This vacuum performed well when I bought and some months later. Unfortunately, I have two cats and even with regular emptying the cat fur now up accumulates inside the clear plastic. Every two weeks, so I attach a butter knife into the void and scrape the fur off the cat thing that seems to produce the 'aspiration. Due to the design, it is not easy to get the hair off the suction thing. Sorry 'better not to use technical terms. The point is that if you have pets, this vacuum suction at the end of Ana. I love this vacuum. The tool cleaned my furniture for pets. The handle is ease of movement. And the fact that you can turn off the hard floor brush is very large. TI does not pull on your feet land on bare floors !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I 've had a total floor for two years now. I bought it based on good reviews about ITS and powerful suction especially for how well it clean the carpet, because it is very important to me. I Have to Say That the reviews are correct, because the vacuum is a great job in cleaning and sucking up everything ---- When It 's working properly. And That Is Where it fails. From day one, the suction IS messed up. IS being used during the hose, the suction indicator would go from green (all clear, good suction) to black (something is blocking the suction). After many calls Bissell and many attempts to clear the hose of any obstructions (There are none), we were told to take it to a repair shop. After a week with no vacuum, we are told that There Was Nothing wrong with the suction, but that the indicator button IS "just a little off ... ". In other words, the indicator IS sensing blockage When there was not one '. Bissell sent us a new body in the vacuum cleaner. RSO this one seems to work properly. After a year of use, the plastic clip keeps the unit upright position broke. Now every time vacuum is left in a straight position, it falls. I'm here to tell you that it is not worth buying this online. I bought this vacuum and it came to me from GoVacuum damaged and they sent me twice! They never return calls and Super're lucky if you meet someone troops during working hours. They are now charging me a restocking fee for shipping and an emptiness that I'm not going to use! This is our 2nd Bissell turbo upright.Both of them ended up having the adjustment knob holds spring hieght strip.You can 't Adjust the hieght thevvaccum on, its stuck at one hieght.I feel it wasn ' t due to heavy handed use, but a cheap, bad design.Its a nice vaccuum, but watch out with the hieght adjustment.

I ve 'had this vacuum for the past year and I love ... but I can not give 5 stars because the thing is heavy to carry on things like stairs. This time I made a little more research and picked the Total floors Because my carpet and tile in my house and I wanted something to take your orders on both. The first time I used it, I vacuum a brand new carpet that has been on the ground for less than a month and OMG I had to empty the tank was over twice before (the carpet is 10 "x14 '). It was then, now its still works great, always picking up cat hair and dog and who knows what my carpet and flooring. I ve ' has no broken parts and its been great. I'd give it a five star if only he was a little lighter.

This vacuum worked well, but always things left behind after the first pass, for some time. It 's been through at a rate alarming vacuum belts, and did nothing to collect pet hair. I got six months of use out of it, before it finally stopped working completely. I laugh t 'buy a new Bissell (it ' s not like it, but I still use very heavy, whereas most of my floor tiles - I sweep with a broom.) I 'd recommend you try elsewhere for a quality vacuum, so you don 't have to shell out another $ 200 for a new vacuum in a few months.

My husband had to take the thing apart just about every two weeks. There is always a problem, and always with the different parties. I noticed a terrible smell of burning while using it, and after much research, we found the brush was not spinning. I pile carpet is very low and where I was four, the brush didn 't Budge. I had put him up to six to rotate the brush, and at six, it 's too high from floor to fluff up the carpet so it looks very dull and tangles and the vacuum did not pick up small debris and hair. Bissell customer service is extremely helpful with any situation. Next time I 'll spend the extra money and get a Dyson!

R ri I read the reviews after the order is placed, so I Knew to check for broken parts upon delivery. The box did arrive with a gaping hole, but the parts around That hole (hoses) appeared OK. Also the front plastic piece above the roller appeared OK, Which seemed to be a common complaint. I assembled the vacuum (just a Phillips on three screws is required, and minor snapping into place) and there Were Someone else noticed two cracks (looked like a star) in the plastic near the power switch. I know I didn 't do this Because I didn ' t exert any kind of pressure That would have caused this, and it was most likely due to the mistreated box, cheap materials or possibly, missed QA inspection or inadequate packaging. r ri Used the vacuum on floors That hadn 't seen a vacuum in a couple of months (my old one Had broken). It picked up lots of stuff, and Pls I emptied the cup after Each room, the vacuum got really dusty. Dust falls off of the Underside Nowhere the cup is removed, and gets all over the vacuum and the floor. It is noticeable and Happens Every time so I learned to do this over the hardwoods and then sweep it up. It does have good suction, but it doesn 't "pick up the rugs making it a two person job " as one person noted. We Have Canister Vacuum but i wanted a cheap upright That Could wooden floors and no rugs on the endless scrubbing canister vaccumn ... R rThis is it ... The only downsides are the dirt collection "thingy " is too small and badly designed .. Said it can vaccumn the entire house without emptying it, so it 's really not a huge problem in the second, it ' s a little bump on rod carpet mode. R rThat All Said That 's literally the only downsides, it ' s strong hoovering maching that has cut my time in half, it is no infinite height adjustments, the Ability to turn off the carpet beater bar, the large and length of heavy cable and many more tools Which is great for stairs etc.. oooh not to mention the carpet mode it 's self-propelling so necessary just pushing the steering! R rThis really is an all floor cleaner, we live in the UK When we owned the Dyson vaccumns s 'for about seven years including most recently Dyson the ball and I would buy this Dyson Vacuum that humihigop any day of the week ....

I just had this vacuum for several days, but I am very happy with it (especially for the price). It sucks up a lot of dirt and hair, and I haven t 'had any problems with it. It certainly is better than my old canister vacuum. Don 't forget to have a canister filter just below the dirt needs to be cleaned periodically. When it arrives, it is easy to combine (you only need a screwdriver and a little muscle). Right now, I would recommend this vacuum to others. I 't comment on its longevity however.

This vacuum is very heavy and has a lot of cheap plastic. When we received it, had SOME plastic cracks in it. When I attempted to clean the dirt container, got dust all over my clothes. I wouldn 't recommend it to anyone.

I seldom rate anything 5 stars but this machine is approaching. I vacuumed the house for the third time since receiving the machine. If I were using the old vacuum and it worked efficiently like this, I would have to change bags at least 4 times. I had to empty the large bowl twice. He is still gathering dust carpet freshner that the other machine has missed the past several years. On the floor naked, I 'm used to seeing small particles being blown off the vacuum, but it doesn ' t happen with this. We have four rooms with carpets and the rest is tile. This vacuum works very well on both surfaces.

Purchased this vacuum and hoping for a united Powerful That would be great where dog hair. My 2 year old model simulating bissel broke down way too early (belt would fall off Every use-even new Belts) But picked up TONES of dust and pet hair. This new vacuum Seems to just pick up a lot of fine dirt. And don 't know why I don ' t see much hair picked up. It is very good on my tile floor with no scatter When the brushes are deactivated. Overall Was twice the price of my old Bissel AND NOT worth it.
