I installed one in my crawlspace a few weeks ago and has been running continuously since then. It seems well made and heavy duty. I could barely hear it, I don t 'understand how people can complain about the noise, unless they installed it incorrectly. The unit itself is quiet. I live in the mid-South and don t 't understand why this mandatory aren' on all the houses with crawlspaces. They not only prevent the mold, but they also remove radon gas. What 's not love?

Two of these units installed in the mezzanine of a week or so ago and there is a good improvement of mankind under the house. I don 't have a crawl space. I have a prewar co-op with a small bathroom window. It was impossible for a fan to fit it & it is no other option for venting moisture.This little machine to find a perfect fit. I turn it on when using the shower, so I can talk 't on efficiency in automatic mode.
