I saw the TV spot, too, and thought this would be for smaller areas instead of the soiled carpet cleaners upright ideal. Easy to assemble and the instructions are clear. Unfortunately, the cleaning of 9oz didn 't is long. Clean it in about the same as local carpet cleaner and fresh, light staining useful. The cleaner has a nice, fresh scent that 'sa real plus. It doesn 't work well on grease or set-in stains. I 'll keep it for quick clean-ups, as I don ' t have time or you want a full tank to waste my upright carpet cleaner.

Not impressed with this. It did not clean my carpet the way it showed the commercial. Ri taken all the "extra 's " has gone and with it a product ran out before I was finished with the carpet area. I would not buy this again.

I bought this at WalMart Hoping that would clean my stairs and look clean again. Wrong! The handle comes in pieces together so that the hook can fit in a smaller package. It was downright disgusting AND I HAD ENOUGH. I followed the directions on the box and cleaned the carpet in 4x4 sections by pulling the stick towards me and the foam came out of the jet ALMOST ALL OF ALL OF THE TIME, but sometimes it bunched up. I scrubbed in four different directions and I must say the rugstick made the carpet look almost brand new! No kidding, the color came back, 90% of the soil and dirt was gone and the carpet was fluffy and it smelled really nice again. I used up the 9 oz trial cleaner can and almost all of the 22 oz for a 10x25 rug cleaner can too. R rThe stick was well worth the $ 13 investment I made as it did make the carpet look better 100% and come on, it was $ 13 dollars and a stick for the 22oz can of the cleaner. There are only a few grips that I had with the product. R rDid lift it up every Stain? RNO but I didn 't expect it would. R Rwasa it hard to use? RHonestly I did have to scrub pretty hard and you have to do it in the recommended four different directions to get the best results, I am 6 '3 and I could have used another extension in the foot stick as I had to bend over a bit too. R Rwasa the product well made? Ri scrubbed pretty hard and at times I felt it wise to hold the stick down lower as it is very lightweight metal that could definitely bend if pushed too hard. The foam occasionally bunched up in the jet, but I just tapped it on the ground and all was well. R rOverall though, I would definitely recommend this product as I am very satisfied with the results!

I have a tan-colored carpet that has really become gray due to the foot traffic going into and out of the condo. I had to do two applications, but it does make a noticeable difference. It won 't make it look brand new or anything, but I can see a noticeable difference and I am happy with it. It looks better after it is dried, and vacuumed. It won 't make your carpet look brand new but that is a pretty high expectation for something under 20 bucks. The trail cleaner size is small and you should get one or two extra cleaner bottles.
