

Ok, r rThese Ionic purifiers do work, however, mine stopped working a year after-and here 's What the Tech Support Representative Told me over the phone: r RREP: "Sir, how long have you owned the twin purifiers? " SMR: " about a year and a FEW months now. " RREP: " What is the problem? " SMR: " Red Light On Right After I eat them turn on But the metal filters are clean! "Note: Means red light filters must be cleaned. RREP: " Ok, sir. What you Need to do is send them both in and we 'll replace them " SMR: "How much will this cost me? " RREP: "$ 50 for you to send them and Another $ 30 - $ 50 for us to send them back " SMR: "What is the reason why They BOTH stopped working? " RREP: " Well, After a year, use or not use, the wires inside the purifiers die and Need Replacing " SMR: " So, Every year or so I must spend Another $ 100 to get These working again? ! " RREP: " Yes, Sir. That 's correct. " SMR: " Ok. Well forget it. I will go on and Give my review on These items right now. " r Ras These Ionic purifiers seem to do a good job cleaning the air "without the consumer to keep buying HAVING filters " The Truth Is That You must continue buying them for $ 100 Every Year. They rep According To Give You the news ones, They Do Not fix them or replace the dead wires. R rI, for one, Will Not purchase this brand again. I bought this twin pack Ironic CA200T Pro Compact Air Purifier Ironic at Amazon.com in May 2009. Four months later (September 2009), one of the unit died. Kept the Light Blinking althought And Thoroughly deep cleaned using the blower from inside out, including cleaning the 3 steel particle collection blades. I called customer service Pro Iron and followed their instruction to deep clean again. The unit still did not function. Their customer service receives told me I had to pay $ 19.99 for them to ship the new unit to me, and I had to ship back the defective unit to them at my own S & H expense. I DID NOT want to go Through all the Hassles. I finally had the trash haul haul it away. The Car Ionizers were also useless. I kept them in my car for awhile and finally threw them in the trash bin also. I do NOT recommend this to anyone. Amazon should not sell this product to its respective customers poor quality of the twin pack.

I had the same experience as many who have failed their units. Net lights will stay on rendering the unit useless. This was after five months of use. I should do a little research before ordering this heavier paper. Now that you have failed a unit, I read that I was one of the many people who have the same problem R. RThe warranty process is worse I have ever seen. I had to call four times, two of the first time they tell me to call back the next day because their system is down. Three times I was told someone would call me back because customer service is busy?!?! Last call I was told to fax my receipt to them and then call them back within 48 hours to get to the address back to the ship back to Britain. I then will be charged $ 30 for them to ship the unit back to me. If ANYONE even far from ordering this product, T DON '! It is not worth the time and aggravation.

save your money. We Purchased 2 sets of the second pack to use around our house. only one left working. the other ones did not last very long.

This product comes with disabilities, Amazon's AZ guarantee has claimed, but they do not. Resellers, Butterfly Photo, no return. manufacturers will not honor the warranty if bought through Amazon because of some broken R. Ang rSave money, buy a different brand somewhere else!

Works great. I have sat at a table near the computer. It's my own version of a larger, and smaller is just as good as the older brother of ITS.

In this BIG Frist Working However from time to time and even cleaned up after They Are What smells like metal in the room. No smell clean or fresh at all anymore. Don 't get me wrong it do what it says it does not. But it just smells funny as heck.

It is one of two ok? The light will not come out clean after only two weeks of use. I clean inside and out, even used compressed water and no luck. I tried calling the customer service number in the manual. Was directed to a different number. They tried to send me back to the first number and then hung up on me. The other units seem to be working, but nothing to get excited about. Throw out the units of the car. Weight loss for transportation.

I bought two last year (6 / 08). I clean them per the instructions. Only one still works. They were great while they worked, but I will not buy another one. I agree with another review: the car is worthless ones. I will buy a room cleaner to replace the filters from now. I have two old ones (3 or 4 yrs. Clean air, no noise, no filters. Clean the blades as needed "when they are very good at all in the air - no matter micron or whatever - it all gets. Everything that is put in the air at the plate, I know how it can only catch certain sizes of whatever - it is everything. I have 4 total, 2 large, 2 compact. Have a smaller one in the bathroom and 2 car ionizers in two cars. If nothing else, I know, I breathe clean air - see what is left on the blades ...

I like the product. I bought a Twin Pack We have five parrots and dust and bits of skin that was always a problem. The ion Pro Somewhat seems to do a good job cleaning the air of our anger. Mainly got this for my baby and it was good ... never had allergies. I do not know if this helped or not, but I'm happy to have peace of mind it. Very cheap because Don 't have to buy new filters, just wash with soap and water No Great design. The car ionizers were not used. I still have them.

Very satisfied with the Ionic Pro it is in every room in my house and he did an excellent job of eliminating allegeans.

Kinda the whole point of this thing is supposed to be a) quiet, 2) keep you from having to purchase filters. How about buying a new unit instead? That 's what ' LL is doing - has two of them and both have failed in under a year. Cleaning up the red light came on and won 't go out. No clue why - and Ionic Pro does not help. Way too much money to spend for products fantastic.

I Bought These about a year ago and now one is broken. Other Reviewers Like the red "clean " light on meat and no matter how much I clean the thing it won 't go off. When I contact the company about it (Which Was no easy task. It required calling Several Different numbers and talking to countless Different people, most of Whom didn 't really Understand Español) their response Was Basically "too bad ". The second one is Still working, but i wonder for how much longer. These purifiers That Never Were great to begin with. The air didn 't feel Than Any cleaner if I just Open the windows to my apartment and Aired it out a little. The only thing They really did get rid of Was the stuffy winter feel (but as I said this Before Can Also be solved by just opening the windows for a FEW minutes). Also They didn 't help at all with my allergies (the main reason I Bought them). The car purifiers are Completely worthless. They don 't do anything. Overall, I Wish I Had Bought saved my money and something more useful.

The unit would last about 18 months of use. I brought my two units about a month apart. They both died after 18 months of use (one after the other). Clean the filters of the light stayed on, no matter how clean you clean the blades and son. I do not recommend this product. It is much less expensive one with a replaceable filter.

It's okay. The shipment was fast, the price was low. I am very satisfied. This worked great to solve a problem of allergy to a tenant in my building.

This becomes an extra star just for visual appeal. Otherwise, totally useless - except making noise! R rI I bought this because I live in an attic by a busy expressway. I wanted to reduce pollution in my room, plus all the dust keeps piling up! I thought it was because there was no backlog of work on the blades. However, there was absolutely no reduction of dust! Actually I think it created more. R rit make noise, which can be easily solved, but the customer service is horrible. Even though I can not return the item - would be too bulky to lug all the way to the post office, and now he 's more than 30 days. R rdo 'Do not buy this item. It will be a complete waste of your money. Invest in a HEPA filter instead.

The price was good goal I have not noticed much difference and I don 't when I see the Blades cleaned. No catches both the Pro Ionic.

Bought the twin pack for 2 room coverage. The one in the family room is located at the top ... bedroom on the bottom (it was too high). They do a great job of removing cat hair. My allergies have been reduced to very much. I recommend based on performance and price. It can 't imagine the unit cost 2-4 times more by doing a better job
