After much research (six months) for what to look for in a vacuum bag vs Bagless, quiet, HEPA filter, strong suction, I decided on this Bissell. This machine is easy to push the carpet and takes things even in a corner much of its route, which is never my Hoover did. I needed a machine that would be emptiness Both carpet and tiles and collect cat hair. This Bissell Powerglide has the power, excellent suction, even the hair cat and is a breeze to exercise. The option of adding a large HEPA filter is the quietest of the Hoover Bissell. I Could Tell this vacuum to anyone without any book. Actually I look forward to vacuuming now that I used to fear when I got the Hoover.
