You know, as far as versatile, it is a good buy. I mean the amount of different cleaning pads made it worth the price. It gets 3 stars for the awkward. The broom that keeps bend it, it takes some getting used to. Can I see the advantage of using the winding cleaning pads, but unless you are brushing the walls, shelves, fan, or something else above your head, the broom is very difficult to use. Being "green " I wanted a tool to do it all. I just gotten hard wood floors installed and wanted something I can use the floor as well above the head surface. Well ... 1 out of 2 Ain 't bad? LOL! R rAnyway, get you exactly what you see only the handle will stretch out to a full size (which they don 't show), so, it has a good reach them. However, if you 're looking for something to do too floor, bought a thing! Or, perhaps you used to repair system. I didn 't send it back because I can use it for other things, but I will buy something else to sweep the floor with.
