I have a SpotBot Pet for several months. I can 't speak to durability, because it ' s fairly new, but here are a few things I 've noticed that the raddress attention of some people who only give one star. I have animals, and raise my pets to take in the local ranimal shelters. So pet stains and tracked in the mud is the main problem for me. When I 've used SpotBot, I ' ve realized that he left a beautiful carpet wet when it 's finished. I found if I just do nothing, the forms where the water stains. Remove stains well, but you must face the fact that good enough soaked carpet. So, I find if I wet a towel with hot water and scrub the area clean, which eliminates cleaning residues (because they do not have clean water rinse cycle - a big mistake in my opinion) and that attracts more dirt (I think the carpet cleaning guy). But after that, I had to absorb as much water as I can so that water stain doesn 't set in. So, after all that, it ' s almost as if you could clean the place without an engine. I find that I can 't rub it hard enough or long enough to get the stain out, so the engine is still worth using for me. It does a good job on the stain. You just have to be willing to put in a little extra time to take care of such problems as mentioned above. So, if you 're young and strong, I ' d say a good brush and some patience will do you well.

If the robot on the spot for about six months after he died, it is quite possible, I thought! Called tech support, when the computer just died. Called "Support ", which was totally useless, even after that I finally understood what the person meant. Finally I was told to take to the dealer, who was very helpful, and after weeks of trying to tow people Bissell, was allowed to get a replacement. The replacement took six weeks! This product works ok for us but it absolutely light colored stained our berber carpeting. We have cats who have hair balls on the carpeting, they aren 't considerate enough to save it for the wood flooring:). With cleanup then using the stain remover, it left a lot of water still in the carpet and left a dark stain the exact shape of the head. Rit did do a great job on our area rugs and our couch 's upholstery. So obviously this product is hit or miss depending on whatever items you use it. Rit 's not a total loss for us but sometimes I wonder if it was worth buying.

I LOVE THIS MACHINE! Directly from the box I put the solution and it comes with water in the catch and pushed the button without reading the manual. I watched it work and pray that it will take a pet urine out of carpets and low and behold IT DID! Not only that set out in other spots, too. I am very happy and I love it! Well worth the money I paid!

I bought this thing to take care of the spot. A cup of water and detergent to $ 20.00 wet vac is 5 times more power. The bombs spits out the solution rate of a gallon evrey 15 mins. Vac is the suction of a plug in car vac (maybe). I used it a few times and send it to the auction house and lost about half what I paid. $ 85.00. People buy it overpaid.

The machine did a decent job, remove stains from pet during the first four uses, and I had written a review then it would have been 4 stars. When buying the product, I wondered why Bissell made so many products that seem to be the same as this machine. Now I'm sure it's just a marketing ploy. When you don 't have luck with a drive, you spend one U.S. dollars fer more and buy a "best " one. The leak of cleaning solution tank constantly. Considering the high cost of the solution, I think this is an unacceptable feature of the machine. The unit is currently 2 months old, and now I am only able to use it in a location before having to fill the tank of solution.

I am very pleased with this purchase. I have 4 dogs and three cats. They tend to make mistakes when it is cold outside. Very easy to use and does a good job. Don 't have to get a big unit out. Had I bought earlier.

I love this stuff! I have two cats, and one is a puker. I do the diet (high quality) of dry cat food and my So when she throws a sort of yellowish color. All rugs in my house is light in color (light gray and beige in a field in another). Before getting this machine I would use the best products on site and spend much time on my hands and knees and when I was done, I always saw the spot where was. It was probably good enough that nobody would notice, but I did, and I hated that I've never been completely. R RNOW, I use the automatic cycle and it gets the stain completely every time. I found that using the "surface stain " button is often not enough, even on fresh stains, just so I always use the "Set-In Stain " button. It takes a little more and use a little more product, but it does've always the case. R rI 'also used the stick for manual cleaning and other projects n' t be happier.

I have two dogs, so that every dog owner knows what that means. Green My old one gave up their mind, so I need to clean one another to make the chaos of small dogs sometimes. Finally, I found this one and it's great. Can it by hand or have it automatically clean the area, adding a few buttons. It makes a fantastic job done and get small bottles of sample carpet cleaner with him. Even though I didn 't buy it from Amazon I just wanted to share my experience with this item. It does everything I would expect it to do and then some. It really is a great time saver. The only draw back is it does take a lot of cleaning solution to fill the tank if you follow the guidelines on the solution tank. Would definitely recommend this to fellow pet owners.

My dog is a rescued dog and still has occasional accidents (who was abused as a puppy and does not respond well to being screamed at) so we need to clean up the occasional spot. This device does a better job than aerosol and is easy to use. However, it takes a little work to keep the device clean, however. Must be emptied and then "sucks " clean water for cleaning. While self-cleaning carpets, the cleaning device is not. It 's not bad, but I bought this because I'm lazy, and it does take a bit of work. R rAnyway , the device cleans the carpet well and does not cost much, so I recommend it.

Our old SpotBot After many years finally died, so I bought this model as a replacement. We have two cats hairball and three loving children, then this is a necessity in our house. R rI have nothing negative to say about it, and seems to do even better than our old SpotBot task. Our carpets were terribly stained with urine pet. We have always tried to clean up after the accident, but we still had stains. Streak them had our stairs, and every product we used seemed to make it worse. Finally, my husband and I bought the Bissell spot bot. I cleaned the ground with the office of high foot and stairways and small spots with the brush. Now my carpet is stain free! :) I am surprised, given some of the spots have been there for months.

We ve 'also found old hairballs / Vomiting under our bed and this product was able to restore our carpet "as good as new" status, without exaggeration. I live in a three-story condominium with my DH and four cats. I have a steamer full size carpet that works very well. But with four cats, there are plenty of "point here, there on the spot" type of cleaning needed between full carpet cleaning. Due to some health problems, I have trouble carrying things and down the stairs. R rThis has been the best solution for dealing with stains and spots that I have ever met. "Sure I can get the husband to get the cleanest big for me, or take a few towels and resolve and work on it for 10-20 minutes, or do I can take this and press the button and within minutes ... work is done. I 've HAD 3 different models of this product and none of' em WORKED more than 3 times. First one cam in DOA, No to the suction pump. Returned it for a different one, it WORKED fewer spectators Then no more suction. Third one has WORKED couple of times again, Then Stopped. Customer service-through a few "I Walked Things Each Time to try to get it to work, drank no joy. Finally the last one left on the front porch hoping someone would steal it, aim Apparently thieves are smarter Than I Am. Based on the reviews I 'm Glad There Are So Many folks happy with the SpotBot, goal I wonder how many years it Have Used More than a couple of times. These Are not Enough for Me robust to ever try again.

This is the best $ 130 I spent! My husband and I adopted a puppy about a week ago, and this little miracle has paid for itself already! I've used and located on the surface stains and HAD scores well with both. very user friendly and easy to use. If your filter without oxygen, you can leave the tank full of clean water for use quickly, just be sure to empty and clean the dirty tank after each use. SpotBot I recommended that one of my coworkers and her husband bought her at night and raving about him all day the next day. Great buy!

I have never written a book review before but feel compelled to what one is the SpotBot. I have a new puppy who refuse to go outside in the rain pot. Can you imagine the state of my carpet. I Bought this at a local store for $ 129 about three weeks ago. Two Times I Used it on the auto setting. It WORKED fine DID What I wanted to do it and I liked "could walk away That you and let it clean. On the Third try, I Decided I needed to use the manual hose. I Followed the instructions about pressing the button for manual Within Thirty Seconds after releasing the hose grip, aim the light just blinked and the manual hose never WORKED. I unplugged the machine and tried again And Still nothing. I Called the company, and the Problem Explained Was Told to take it to a repair shop. Theys Gave me the number for the repair shop curateur my house (25min away). I Called the repair man and Told me to return it to the store Since It Still Fell Within That Particular store 's return time frame. He Said That the SpotBot Is a good idea, purpose THEY Have many, Many result from That in That Costly repairs are worth more Than the machine itself. He Said if I Brought it to Him, all DO IS ET would return it to the company And They 'd give me a different one and it would take a long time. I Have No intentions of buying floor cleaner bissell Another again. R rI Also Noticed a tiny Amount of water leaking from the hose clamps WHERE it to the machine. They told me to buy this company for stain removal of several people at work. They were right, then this is a remarkable product. My only plainte be leaving the carpet damp (almost wet). Removes stains very well but all in all I recommend it!
