I chose this topic at a local store does not - Amazonas - but thought the comment could be useful anyway. Despi be extremely expensive, the product appeared to serve my purpose, which eliminated the need for two bins in the kitchen - one for trash and one for recyclables. A similar trash with two separate caps, one purchased in big box discount store and less than half price was cheap and wobbly and had to be returned. This, at least, seemed solid. And it is solid, but the two boats are small and difficult to fit into the unit to know that the lid is closed until the end. Add to this the difficulty of putting a bag in two cans and conveniently near the top and the process becomes tedious and long term. If you do not have 'fidddling with about ten minutes to get to close and fill the bags pretty quickly because of their small size, and the price incredibly strong, then this garbage is worth every penny. Otherwise, you 're better off paying half the price of two full-size cans matching separately - which are automatically opened has proved very robust and reliable - and get more bang (or trash, May as the feast to be - on your investment.
