I really hope that the company considers these ratings. I would Were this product with five stars not the "small ", but extremely annoying design issues. First, it is not in the least put these places get, and between the legs on a chair. My guess is that 's nothing I can change what is to prevent that. If the space around openings Scooba 's width fit, it ' ll put it probably - unfortunately. This is not a big problem. Once there is a couple of times, you find ways to re-arrange furniture Prevent the device goes from there down the next time. RMuch is more annoying, what with the tank design. Locks, handles, sensors, a nightmare. The pull-up handle and release the latch on the tank is in my opinion, the low height of incompetence. Want to stop the cause to the release on his own in the middle of the Scooba cleaning and to complain that the tank is open. Ironically, some time later, stuck the handle so I could not take the tank. No amount of pulling on the handle did the trick. The flimsy handle finally broke off. Now I have an invalid device, as it still works, but does fought in a war. RWhile It was still brand new would often stop and signal for the "check tank, " There were no obvious reasons for IT - Solution tank still full, even with a lot of dirty water tank capacity. This is by far my biggest problem with the device, because what I had really hoped to achieve, is it clean when I leave the house, downhill in the morning and come back to clean floors, when I return. Instead, you go back and find this thing either stick slammed with a tank, or just a false "check tank " signal and you notice that there 't did not even five minutes into the cleaning. You now have to "jiggle the handle " and listen to an hour to ITS - rather loudly - operation, when you relax after work. Rall want these questions are, the more irritating because I paid attention especially to Avoid Them "by a thorough cleaning at regular intervals. RI would still recommend it to anyone who is clean floor, has a lot of patience, but no time or energy to Swiffer Have. iRobot If people could assemble their heads and these fundamental design issues, I would prefer to fix a much bigger favor. Swipper avoid Until then the soils, the frustration.

My husband bought the Scooba for me for Christmas and it was great. He swept the floor and wiped. It worked very well. While only about 4-5 months after literally things started to fall on the other. The valve crumbled apart when I tried to clean it. Then the handle to open it stopped working and we had to use a knife to open it, then finally fell off the handle. Now we are left with a walnut pieces. I tried to email the company and the website is a joke. They put you through hoops just to say you can 't an email account without them, even when you have an account, said that you don 't one. So I called the company and they were not helpful and told me there was nothing to do but a whole new body and the tank without the battery for $ 180. I think it's a great idea, but a complete rip off. By the way my husband has spent well over $ 200 just for this use for five months, then discard.

Love the idea! Rone thing I wish I knew was that although this robot is able to clear the square footage of the floor that someone must do it in 2steps (ll stop 'and you should change the tank). Next up would make someone whole floor at once. Since this is a second home, it is difficult to baby-sit him what it was and someone that the main house. In addition, you must clean it out right when you finish cleaning, again not ideal for running as we walked to the door, it can 't set Well, the next visit. For these reasons, the vacuum would have been a better match. (Plus we could also use it and the main house). RProblem with our robot, is that the suction drying does not work. Thus, the ground is wet left to air dry. Is not critical, as it leaves the floor clean, and I run, usually when I'm doing a little bit. Still, a little annoying because I paid a pretty penny for something that is supposed to vacuum, scrub, wash and dry all in the same pass! RSince floors and our lives are not the main house, I 'd be open to exchange it for a robot vacuum rated similar remnants (with automatic scheduling and auto dock) .. good option for those who hate dry as much as me! RI simply receive the most use of a vacuum (dog hair!). Erals, I msut say that someone that the dog is afraid of everything, from vacuum cleaners to water, but do not mind this robot walk! Great job on the project! RI really want the name of this Scoomba consistent with Roomba. Also hate to mess with absolutely independent "scuba ". Anyway, it's very common for people refer to as scoomba .. It 's natural. For the recognition rbrand easier, too. Well, we can 't be all responsible! The product is cool though.

What's good: rCleaning lightly soiled hard surfaces smooth and flat. R rWhat not good at: dirt rCleaning Sucha heavy or heavy stains have jelly. RCleaning wood floors with planks separated seams (dirtysheets fluid seams). Surface rCleaning golden tiles with rough texture (leaves fluid on dirty surfaces). RCleaning tiles have grout between them (leaves dirty grout is fluid). Due to this argument is useless is floors. You have to wash by hand anyway to clean the grout. R rA time saver for some tasks goal certainly will not eliminate all your work. R rz-dan

I bought my Scooba from iRobot in November 2007 and it worked very well for seven months and then stopped working with a light tank verification. Support iRobot people have been part of the most pleasant and seemed interested in helping solve the problems of problem. Through various issues that decide to exhaust all means that my Scooba needs to be replaced. R rSince but then, I've had several replacements. Some of them work again until it came time to empty the water tank and electricity inevitably turned to check the tank after their little song and dance play. Other not working at all saying deposit check, and that worked, but low wouldn 't get no water. Oh, and another to put water down, but not resume go through several technical support and all failures, then sent another unit. I was told that these substitutions were new units, two of which were used and, obviously, not gave us t 'bothered to hide this fact scratches and broken filter. Someone in their own sales department. told us they wouldn t 'send a new unit that would be a comparable unit. Does this mean that, from my original unit is not working, just send us used to replace broken teeth? R RNOW because I had several replacements that nobody (Scooba reviews research and found many similar cases) had sent one of my back to them at its headquarters in Lancaster. I received a call from a girl with a voice but a great attitude who apparently does not 't know how to prime the unit, so that should work well. Funny how my first worked for seven months with little ole me fat all by myself and since then managed to fatten up and others had done the work necessary to ensure tank is empty. People support us we had the fat each and every time and if the water ruixada both sides, but the unit will not run. But we must be the reason these work units aren 't, so again the last unit back to us and that ' s the end of it. They will do nothing to help solve this problem. I think when you spend over $ 400 for a washing plant, should not 't have to work so hard to make it work.

I bought a Scooba 5,900 in the fall of 2006. Within about 90 days, it malfunctioned & Had to be replaced under the warranty. I boxed it up & paid to send it back to iRobot. I received an in-warranty exchange of another Scooba 5900. It also stopped working within the warranty period. This time I feel the iRobot Scooba 380 (May, 2007) In May 2008, I started having problems again with it not working. I called customer service & was told by the technician to replace the charger (due to the 4 beep Emitted from the unit). It took 2 months & 16 days to receive the trio pak ($ 119 +). The Scooba worked for about 15 minutes & then died. No lights, no sounds - Nothing. Customer service is a solution that I can pay $ 178 for a Scooba 5800 gold $ 384 + for a Scooba 6060. THIS PRODUCT IS A RIPOFF & Unreliable. BUYER BEWARE!

I wish I 'd got my first Scooba 350. Living with a puppy sheepdog Old 35kg/77lb t is not Français 'learned how to raise your leg when you pee, I ' d developed thick calluses on my palm from the raid. So the Scooba is Heaven Sent! My plans are now cleaner than what you 've never been. Expired r Rémy had joined after the first Connect an initial overnight - it stopped after less than 10 minutes, despite the claim to be fully charged when it started. This has been thankfully, a one-off incident - I haven 't stopped using it since then. Although expenses quickly enough, that I could do more rooms on a single charge. Otherwise, it 's wonderful to keep the house clean and allowing me to spend more time with my puppy. I can 't stop telling all my friends and family on Scooba!

Well, it works, it 's the good news. The tub full of dirty water is proof that it 's doing the job. The bad news is that it doesn t 'to the corners, and if you have a lot of dust (eg, pet hair) is re ' s probably best off vaccuming Some do before because it doesn t deal 'well with things like light hair blow around instead of being trapped under the robot. R rin short rPros : r1. Take the floor clean r2. Works well w / vineagar, which is good news for those who prefer natural things intead of cleaning chemicals R3. It 's quite easy to clean - just empty the tank, pop the brush and the filter and run under the cap. R4. Leave the floor reasonably dry. R rCons : r1. You 's absolutely go if Batty hang around and try to watch it work. It almost always does and what I see as the wrong thing (like going in the wrong direction or going straight when it should be a spiral). Save yourself the trouble - on foot and return to a clean floor. It does eventually work, and who cares if it takes longer? It 's the robot' s time, not yours. R2. it doesn 't do corners. problem. R3. Sometimes the cycle is stopped in the middle (I think I did a dirty tank). R4. It 's strong. really, really strong. R5. It would be nice if it could handle more than 12 '12 ' on one tank. R rOverall, good product, if a bit 'expensive (I bought it refurbished and have had no problems ...)

During the time I was writing this, my Scooba has ended up stuck to my floor heating grate four times! Is this thing ever learn? This - obviously - is not left alone, like a child. Scooba also has managed to get stuck under my kitchen kabinets itself repeatedly. As far as I know, kabinets Our kitchen is standard height from the floor. Scooba Then why get stuck under them repeatedly? If I Have To monitor it the whole time, I can not say that it frees up time for me. Scooba will not get a passing grade from me, I am sorry to say. I am the happy owner of a Roomba, which I absolutely adore!

IF you do not have children or dogs would be THIS GREAT PRODUCT FOR YOU. RHOWEVER IF RE 'TO CLEAN acctually buying dirty floors me T. Wouldn ' beam through a TIME I know I will return.

Good news / bad news: products RThe is wonderful, but it is, after all, an electronic system that may need to be replaced. Has it seriously changed my life, and I recommend this product if you have the patience to deal with idiots who manage their customer service. My Scooba was under warranty, and after an exhaustive process with CS, they decided to replace my Scooba with a brand new. Here 's where the shoe pinches, I had to take the old Scooba, it redirected to my expense and then wait for their warehouse has been damaged the Scooba in its warehouse. From there, I had to wait another 2-3 weeks for my replacement. The most frustrating for me that was in fact the agent of customer service has acted as if I was doing a favor. Given the fact that I already owned two Roombas, and the dog world, and now, my bad Scooba, you 'd think they ' D have been more useful to accelerate the replacement. Not at all. I hope they recover.

This is the best think that ever happens to me, the first time you have to wash the same place several times a week with my hole floor was bright and had only 45 minutes per area to be cleaned.

I have 3 children, 4 dogs, and a number of wooden floors (because of the dogs). Scoomba does an excellent job of shining my hardwoods and goes and goes on the main floor. My only recommendation is an additional light house to buy. However, this beauty also works with either Clorox solution or vinegar and water. My wood floors shine! When opening the Scoomba for cleaning is a bit tedious, but they work smoothly, and it will open for you. Even my friend has that cleans the house every week, someone that the land is found to much better than her mopping. Love it, they recommend that you only care for them, it s 'Wonderful:)

as a floor scrubber and mop, works great. Now if only iRobot Maintenance may include guides on how to help protect your soft / rubber parts and maybe a docking option

I reviewed the reviews here for sans o Before Scooba. Do I expect functional, said Able accompolish 90% of cleaning jobs, from this little machine. R RSET Is quickly and easily. One hour after opening the box, I Do machines are assembled, batteries charged, and filled with foam. Placed on the kitchen floor, Push the button, and ... Derwent for a walk! R rWhen I'm Back, I Found a pure white (I Thought It Was Gray) kitchen floor. Clean and dry! The Scooba DID MUCH Better Job Than I've ever had Could it be - 110%. Not even a crumb in the corner! Am I flat out amazed at how good a job cleaning the Docs this child. R rCleaning the Scooba Is Same straitforward. Cat hair filter Picked Up (We Got Three) And? Various other small objects. Dirty water tank proved How Many dirt washed up child R. RI highly recommend this machine to anyone Because you want the floor really clean and free time a little extra!

One of the greatest inventions from the perspective of the husband '. No more grueling. Great Pls you just don t time. She is skeptical at first, but after seeing it work. Magnificent. Only gripe is the sound. I have a child and I thought she was crying. Otherwise, Pls husband 's Lifesaver help the woman asks you constantly scans / MOP floors.iRobot hardwood Scooba 350 Floor Washing Robot

Love the iRobot Scooba from. The product delivers what it promises. However, it was minus ships in the manual. I called Amazon customer service and they want to essentially say "not our problem iRobot call you. " I have just the iRobot and they were very nice people and emailed me a manual within three days, which is given great that I do not ordered my Scooba directly from them. I also have a Roobma Vacuum by iRobot and I love both of my robot!

I am pleased with the operation and overall performance of my Scooba Scooba but was not good at detecting a carpeted area and "wet on the carpet" before everything stopped there. He has only one virtual wall Roomba virtual walls and are not compatible with it, so it is difficult to hold a roped with one virtual wall. In addition, it would be nice if they improved to a charging base and be able to return to the charge for it as the Roomba does.

It works quite well. It 'will be missing one point here and there, but the fact that you do not t ' MOP have 95% of the floor by hand makes up for this fall short. I use it about twice a week just to keep up on the floors and it works great.

I have the iRobot Scooba 350 and the 4220 Discovery Floor Vac and love them both! Scooba cleans the floor very well and Vac is fast and does a much better job than me. I have floors and a small two-bedroom condominium of about 800 square What I do is to leave half Scooba clean my place every week or two. It takes about half an hour to clean my place and I have to drain / fill the tank every 30 min. or so. The battery runs for about an hour and 15 min. One day I came into the room and saw my son for six years at school white shirt, lying on the floor pushing around him. I could not believe my eyes, I had the "sit down and I looked at the shirt and there was no dirt on his white shirt. IRobot Before I would have just thrown away the shirt I 'm sure! It ' s just us two guys who live here in our face and put all I can say is that we are not accustomed to living in this place cleaned yet. I would have bought these months ago if I would have known. My son has some allergies and have noticed a great improvement since we started the robots. We also get some entertainment watching the cat run with them. I bought the vacuum Discovery also because I was not 't sure if I needed both a vacuum and the Scooba? You can achieve with just the Scooba if you don t mind "extra work, I do so I 'm glad I bought both. The instances of just buying the Scooba is that it is much slower and you need to empty the water etc ... Cans Vac to clean my entire house in about an hour and return to be based on a single charge. You just need to clean the dirt Every Few cleanups so that 's very easy. I didn 't give Scooba 5 stars only because of price and time of operation. I feel that the price they want should give you a couple of battery and a way to have them charged. I think being able to clean a sq.ft. 800 to place the Scooba is a reasonable request. His vacs can do it. I 'm still so happy that I bought, however look forward to possible updates or may consider buying an additional battery.

It works like a dream! Definitely worth the investment. The leaves and the ground for a clean scent. Quiet, efficient cleaning. I love it!

This is an awesome product! s brush Scooba 'scrubs the floor and vacuum tube sucks up the dirt. Mops just spread dirt around - Scooba picks up dirt. Can you tell by the black water afterwards. R rEasy operation - just push the button and it goes. R rEasy clean-up - A quick rinse and tubes and brush it to! R RNO left corner dirty - Scooba systematically cleans the room and gets Every Corner.

And the Scooba received as a gift for Christmas. I have to say anything but great things about the product itself. R riRobot 's customer service on the other side, you managaed fail miserably every time I Have Been in contact with them. R rFirst time I contacted them, they wouldn 't honor rebate, which was mentioned seven times in the paperwork in the box and flyers. Their excuse, because someone posted the code online and other people who do not use were infact was supposed to help. Thus a new customer has been doing wrong for others. R punished rSecond was time for repair during the warranty on the battery. They told me it was ordered. After running around a lot and call her on the fact that they listed as instock online, send me an be renovated. She made me wait almost 3 weeks because they 't did not have a battery in the refurbished inventory. My Scooba was purchased NEW. Instead of shipping me what they had on hand, they made me wait three weeks. After closer inspection, they sent me 50 minutes to 100 minutes battery and not the battery it came with. When I called, they said basically bad. They had no intention on correcting the situation. I spoke with a supervisor, manager and even the manager. All without success. R RIT took a phone call to my local news station and call with one of its investigators in my name iRobot to finally resolve the problem. R rit really need not go so far had not and must not go that far. Everything had to do it was to replace what broke for an identical item, not a lower quality item. R rit 's really a shame that a company refuses with such a great reputation for their product are available. R ri is not a 'valued customer'. You 've lost me for life. R rBuy at your own risk.

I love the Scooba. He did an excellent job on my white tile. I let him "work about twice a week. I have not had a crowd around him" yet.

The tank is too small for my house, but otherwise a great product and I simply love my Roomba and too! R rGreat buy!
