I was able to get this unit at a discount from my job because it was crushed in the box and was missing the head nozzle. Fortunately, the heads Bissell sells online much cheaper. I bought the Bissell Little Green Cleaner thinking it would be useful to clean my house in my little encatifada scale - but never realize that I was buying a useless piece of garbage! The cleaner is so poorly designed that it leaks even before I had even begun. The suction power is so low that the carpet was soaked despair of keeping my spending 20 minutes running the "brush Turbo 'aspiration to the same place.
