I live in Houston is the fourth largest city in the United States and Panasonic not surprisingly no single center for all repairs of it 's entire vacuum in this area and require all their client "package having to pay their vacuum cleaners and pay for packaging for shipment to the repair center nearest to Houston which is hundreds of miles away from Duncanville, TX. Because I vacuum packed my self, j I always paid car more than $ 50 after Owning Panasonic 4 months of use before having the warranty. Their backup products Amazon Panasonic does NOT but there was and customer service. I would not buy Panasonic Knowing other initial costs and difficulties that I would be hard to use their poor excuse of a security.

I received this as a Christmas gift from my mother. I like vacuuming. So far it is everything I wanted. The explosion aircraft sounds like spit is extremely loud for about 20 seconds and is very funny. My cats, however, there are, I hate this. Beautifully cleans Both my wood floors and my carpets. No more litter on the floor and gold fall empty. Everything is included and remains in the dust cup. Easy to use ... love it! love it! love it!
