This machine worked fine for the first year. I had very positive feedback about the machine well, the release latch to keep it upright failed to clean up one day and fell on my daughter 1 year old who was watching nearby vacuum. I called Bissell and because it was a little over 1 year of age they refused to cover part or replace the unit. This is a heavy vacuum and I would not 't want any child to be injured. I will not be buying a new Bissell!

We have been if five cats and using a shop vac for a couple of years. When we used it, we were horrified at the amount of dust and hair we collected. We had to empty the canister a few minutes. R n Our rWorks both wood floors and carpeting. R rCouldn 't be happier.

This is a great vacuum in some serious suction. I only have two minor issues with it. RFirst R , it falls over backwards Very easy, especially when using the hose. It gets kind of annoying. R rSecondly, it doesn 't not too big of a job of cleaning up dog hair When the going parallel to a wall. This leaves a trace of it That Could be a problem to clean up if 're vacuuming on a narrow path. Not a big deal, just take some maneuvering and a little more time.

We love our new Bissell. We had achieved a hole lot cheaper and just do the job, and spit things back to us. The first day we received two landfills to vacuum up the plant, it paradise 'even started detailing the edges. The assembly was very simple, and the same vacuum is not strong at all We love the height adjustment for multi-surface cleaning. Is fun to walk on the carpet after cleaning on the establishment of pet hair, feels like new. The cable is very long and the hose. The vacuum is a little heavy, but that does not fall t 'more easily. Great buy!

I bought recently (couple of weeks ago.) I was in total dilemma in deciding between Dyson and Bissell. I had some crazy model dirt-devil who has done nothing (instead of sucking dirt, threw dirt everywhere. Call this as friendly and not dirt-dirt-devil. The handle broke within 3 months of regular use). R rAnyways , I thought I'd spend $ 500 for a good vacuum. But after reading several reviews Bissell, I ended up buying it. So far so good. Oh boy! The carpet looks clean and now every time I vacuum, which sucks good amount of hiding dirt in the carpet. What a relief!. R rHowever IT HAS few refund. Dyson I used before. Bissell This is not quite as could be. Additionally, this vacuum to clean, you must open the holder and the landfill. I think improving the cleaning mechanism, this would be really good vacuum. Ras R and live in 1100 square meters apartment, I feel that this is really good with this vacuum every week.

The void is great. It replaced the old Phantom Fury. It has great suction and is easy to dump the canister. The cable is long enough to make a couple of rooms at a time. I saw the positive reviews here that prompted me to buy this model from Amazon. It was very easy to assemble. I was not disappointed at all with this purchase.

I 'm very pleased with this vacuum. As the other reviews indicate, the quality of the vacuum is excellent, especially considering the price. R rMy only complaint is that the vacuum picks up a lot of carpet fibers, even when put on a medium-high height setting, and then the carpet fibers clog the cyclonic action in the dirt cup. I have to empty the cup around two times for every room that I vacuum. On one hand, I 'm glad the vacuum is picking up so much dust and junk, but on the other hand, it ' s not very fun emptying the dirt cup so many times, when a lot of the junk is just CARPET fibers. However, this is probably a quality of cyclonic BAGLESS vacuum in general, not something specific to this model. R rSummary: Great quality, results, power, ease-of-use, and price!

I LOVE this vacuum! My mother and brother Dyson different and tried to convince me to buy one. I was reluctant to spend $ 450 + for a vacuum, but after my Eureka burned and I almost stopped sucking purchased Dyson. R Rafter much research, I decided to try the Bissell Velocity. It has characteristics similar to Dyson (dual cyclonic action, HEPA, navigation instruments, etc.), but was on sale for $ 119 - and that price, I could give to a friend and replace it with a Dyson if I didn 't like that. R ri thought my house was clean BEFORE I bought this vacuum - boy was I wrong! I had to empty the dirt Canister 4 times and my house is only ~ 1800 square meters. My carpet feels 'soft' for my bare feet! I t haven 'tried on my tile floors bare, but I am extremely pleased with the performance of TI ' s on the carpet. Will recommend to everyone I know!

I read a lot of reviews before deciding on this cleaner. I think it was a great choice! R rBought this vacuum at Target. Never before had a bagless and will never go back to a bag model. I have a Chow-Chow, and this thing has an excellent job of picking up dog hair. I had a very clean house before I got this vacuum. The first time I used it I was amazed by the amount of deposits raised it out of my carpet. I had no idea how bad my other vacuum until I used to implement this. The tube system is very nice and tip for my long flight of stairs, but the vacuum Tends if I use it. But That is bound to happen when the vacuum is light weight (I 'll trade the light weight is for the disposal.) Also, it looks good. I love the colors. Very good buy! Highly Recommended!

I bought this vacuum at Target for $ 129.00, after reading reviews on many different vacuum. I have a small apartment and a cat that sheds like crazy! My old vacuum just stopped picking up any dirt, hair and cat mess. The first time I have this vacuum after 2-3 days, not vacuuming at all, I had three times the filter is empty, because it picked up so much. My carpets looked great and the additional hose attachments has a great job vacuuming cat hair from my couch. The cable is long and thats a plus for me because I stop 'don t have to vacuum and pull into another room to go. For me it was easy to install and is it on the lighter side. It is top heavy and tips over when you aren 't careful, but otherwise I have no others have found problems with it.

We studied a lot of empty and chose this. We do not regret it a bit '. The suction is very powerful and we were surprised by the fine dust carried her out of our carpet. The rotary brush is very powerful and actually inflates our Berber carpet worn-down. The dust filter is very easy to empty. The gap seems about right for the noise and weight. The only drawback for me is the turbo rotating brush that came with the vacuum seems more a gimmick than anything, personally I can do a better job for my mobile with only the hose coupling and simple dish.

I bought the Bissell 3950 Velocity When my last engine Bissell's broke (it had that one in four years). I like the light of air filter that lets you know if you need to change the filter. I m not 'very good cause (as did my last burst) and it has a warning light to remind me nice. R RI LOVE what you do for my carpet. My husband says that is not good because we have. I like Oklahoma and nasty red clay that we get to wherever. With two children, my husband and my dog we wear in the carpet and this brings back to life. R r not, but give it 5 stars because it is not A Hard Floor Cleaner. If you want something that can do both, this is not the machine to buy. The brush does not turn off when you put the "Settings bare soil. " I know that lift most of the dirt on his feet which makes it suck. R rHands low This is a great vacuum for carpet, but now I'm in the market for something of my hard floor areas.

I give my sister as a gift and loves, this is a great machine and I will replace my old vacumm of this. Great product.
