I was looking for something besides my nearly useless Swiffer to clean my laminate and tile floors (I buy the laminate / tile cleaner instead of the hardwood floor), and had quite a difficult time. I wanted something with the simplicity of a Swiffer, but Sturdi and more effective. I initially ignored this product because the reviews were quite mixed, but I kept coming back to it because it seemed like if it worked it would be exactly what I was looking for. When I couldn 't find anything else, I finally caved and bought it, and I ' m so thankful I did! It IS exactly what I wanted! The handle is sturdy ... much better quality than my Swiffer. I 've had no trouble with the trigger ... it sprays out a nice fine mist. The microfiber pad is bigger than any other floor cleaner I 've seen so I get more done in less time, but it ' s still narrow enough to turn sideways and get into small spaces. The microfiber pad so gets a much better 'grip ' on the floor, so it can actually scrub as opposed to the Swiffer pads that just slide around. And I love that I can just throw the pad in the wash. The one and only tiny issue I have had is that on rare occasion I won 't get a good spray and I have to push down the cleaning fluid cartrdge to get it going again. But that only takes a second and it rarely happens anyways, so it doesn 't bother me. R RTIP: The cleaning fluid cartridges CAN be Refilled! Just get a flathead screwdriver and pry off the lid and the use a funnel.

Just received and have used it a couple of times. Very pleased with the performance so far. Easy to use and does a great job of cleaning my hardwood floors.

I am very happy with this mop. I did a lot of research into finding the best mop that 's safe for my bamboo floors and found this one, and I ' m very happy with its performance. It handles well, sprays well, is easy to use, and cleans well. The only suggestion I would have for it would be that it included a little scrubbing strip is its microfiber cloth like the Swiffer does to get out the most stubborn spots. If I could I would take a half star off for that, but otherwise, it works great. Highly recommended.

Wow! This BonaKemi spray mop is so cool. It 's easy to use and it ' s great for your wood floors! You have cartridge solution for both hardwood floors and all-purpose cleaner. I love my spray mop. I have wood floors and it really, really clean my floors and Conditions beautiful! I like all products BonaKemi. Simply are hardwood floors throughout home place and the installer suggested mop it. I 've had a couple of problems with the pump. The first mop I bought wouldn 't even spray so I returned it. The next one seems to get "arrogant " once in a while and I fidget with it until it wants to spray again. If I were to do it again I would buy the non-spray mop and purchase hand spray bottle and spray the floor myself. Cleaner is what works wonders and makes the floor look nice. So, save yourself money and buy any cleaner and microfiber mop head.

I bought one of these in the hope that it would make my hardwood floor cleaning easier. I hate to MOP MOP and dry immediately to avoid streaks is a real pain in the back. I put together simple directions to follow, but I have one or two jets and then nothing. He came back, got another, and that has never thrown at all. C 'is now sitting in my pantry and will probably enter the real trash soon. Could I see a being defective, but two ... save your money.

I 've If the scan is about 6 months. Is it possible to drill a small hole into the top of the cartdridge, fill the funnel with the solution and the use of a small cork to fill the hole. I've done this 3-4 times and it works very well. I bought 1.25 gallon refill that occurs in about one-tenth the cost vs. the cost cartdridge.

Although I've 'has received excellent customer service Bona, and second because of my broom "Industry faulty " I ' m still disappointed. When I used the mop, sprayer sprayed 6-7 good, powerful spray, and then dribbled it, Well, the cartridge down again. Then, I 'd get another 6-7 good squirts powerful well pressed down the cartridge ... rinse and repeat ... quite annoying, to say the least. Re R desire has worked well because I liked the product. It 'was easy to assemble, I like the cleaner for my wood floors, and the swivel head makes cleaning a breeze. However, my back is killing me from Being bent over the entire time I cleaned my house so I could hold the cartridge. Beam R I bought the first, I complained to Bona and they sent me a new one because presumably a few Mops were manufactured incorrectly, but this I 'has now received the second rag and it does exactly the same thing. .. good spray 6-7 before having to press the cartridge back. R ri 'm giving this two stars bc I like the cleaner and other aspects such as the mop head swivel. It 's bit' heavier though and I thought, another look awful mop, the cartridge is not refillable. Not only is it horrible for the environment, but without a broom makes the spray more 5x cheaper. Yep, 5x. For once, the refills are portable spray 5x per gallon cheaper. R rBuyer attention.

I ve 'was this mop for 12 months and I love it! The hardwood floor installed my floor who suggested this as vinegar and / or water and kills tarnishes your hardwood Guy. The formula is pending, dries quickly and not 'tights or anything. I pick up my refills huge local club store is [...]. [...] Although the disposable cartridge is supposed to be the one I have lets you use your fingers and lift the cap. You do not know what the commentators were talking to others, maybe they have a different version. It takes a little work, but it can be done and I have completed more than 30 times. R RThe actuator according to the MOP broke after using it twice a week for one year. I called customer support and Bonn they will replace it for me. What wonderful support!

I 've tried positive about this, tried to keep an open mind and gracious attitude, but I ' m finally at my wit 's End. R rFirst sent all the original product that they didn 't work. The mechanism to carry the spray shoot didn 't the bottle cleaner - the core function of the device. The company I bought it from Amazon by (Polstein 's Home and Beyond - Floorcleaners now, I think) wanted me to send it back, but it ' s not, after the two halves were put together apart, I know It 's not send back if it is defective in fact ". r Spannstange A Few a few phone calls and e-mail's sent me a replacement Bona. Also this didn ' t work. Ultimately, I have convinced myself they have them and send me one walk me through the assembly step by step to ensure that I do Wasn 't nothing wrong. I want to mention here that I ' m not a person, the typical installation problems things has. I Went step by step through the installation process (I even offered my webcam hook up, but the technician was sure it wouldn 't be necessary. R rno says. Didn ' t work. R rI Finally convinced, Them, send me a unit assembled and tested. r rSadly that 's not the end of the problem. The bottle cleaner triggers the unit if you move too fast MOP. After all the trouble that I went through a unit that actually gets the spray go to work, I can 't get to keep the bottle. r rFor the amount of time and trouble I ' ve spent that, I might as well Get On My Hands, and in the wash knees and heads with a cloth. This is the worst product of its kind, I 've ever met and a perfect example of a company that extends a wonderful core product (I love my floors Bona) in an area where you have no experience of what has to be a product that does more harm than good their brand. r rDo yourself a favor and stay to far away from this product.

So being moderately disabled, I'm looking continualy products that allow me to continue to live normally as possible with as little help. I was delighted to discover this system maintenance floor and stood in the store trying to decide between the jet and the MOP MOP and the cartridge or spray. While it does not 'appears that the cartridge can be filled after the first use, I know I made the right decision with the MOP spray. I decided to keep a bottle of cleaning the soil at hand just in case there is a time that I ran out of cartridges, you could even spray the soil and use of the MOP. Bona was not wrong with it. RIT takes very little effort to clean the floor with the MOP. The MOP system has a big head and is easy to use. The Velcro straps allow me the ability to apply the cleaning pad without effort, just throw on the ground and press the MOP head on it and get cleaning. I did not need help in the assembly and no help for cleaning. RHighly recommend !!!!!

This is a sort of dream mop for hardwood floors. I Have a timber DURING my home and this is such a great idea! It! 'S easy to set-up and doing a fantastic job! Plus minimal cleaning.

The mop I used before purchasing this was a good simple Microfiber mop floor mop (Method). The handle broke on it so I decided to get a new one and maybe upgrade a little and get an on-board spray. I was all excited to give this a shot mop and just as eager to try the good cleaning solution for the first time. You can imagine my Disappointment when I was finally able to do my floors, (finding time to thouroughly clean my floors is tough w / 4 kids under 6), and the darn thing didn 't even spray solution. I read the directions over very simple ... there 's really no room for error. Actually, Squirt did it like 5 times, but little spurts, not a wide spray like it was supposed to do. So my 6 yr old suggested I hold down the trigger for a while. For Giggles and I did just that and it got a real live Behold spray out of it and then NOTHING. That was it. No more spurts, sputters, nothin '! So I brought it back and was able to exchange it for another, assuming it was just faulty mop, I was out the 1 100 that got stuck with the broken one or something. So I bring the new one back and this one doesn 't even Squirt! Nothing has come out of the nozzle at all, not even once. So I am beyond peeved! I am waiting for a return phone call so they can 'assist me in

We received the Bona Kemi scan about a month in August I 'd been cleaning the hardwood floors in our new home with a combo of vacuuming, Swiffer Hand & Cleaning cloth and paper towels and spray-Bona Kemi. While you need to get the dirt / dog hair before using the Bona Kemi-mop, mop is a clear improvement over the Swiffer + + spray cleaning spray or hand - faster and with better results. R rthe mop connected, w / o difficulty. The head is large microfiber cloth, is attached / removed with the Velcro fasteners and are easily washed clean. The mop is lightweight and comfortable to use for the height. The t spray doesn 'have much muscle to get marks and leaves out of the floors look gorgeous. R rthe has a nice spray cartridge (about one pint) the amount of aerosol. I agree with other critics, however, it would be better if they had been manufactured for refillable cartridges. We can 't get the cartridges in Alaska and has to carry from the 48, but the containers are sold at Spenard recharge. R ron Examine how the cartridge was created for use, it is possible to refill the IV tube with a rigid catheter at each end (1 for the cartridges, 1 to tap into a refillable containers). R rConclusions: good value, efficient, with excellent results. d have given it a I '"5 " if the cartridge refillable aerosol were either more widely available.
