Purchased for my 70 + mom. He does whatever she wanted and it is easy to assemble.

Buyer beware, this is a lower product. I 've used mine 6 times and had to fix it 3 times, including having the head replaced. Pieces of plastic can not stand at all. Broken plastic things today when I use it and now I have no control over the play head. Plastic ball bearing at the bottom of the handle sits in a plastic holder and the holder has been replaced as well and I 'm sure it was broken again today. I purchased this product due to the good reviews that were posted at that time. I had a new puppy and needed to be able to clean daily in the utility area. The mop is lightweight and the design of the mop head with its swivel capacity are great. BUT, the product worked marginally, ONE TIME. I have not been successful in getting it to steam since that time. It is worthless and I feel that I was the one "cleaned " with this purchase.

The concept is great but this product would not Emit steam and broke after we had only had it a short time. While it worked, I liked it very much but all of a sudden it just stopped working. So I had to without the Steam Mop. Great.

It was beautiful craft IT is easy and Light weight USE IT clean and gets great Most carpet stains out of MY pet AND HAVE so many stains it works great

It gave me the new version of this mop as a gift. The H2O Mop Ultra. This product does not do a thing for carpets. I tried to use it on my tile floors. I took my son washable crayons after going over it about 5 times. A Mr. Clean Magic Security is much more effective. Washable rugs fall after pushing it forward several times. After a few minutes of use, the MOP started making strange noises. When he tried to close it, I realized that the on / off switch stopped working. When I went to pull the plug from the socket, it burned my hand. The cable was all hot. Please think twice before buying this on price, shoddy product.

I got this steam cooker as a Christmas gift and since I had my whole family here with all the guys, this would be a great time to try the day after being together. It worked great! I did my kitchen ceramic tile, then put on a pair of white socks, and voila, NO DIRT! I was very happy with him. I read a review of a lady saying that she made her first floor of hardwood, but sprayed a bit 'Orange Glo on the floor and turned out good. I did, and it was great! The wax smeared the floor with the steamer. So the next day, I went on the hardwood with only steam and Orange Glo, and are Wonderful. I havent done the carpet in the living room yet, so I can not give an opinion on this. I love this steamer.

I want everyone to be aware that I have owned (2) H20 Steam Mops! Yes, I said 2! When I first used and received them, everything was perfectly fine with them, but after about a month or more to use the steam mop does not work correctly. In each of (2) Steam Mops H20 that I bought and owned, I always had the same problem. A longer emit steam mop. Each instance, the steam no longer worked and would just drip a lot of water. Since I live in Las Vegas, the water here is very difficult. Okay, I know that deposits of mineral water accumulated on the hard spray nozzle inside the chamber. The manufacturer's recommendations is to use half vinegar and half water to clean it. Well I tried and it worked for about 30 minutes and it 's it. So I got a dud Figuring and the fact that I really liked Initially, I bought another. This time, I used nothing but distilled water. Again, about a month ago because I know it will, the mop and starts to fail again. I DO NOT recommend this product at all! This article is not well built. I completely disassembled and reassembled Trying to make this product work. It's not worth the $ 100 and I recommend trying another steam mop with a better reputation. If you want to save some money and headaches, do not buy this product!

Love the way the mop moves, grooves goal and leaves a film on the wood and vinyl flooring. I was using tap water and thought this could be the problem, distilled water and connected to any difference. The pads get soaked very quickly. The device comes out of water. You are better off with an old-fashioned mop and bucket.

terrible product, poor workmanship, the company will work with you. i also purchased the of vacumm 's = two of them. vacumn hose does not connect. No suction. many phone calls to no avail. ended up throwing it away and lose 300.00.

The mop is great ... but it broke (NO POWER) after the 4th time using it and Thane Then send me a new one and THEN BROKE after using only once! This product definitely needs improvement!

I Have done a lot of research on different steam mops. I Looked at Prices and read reviews and finally Hundreds of Settled On The H2O Steam Mop. R rWhen it cam I Tested It On Every floor surface in my home Including ceramic tile, wood floors, and vinyl flooring. What Was That I found it works very well on MOST floors. Wood ... well ... it was okay, but on my old-fashioned, textured vinyl AMAZING It Was! I live in year old home and I haven 't the hallway Replaced vinyl flooring yet, Which I Hate Because I Have to get down on my hands and knees to scrub in the Nooks and crann (Which really collect grime). This mop, When Used Properly and slowly, Cleaned the floor well so it looks almost new! Ceramic tile, Also great. It Cleaned Even the grout. My floors look Better Than THEY Have in a looong time. R rI have 2 big dogs, has lots of friends with daughter, and a small pool in the backyard. I Own One Of Those "spray-and-mop " products and it is fine for quick cleaning (several times a day!) Goal it leaves a film on the vinyl floor, Especially Used over and over. This steam cleaner uses only water so there are No chemicals, no bucket to fill, and it inside thoroughly cleans Without Leaving "any residue. With a busy life and no great love for constant cleaning, this steam cleaner soooo Much Makes my life easier. What a rip-ff. Could you throw boiling water on my floor then wipe it up and get the results for a Sami Lot more $$... No better no worse thing. Floor stays wet, streaks, Don t waste 'of your dollars. Rusults just as good with a Swiffer mop. As for the carpet ..... what a joke!
