Shipping is pretty fast. Product is easy to put together and the actual machine, "And what a dream ". Light weight, good suction and goes anywhere. I am a happy person with clean floors. It just doesn 't get better than that.

The Dyson DC25 does not pick up litter. It is also not pick up small debris on my hardwoods. It was only an average job on the carpet. I hope that I did not spent the money and kept my old Oreck. Emptying the bag on the Dyson DC25 requires digging out the contents of the container and wiped with a paper towel, the debris is certainly not "out drop" as the Commerial. I vacuum frequently so that the carpets and floor coverings are not very dirty, and that one acquires, I wish I had never done.

I bought this vacuum for $ 499.00 on January 13 this year and is now at $ 399.00 per venda. That 't seem very fair. Although I like the vacuum cleaner so much better than my Oreck that collapsed after five years. The Dyson does a much better job with the hair of animals, but I don 't think that is how the maneuvers that the announcement was made. I could do a lot with that extra $ 100 right now ...

Watch video here: http://www.amazon.com/review/R37LJ7SO96PM80 I was fully prepared to be dragged by Dyson, but I was only slightly impressed. I suppose that depends on your previous or vacuum impressed I am with the Dyson. I say, not to gather dirt left behind my old Hoover wind tunnel, but not a lot of ground and is difficult to compare with my old vacuum is nine years old. R rit looks very clean and is very light. It is quite easy to become familiar with the use of attachments (two small pieces) and the suction is quite good. R Rone great defect is the length of the rope. It is a good 12 feet shorter than the Hoover wind tunnel, which is almost a pain, if you are comfortable vacuuming with a different machine. R rthe dirt in the carbon filter are not fired as I expected. I had to put his hand there and help out. Types of gross violations, but about having a bag of change. Although the stock Vs only changed quarterly. empty the container each time you vacuum. R rWhile I think this is a very nice machine and I understand why people were GaGa above, I would have been so happy with the Hoover Windtunnel Anniversary edition sold on Amazon for half the price of the Dyson . Of course I won 't impress your friends with a vacuum cleaner, you like a Dyson. You will not receive a five-year warranty with the Hoover well. Then you can rant about your Dyson to their friends feel the need to buy one. :-P

I'm sooooo excited to get my hands which was highly praised Dyson DC25. I have three cats and believe it will help me keep the cat hair and waste to a minimum. After I put my work I vacuumed the carpet where my cat walks the most. I 'll admit it took the hair and trash. BUT when I finished there was the rest of the cat fur, garbage and even a few patches of dirt outside layer of dust my Dyson vacuum - balls, wheels, and the front of the vacuum. It's frustrating having to clean the exterior of my Dyson after I use it when the hurricane force boasts that take everything from the floor without blowing everywhere. Well, apparently it does not happen, given what is left coating the outside of the machine ... R ri 'ma little disappointed, what with all the hype about them receiving Dyson Vacuums awesome. I think I own too many cats to have this machine to work the magic for me.

Recently, we decided it was time for our 10-year plus replacement of old Kenmore Progressive canister vac. We have a dirty dog, a cat, a child, not a mudroom. Our floors always felt dirty, even though we sucked. I hated the Kenmore - it was hard to always upset, and generally a pain, it was hard to find bags and cuts to be given age without a search. My child 's allergies, but still seemed to be no heavier worse. We had the engine will be repaired. Have developed R rVacuums lot, because we were on the market recently for a new one. So many "animal hair " vacuum selection. I also was attracted to the idea of an upright with an easy to use hose and attachments. After a few "Research " I decided on the Dyson DC25 Allergen Removal Due to its characteristics, the ball needs the suction (far better than my Kenmore) and 5 years warranty / claim never new parts. R rthe DC25 Vacuum Cleaner - All Floors, Animal, and Blueprint are identical except for the plants. I bought the Blueprint ($ 529) Because it is selling at Best Buy for $ 400. (The All Floors $ 500 retail, the animal is $ 549). I thought the money I saved, I could use on plants. R rI immediately sucked. I liked the suction and I especially liked the facilities. My house was clean. The next day I had the vacuum cleaner further mattresses and dusting. I noticed that the tube kept slipping from the point of attachment to the wall. The hose is the place with two plastic nubs. I pushed it again, same problem. On closer inspection I noticed that some of the knobs seemed to have stopped. Not a good sign. I called Dyson, said the rep I had it back) to Best Buy (BB, a 30 day return policy. The representative was sure that was a fluke that the hoses go through all kinds of tests. I exchanged it for another one (the last) on the shelf. Two days later the same problem! My husband wanted me to give it back. I might provide the vacuum and wasn 't it back, because I knew it was no longer left at this price. I called Dyson. The representative said she 'd send me a new hose, said I should receive it by the end of the week. In the meantime, I was together with duct tape around the country. Well I didn 't you get the hose to the end of the week. I called the following Monday. This rep put me on hold, then told me "There 'sa problem at the warehouse in New York City '. He said, 'd rearrange, and I should get it from week to ' s end. Never showed. The following Monday I called Dyson for the third time the representative told me that the hose was sold out, and there was nothing he could do but send it out when it became available. After completing demanding to speak with a supervisor, he returned to the line and one manager said OK 'd send the same hose from the All Floors model (different colors) using the Blueprint came up at one. At this point, I didn 't have much confidence in Dyson. I had only 5 days left to return the vacuum to Best Buy. I wanted to do that to speed up the hose, he can not say. I told him I didn 't want to stick with a lousy vacuum and not be able to make it to BB zurückzukehren.Ich asked for a new vacuum will be sent. No. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Were told they were not immediately available. I said to him: You just spoke to one! He was very empathetic customer service - I 'm sorry this has happened - but there was not he take measures to make things recitfy. He said they 'd get 20.000 Calls for the holidays (the beginning of February) and the regulators had been extended (now that tells me something!) He has me by the supervisor ' s voice mail and I left my contact details info. The next day, when I had not yet received a callback from the competent authority. My husband and I decided that our hands with the Dyson Then wash the lousy customer service and care that every time that we make a warranty issue that we 'd, through all this trouble. Had R RWE, she returned to the nearest Best Buy tag. The BB was the same writer who deals with the first return. She reminded me and it was no problem, it is replayed. I had bought them even a $ 70 mounting kit, and she said she 'd give me the money again, because I no longer use. Thank you Best Buy! R rpart 2: r rResearch began for a new vacuum. My mother told me she had a RICCARDO. I 'd never heard of it, but it was very good. It was also expensive - $ 800 - $ 1000 range, a few mid-level ones between $ 600 and $ 700. care available only through brick and mortar shops. To put it briefly to the local dealer in my area also Vaccuum Miele and Sebo sold, also expensive. The dealer suggested, over-the Miele RICCARDO Because it 's reputation. Built to last 20 years, 7 years warranty, high quality, the # 1 vacuum in Germany, where they are manufactured. We bought a Miele canister Titan S2 series. Thus lightweight.High quality parts, easy to move and to much higher that the suction-Dyson. 130 CFM vs 110 CFM. And it's so quiet. My 8 years old child and my dog is usually out of the room, when I run a vacuum. My daughter happily sucking her room without sound headphones. And it is easy enough for their maneuvers. We also have a local guy a vacuum, the vacuum of these services for 30 years. R rthe traders had a few Dyson 's on the ground. When I walked in I told him about my problems with the Dyson. He told me that they are a piece of garbage. He said he used to offer service for warrannty Dyson 's, but there had to be after 2 weeks because so many people were brought to their Dyson ' s in for repair while it was away from their regular customers. He said his business can be found to repair it, but he still doesn 't work anymore with Dyson as a warranty servicer. When my husband went back to buy the honey, there were 2 people bring in their Dyson 's for the repair and very angry. Said they were rubbish and bring it in this business, because the alternative was to send it to NY in Dyson and Dyson for the work required them to pay the freight. R rmy Note: If you buy a Dyson Be prepared for breakdowns and poor bureaucratic or customer service. Don 't buy online. Get locally where you can try it for a while with a no-hassle returns. R RWE have our Miele titanium for $ 600 and couldn 't be happier. It 's small, light, but a powerhouse. Well built and our allergies are greatly reduced. If you 're going to 500 for a Dyson it ' s worth paying the extra money for a Miele, despite the additional cost of bags and filters to ... ..

Great general extraction. The "technology Ball " is made easy with a vacuum. However, it 's incredibly annoying to have to get my hand / fingers dirty in order to empty the container. Animal hair is jammed into the barrel basket & you 're left and "spoon " / pull it out with your fingers. Dyson started with a great idea to have a quick release button for emptying the container. The bin / box fills up quickly so as to make several stops to dump the garbage out. Much prefer to be able to push a button and have all the rubble, including all the hair of the dog, its easy to land in the trash. We recommend that you spend your money on another vacuum cleaner, especially if you 're the owner of a pet or just hates getting his hands dirty to empty the vacuum cleaner.

Beyond doubt the DC25 works great on carpet and suck the dirt out. R rWhere was falling down using the attachment. Interval only too rshort and finally you put so much tension on it is interesting rthe vacuum base. I found myself really bring about the basic RTO avoid the flying furniture. R rthe problem is worst in the wooden floor and stairs. On the stairs rI don 't bother trying to leave it sitting on the ground. R ron wood floor vacuum that will almost all regions kicking foot runder closet - this is actually quite impressive - but you still rneed to run the wand around to get the rest of the crumbs, dirt, etc.. Ryou 'll end up holding the bottom or put feet on it to make it rstay or put it ' ll just bash of your closet. R rif you 're like me, you spend more time dust periphery of the room, stairs, rwindow frame than you do on the actual carpet. R rthe DC25 will be right there, beating your ankle, bouncing from rfurniture and closet or your 'll be bringing them.

My father bought a Dyson and convinced me that I needed one. I set up and used it on carpet 3 x 5. The vacuum seems to have stopped working. I 'm hoping that I just received a defective product and I will try another model.

My husband and I got the DC25 as a wedding gift. We love it! It is the small version of the DC14, which makes it a perfect fit for our apartment. Since it 's small, the bin should be emptied more frequently. Once I 1bdrm empty after a complete vacuum of my apartment. A house with several rooms should probably use the largest DC14. R RThe two filters are washable - each month, just run under water and let it air dry for 24 hours. R rI so he does not use bags. Less waste and I do t 't have to stock them ... easier to get socks! lol. R rI 't recommend it to anyone suffering from allergies hyper sensitive, though. Since the dust is collected in a bin, emptying, it exposes you to all the things he picked up (which was in your house to begin with). Sometimes I need to use the little stick to help release some of the dust clumps hair / as I vacuum. R 'aspiration RThe is good and the n noise "t too bad, quieter than others. R Customer rDyson Service is excellent! After a while, I needed spare parts on it. I called them and they are sitting with me for free! Better still, they worry nt 'send me the defective parts to determine if it was my fault. They treated me like a human being to be honest.

the pros: agile, Powerful and user friendly. r rthe cons: Perhaps no light and over engineered. r rok, That might seem like a curious comment at the end, But There Is a clear clip Whether Which Regulates the vac Through the wand is sucking or the head. mine broke off a year and Less Than There Were It Was That warning signs coming. for about 5 months Before it broke, I Had to manually lift up the L shaped piece airflow Which Regulates Also, Which is supposed to pop up Taken When the wand it out, and Then go down When the wand is re-inserted. R rthe only reason I Decided to write Was this review because i think this is Not an isolated case. my evidence? After calling them and Having dyson direct me to a local repair shop in Virginia, There i went only to find the person in line Before Me with the exact same problem. i mean What 's the chance of this happening? Also the repair shop Advised me that He Was not sure this fix would be under warranty, as They Claim this problem only Happens When the wand is inserted with force. i don 't recall forcing the wand Into the vac, but i Did not Know That Also the warranty fine print i HAD Was Not aware. now i Need to find the warranty to Better Understand What the shop meant. r r ---- added ---- r rthe repair shop to Advise Called Me That They Don 't know how to fix a dyson (although dyson instructer me to take it to them). After losing 10 days so, i pick it up and now Have to take it to a Designated UPS store to have it shipped back to dyson. That while it is nice for dyson pays s / h and Allows you to Simply drop off the unit (UPS store packages for you), What Was That upset me the repair shop Designated Could not send it directly to dyson (or have it picked up by UPS at the repair shop), i needed to pick up my vac Then take it to the UPS. i will update this review Once I Receive the vac back from dyson. r r ---- update ---- r rok, good news, within 1 week of sending to the dyson vac, flesh it back in good working order. the unit sounds a bit Noisia, But Needs heck to just vac to suction. While Not happy dyson That makes you jump-through a number of hoops to fix (ex: taking the vac to someone to verify it is broken That Before they allow you to send it back to them), They Their honor warranty.

We love our new Dyson! Our t age, does not empty "to pick up it seems. Now we can tell our carpets are really clean. We had a hard time trying to justify spending so much on a vacuum cleaner, but it was totally worth it. My husband likes to vacuum reality now. He calls his empty, and I 'm totally fine with that. If a team does her husband want to clean that s ' is priceless!

So after watching my wife struggle with our old Dirt Devil broom and the time I decided it was better to invest in a vacuum and, of course, the reviews on Amazon all the points of Dyson DC25 all floors. This vacuum is incredible and worth $ 500 and 5-year warranty you get with it. Assembling the vacuum is very easy but I must say that the instructions are inadequate and may have to figure it out yourself. Once installed I would recommend your aspiration carpet or floor with the old vacuum and then try this baby. You may faint when you realize that the dirt 've Been walking all these years, the dirt your vacuum Simply've Others ignored. After a swing of the Dyson you can actually see the carpet clean and this area was to the left unclean, ITS surprising. Definitely worth every penny.

I appreciate the Dyson Ball technology to easily transform the Vac, but the aspiration is sadly lacking. The vacuum barely fluffs the nap of my carpet, which is a short style, Shag tight. And good luck at getting under furniture - cleaning traditional upright vacuum, at least, allows you to reduce the vacuum floor to get some furniture. With DC 25 ball, you have to buy another $ 50 accessory that you have to use with the wand like a canister Vac. 12 amps my cheap Hoover Wind Tunnel canister bagless HEPA Vac head with the carpet has a great motor and vacuum suction Dyson rings around this sphere at a fraction of the cost. With the Dyson, you can not say that the carpet was aspirated Pls is done. Have used the vacuum three times and I am very disappointed.

Purchased this vacuum for two months. Out of the box was easy to put together and running in no time. We buy because we had just installed new carpet in almost any house and wanted a good vacuum to keep it clean. One feature that sold us was the ball ". We were hoping the ball would not leave marks on the carpet like four wheels. (My wife and I are a little OCD and the lines of the rug would make us a little uncomfortable.) We were not disappointed. The ball left Dyson carpet at all clear. Yippee! The power cord is a little smaller than 'd like, about four feet too short, but that ' s minor. The container dirt is easy to remove and reinstall the empty ... very easy. Suction is fantastic! Beware of animals and small children! Extension Wand / hose works great, especially for our 9ft ceilings which is easy to get the Cobweb character dust high into the corners. My only complaint is / was the roll bar button ... what did not work. The roll has always been, despite instructions to just push the button. Turns out the plastic button in our vacuum had an excess of plastic guide that prevented him from moving. After a hundred attempts, I finally hit it hard enough to break the extra tab and now the scroll bar button works fine. ... Off off. .. ... on ... well, now I 'm happy. Ryes R , it ' s $ 500, but is a quality machine that works very well. The little plastic tab on the problem of Button was just one of those things that happen, but this is no problem now. Dyson puts his right service phone number on the front of the emptiness that I like and almost to the button called released. If not for that little flaw, 'd give five stars. So go ahead and buy one .... we're glad we did.

I bought this last Christmas and it was great for the first few months. I had to take it to the repair shop ounces and it was repaired free of charge. Here I am close to Christmas (haven 't it can be had for a whole year yet), and the Dyson does not turn on. Bottom line is that Dyson will try to try and repair it, but if it can not repair it, I'm out of luck because I bought from Amazon. If I would have bought from Dyson, you sent me a replacement, no questions asked. I really hope you are able to repair this, now I'm a lot of money with a vacuum that does not work, and see the trash. I've never had problems buying from Amazon, but this could prove to be not such a good deal. Basically, you are a risk by buying from Amazon!

My daughter surprised me with this vacuum as a Christmas present early. I'm really impressed by his generosity. This is the most awesome vacuum ever I saw. Totally cool! It is lightweight, and very easy to maneuver. He turned on a dime. You just have to learn to work the Super wrist. It's just a hard floor and carpet cleaning and cleaning it. I am a housekeeper who is very good but every time I vacuum, I took an amazing amount of dust! This is a super vacuum. Very easy to use and no bags to worry about, not a belt, etc.. When you vacuum, you can dump the contents by pressing a button. Could not be easier. Tool that is easy to access and use and then remove as well. It is much quieter than my Hoover WindTunnel snapper gray. Much quieter. The only one who will complain about, and 's not really a complaint, is that the cables are not as long as I m ' used to, but it 's no big deal. A vacuum has been great, I do not mind 't it a little. I emailed the company to tell them how great it is and get a good response and something I did 'know, almost all of their staff engineers! Rif you can afford it, this is one you want to buy a vacuum. I believe it will last a lifetime ang, I really do. It is so Wonderful and worth every adjective you can think of to describe it. Do not hesitate to buy this machine. You will not regret.

Long story short ... We have one of the first generation models of Dyson pet in the last ~ 10 years. After numerous dings, chips and such, hoses and connect some of the parts began to fail. Plastic will degrade over time ... R RSO aspiration while the other day, my wife finally gave up and said it was time to start a new one. R RWE Dyson someone who loved and liked the idea of a 'bag less vacuum cleaner '. The only problem we had with the machine was the first generation of the brush pet was a complete waste. Already in an expensive machine, you 're talking about a 10% premium for something that did not work no ". R RWE went to the store and looked at the DC25 and then one of the earlier models. I could not 'get the specifications to see if there was a difference between the two model series. R rLooking and DC25, my wife tried to leave the brush pet in my nightgown. Sorry, but if you have dogs and cats, ever re 'will be hair free. R ri was impressed with the new version of the brush pet. He worked on my sweater in the store, and thought it was worth the gamble. (We could always have empty back and exchange it for a different model. R rGot home, assembled and tried it out. R machine rthe works great. The pet brush worked very well on the hard disk / hard surfaces and worked in decent areas softer more supple. Definitely an improvement over the first generation that could not do a good job, even on hard surfaces. r ri-read the negative reviewers bought a Dyson to replace Miele Its still in operation. I can understand your disappointment because humanity has a good vacuum and spend $ 500.00 when you don 't really have is a bit of a waste. (And a vacuum that doesn ' t last at least 5 years is a waste. r Rif you are looking for a vacuum that does a great job, and you want to go bag-less, this is definitely a great choice. It's perfect? No. But we think is the best model in a pet friendly home.

Had to replace a Hoover vacuum cleaner and HAD my eye on Dyson. After Researching, Came to the conclusion This Was the best fit for my needs. When you Receive it, There 's Some Assembly directs what and it ' s Not That difficulty. Took me no longer Than 15 minutes to read and figure it out. It cleans amazingly, picking up tons of dog hair (I have a Golden Retriever!). Would highly recommend.
