I live in an urban apartment ground floor with large windows facing the street. In addition has four cats (hairballs). I Used To Have One Of The store kind of vacuum hose to tap long hooks That Was and a giant pain to use with very poor performance. This machine is wonderful. It is very easy to use and clean. Storage is easy with 19 "x12 " footprint. It pays for itself with one and use for the dirt that comes in from the street need to use it once a month. It 's Been about a year and it works like new. I highly recommend it and would buy it again in a second.

I bought this product a little over 1 year. The warranty is now empty. I went to use it again and before Christmas will not spray. I took the whole thing apart and put it back together. No water was edible. I had my husband took him and said pump is not working. Obviously I have to get it repaired. I only used it 3 times and so has cost me $ 250 to $ 83 is cleanliness. That was just for my living room floor. Now I have to pay for any repair or simply rent professional cleaning products. While I was working, did decent work. The only conclusion I had was to get all the pet hair top of the machine because it blocks everywhere. Even I aspire to in the first place, what is in the hair you don 't be removed with vacuum. You might think that since it says "PET " to let you clean the pet hair easier.I'm so mad I'll never believe another Bissell product. I'm on my second Bissell ProHeat 2X. The first, I bought four years ago and used it constantly. I have two twin tots and dogs, I think I got my money from the first machine. The reason I bought a second hand machine is held, the plant is the first broken and I'm very much on the newer model. The new cam also have a vast number of old attachments didn 't (the seller for me as the crevice tool). It is also cleaner cam with two large bottles. RYesterday, I have it on my stairs and up the stairs CF firefighters. We have a light colored shag carpeting. What I surprised was picked the machine yesterday - when I emptied the water from the cleaning of the stairs, it was black in the area. The carpet NDO 't even looked dirty. I have Used the ENTIRE upstairs and the crevice tool to get "under the wood trim on the floor. The top looks and smells as fresh as were when the new carpets. I recommend this product. I took off a star because there is no automatic indictor, if you add more water must. It was pretty much by trial and error for me. Otherwise, this machine is excellent. It is the water heated to a very hot topic and has great suction grab back the dirty water up the agreement is very long, I could in any room in the floor without moving the line to do at various outlets. When I bought this product 2 months ago, and I think I 'wow ' lot. I found it easy to use, easy to clean, affordable and clean well. I had the smaller Bissell Before, the goal with 3 cats and a dog, it was 't perform. I was worried about the other comments about the machine falling apart, and decided it was not assembled properly. I Purchased this a few months ago and made it out for the second time today and a belt wheel that turns out to come from Keeps. I googled reviews on this and found that this is the case for many people. So if you want to be apart Every Taking steam cleaners you use screw driver and put the belt and off-machine is for you. My wife and I have two dogs, a 2 year old child and the young white / beige colored carpet that I 'm sure everyone has seen before. It comes to our house when we bought it. We live here for 3 years and you don 't realize how dirty your carpets up to really get them clean. It comes to a point where I could not stand in my house because the carpets got it bad. I 'm very happy with the results. My carpet looks much better! R rPros : r-It is very easy to use after you understand how to use it. R-If you compare, side by side, the section next to a place you did your clean 't take more notice that it is really a good job. R-The carpets barely get wet and dry incredibly fast for reasons. R rcon: r-you really need to understand how to use it before you try the first time. For example, you need to make sure that you replace the water before you use it all if it starts to use all of the cleaning solution and it wastes it. The solution cheap t isn 'so you want to prevent it from happening. (We find deals online for the larger bottle to make it cost more upfront but over the course of these tools it will save you quite a bit) r-go through more I would like a solution in and you have to change the water fairly often (it isn 't difficult to change though). R-If you have pets, their hair was set up and lay on the carpet after you 've kept it. Honestly, dry carpets after I walked around and picked up maybe 5 or 6 quarter size and it Clumber. If I aloud, which on that website, I would like to swear. Thats how crazy I am with this machine. Bought 1 month ago. The belt keeps coming off. Now I can not run any other of the bands back together this piece stays on. Any help will be very grateful wiould, because I'm crazy steam!

Hi. R RWE bought this model at a local retail store last weekend. I Used A Different Brand Previously Same model (borrowed from in-laws). I used it once, in my entire living room - a cheap cream colored wall-to-wall carpet laid about 3 years ago by previous owners. Perhaps artificial Fibers. Just saying. R rThe carpet is getting spotted. We have a cat has hairballs and WHO regular two-four years old. The carpet is cream colored spot showing kids around the computer, both couches, and the high traffic areas in each door. We had some washable marker marks here and there, and an adhesive area. We live in the south so the red clay We had the mark, too. R Ri assembled the machine - is to get a long, thin screwdriver from garage because this kind of changeable tip is too fat for the hole in the top handle. Assembly is easy, but I was left with an extra Wand That is no house. Ours came with a small, medium, and large, plus a powered unpowered Wand Wand and a crevice tool. At this point I was thinking all unpowered wands that kind of redundant. R Ri machine filled with hot water and the 'fiber cleansing solution ' picked up my Husband Because he did 't realize there were two bottles of solution inside the box. Not a big deal, we use LL 'it all, I ' m sure. The soap is a bit leaky tank for a while, so I let it drip til it stopped, and then rinsing off outside. R Ri grabbed the blue squirt bottle 'hard stain precleaner ' to come in the box and squirted Every little gray, brown, or sticky spots. Didn 't do anything else, just a squirted. Given gray area near the door of a sort of 'spitting ' to get work started. R Ri turned the dial to the normal cleaning Bissell '' and began a close door. Forward stroke wet, wet strokes back, forward stroke, Dry, Dry backward stroke. A little trouble with suction at first, but I later determined that it will probably be tipped because the machine while it is on. It makes a pop noise Pls it loses suction, and you pretty much have to shut the machine off and turn it back to reset ''. Places on the carpet needed some extra going-over in the wet / dry strokes to get the spot up. R kg just a few strokes, this machine started spitting out little 'hairballs ' gray - maybe cat hair and carpet fiber wads. Them I had read about the manual and therefore is not alarmed.I decided to let them go and then dry the carpet I 'd get them to Dry Vac. R rAbout half-way through the room (13x18, approximately), it is time to dump the dirty water and refill. The diluted water is like hot chocolate in color, and had hairballs in it. Removing and replacing the tank is quite easy. Originally I was thinking I had to put the touch to get at the connections, but it is not true - the machine can stand up and you can still get out of the water tank. Not sure about the tank with soap, though. R rNote that while cleaning, you 're back stroke.Kaya great to start at one end of the room and work backwards * other end, not forwards. Perhaps a no-brainer, but there you go. I tried using one of the unpowered wands for a place under the kids desk, and it was OK but didn t not really wow me. It is nice to have the trigger right there in the Wand to squirt soap in the area, and the Wand was fine with pulling the water back out. Didn 't try to run Wand for it - I just went over it again in the big machine, and the area is completely lost. I 'LL powered Wand try one more time. R rBack in action, I finished up the room that no other highlights. I choose not to use the 'rinse ' cycles on the machine at all, I guess I 'm testing the anti-resoiling agents in soap. :) I didn 't really want to Spend time going over twice every inch of carpet. R rWhen done, I put down some clean towels to walk from We Can 't avoid the use of the room. carpet is dry itself within a few hours - even the bit at the beginning no matter where I am having a problem with suction. R rOnce Dry, I have to say the carpet looks great. There could be nowhere Places one or two spots would 't come out - but would they be cleaned at least 3 times now in three different machines and has persisted through all of them . Anyway, I notice the carpet nap That is beginning to look a bit tired - it 's cheap carpet. I haven 't been back more than it Dry Vac to get up hairballs, which can change the look. R rHusband said the smell of soap is pretty much gone once the carpet is dried, so it didn 't leave a heavy smell of just washed up on the back of ' the Carpets '. The soap will smell very reasonably pleasant and not overpowering Pls read event. R RSO on to the disassembly and cleaning. Emptying dirty water is again no big deal.I rinsed the tank afterward to get the hairballs out and keep it from getting stinky (microban why leave a big job, after all). I left the remaining soap in the soap tank for next time. Since Shields in nozzles and brushes are clear, you can see how they want to get scummy after only one use, so I grabbed my screwdriver and popped off again clearly Shields (a bolt for the front 'suck ' piece , and two screws each for the next 'edge cleaner ' area) to rinse them out. The Brushes themselves exposed to the points and I can see the face behind this scummy but I didn 't feel like removing the brushes so I just wiped with a rag to get the scum out of Places Can I reach. Vac at this point is lying on his back in the kitchen, in the system. But one more wipe single plate (the dirty drips came from nowhere) and screws and Shields and reapplying it all went back together easily. It took about another five minutes or so to clean the machine after use. Then I grabbed a rag and clean the machine reassembled and moved it to its home storage. Because it 's meeting on the carpet, I put a clean rag down first, and then the machine rag to catch any drips I may have missed. R Ri am very pleased with how the machine performed. It made a dirty carpet looks clean again, which is exactly what I wanted. It is fairly easy to use and clean (can tape a screwdriver to the machine just to have an easy-to-use) and it does a good job. R Rif I was going to improve the machine, I 'd make clear that Shields used a fastener other than a screw so they want to pop off by hand. I 'd probably add one more for fastening to spare Wand. I may include a plastic tray to sit on the thing Pls it 's not in use. I can try to work things That suction noise pop to make it more clear that you need to stop and fix something before you spout soap down. I can also stop all the wonderful qualities of a special identifying stickers. No need, and they want to get in the way of seeing what the machine is doing. And if I was really trying to improve, I 'd have a ' self-propelled 'Motors to assist users to move the machine at the correct speed (slow) and the proper contact between machines and floor (to improve the suction). R Ri hope the machine is from the last for the amount of time we intend to keep this carpet. Other reviews make me wonder if my last will of pleasure, because it seems other people have a lot of problems with their machines, regardless of the brand and model. I hope to update it again later, after some users. R r ----- edited November 30, 2009 kilo Trust with the machine yet again, I am still pleased. It 's keep the carpet looking pretty good, and sometimes I ' m able to get up spot with only warm water without soap. That 's nice. I haven 't used up all the carpet soap that came with the machine (and we bought by mistake). The cat was quite ill in the summer and kept throwing up all the carpet, everywhere .. and you really Can 't tell all. The child also has repeatedly gone after the carpet washable markers and crayons, and the marks are gone too. Red clay marks are lost. There are some blurry gray area to the main entrance / exit room shampooer t That doesn 'seems to be of help, I guess the carpet is just showing his age. Ri R have a gallon zip bag taped to the front of the machine, manual and Which I first mentioned the screwdriver. Very handy. My mother bought a cheaper version of this product and raving about it. We expected that even better, but it really was not t. 'Some patches of the pet (cat diabetic food regurgitation =) not come around all that well and follow the instructions to the T, pretreatment several times, cleaning the brush and then reviewed with steam cleaner 5 + times. In addition, I had a coffee stain which just played should continue to meet with my couch. R RIT is great for cleaning carpets, but only the extra ' pet stain removal "of renown, does not exist. I 'd say 8 / 10 spots left. Yes, that's a lot of spots, but recently we learned that someone had a cat myriad of health problems and was constantly sick for a month while adjusted to medicines. This machine goes together very easily and works like a dream. The only problem I had was seeing and reading the fine print / fine pictures on my bifocals. That 's not the fault of the mechanism. My carpets are nice and clean and the cleaning machine is very simple then. Mind you, my first ever job was many years ago as a janitor at a machine shop. It was just myself and waste all of my pets and family. Highly recommended. My carpets are beautiful!

Our own previous Bissell had none of the characteristics of this model. Because the old model worked so well that we bought it shortly after we got our second puppy. Better than Stanley Steamer. Easy to use and very easy to clean after you're done. I give this 5 stars.

There are only three good things of this horrible machine: r1. Government aspiration is not appropriate to leave the carpet very wet after use r2. The heating element is optional r3. The deposit can be removed by detergent you sir 't you spray the rug with r smelly toxins rthe bad things about this " deep" Many are cleaner: r1. Making repeated applications to get the carpet really clean r2 . The aspiration for the dirty water from the carpet is a long task, long. R3. The belt that moves the brushes fall after almost every use r4. Several pieces unscrew belts accessible housing for which there is very convenient b dismantling and putting back together the box r5. While the water tank can easily take off the rest of the pieces have to disconnect after each use to clean the machine (and getting dirty) r6. The water tank is cleaned dirty water below the bladder. This means that the deposit and the bladder are covered by dirty water and should step aside to empty the bladder completely dirty water. Disgusting! R7. Definitely not worth it. We 're on our second one yet. The first one stopped working during its first use. The second one has only been used once before and stopped working tonight. R RWE 're fed up with this product. It 's a big disappointment and not worth the headache.

This is our third Bissel. A deep cleaner sweeper and our second. Sweeper continues to set (several years) and 94 002 exceedd our expectations. We have two dogs that bless us with from time to time accidents and Bissel has come through us every time. Our cleaner just died first of more use, but served us well. Looking for a long relationship with the new.

It works very well, and must have if you have another great property dogs.I Bissell carpet cleaner before it did not do a great job, and broke after only seven of Warrenty uses.It and was very expensive to repair, so I bought this item.

I got this to replace another brand that broke. They would cost more to repair than to get another. Plus, the workshop said that the container on Hoover had a design flaw and was replaced. Re R was happy with the results I got with this machine. If you select heavy on the selector, you use more cleaner solution, so unless it is very dirty, use a normal or light. You do to fill and empty the container frequently, but it is different with the Hoover. I have 3 dogs. One is a puppy and there have been incidents. Re R recommend that after each use, rinse the solution and still allow all of the pieces to dry completely before storing. Do not store in a cool area, such as a garage, because it can break the pipe and all the excess liquid that could freeze.
