We have this vacuum for about 18 months. It 's to the garage once and now the brush again broken. I called support and they said that the brush a "Wearable was " part and wasn 't fall, now we have another $ 20 in the dump so that it works. Not a very well-made product and the company it seems with the way they help to know.

Overall, this unit seems well built and does its job. I have a long-haired cat and unity of truth pulls the hairs of my carpet pile low. I Don 't use of attachments, so I really can ' t say how good it works. The filter is easy to clean. My wife was using the carpet is all wet and Gunk up, and it was quite easy to open and clean. It is lighter than my old Hoover foot and easy to use. To work properly, all the vacuum cleaners have cleaned periodically. I use a razor to cut and remove the hair that surrounds around the beater bar, and a leaf blower to blow the hose and vacuum channels. My unit is the number 82G72, while the unit is the photo 82G71, if it means something.

I ordered this vacuum 8 months ago. It wasn 't shipped by the seller Guaranteed Until After the arrival date, per Amazon ' s sold Policies. I contact the seller a couple times and They Were Not Stated They bound by Amazon 's Policies. BEWARE using Polstein 's Home and Beyond!! Then the belt broke the second time I Used it. The manufacturer specs say it includes a back-up belt. Not there! Fortunately I Had Bought a spare Which I figured I would Need in year 2-3 of the life of this vacuum. It Was in the vacuum in one month and Polsteins Gave me a run around When I contact them and said I would Have to call someone, Gave me a #, I Decided Called twice and hold the 20-30 minute wasn 't worth it . Then last month, the hose wires collapsed. Obviously I am not using Polstein 's to try to deal With That, But The 1 year warranty should eat in handy from Bissel - what a way to spend a Saturday morning. Otherwise, the vacuum works great.

I bought this vacuum about a month ago. It is very powerful and has a great job, but I've had a problem with him. The hose system keeps screws up. It's hard to explain, but the metal coil inside comes from the time slots within the rubber hose and if you catch it, do it to realign in time, it is worthless. I contacted Bissell and they want you sent me a new tube plant. Two cleaners in them, but they did the same. Now I'm using in an e-mail days Bissell. I like the vacuum tube, but this thing is a problem, and they want to be that easy to keep sending me every week a new tube. I dont think I can bring the vacuum back into the store (as proposed Bissell) to exchange for other models as it for a month it is used, and I no longer have the box. So I'm not sure what I do. I need to check with the business. RAlso is another thing that I wish this vacuum was a switch to turn off the brush do Pls bare ground, as it spits out bits of what I'm vacuumming on bare floors. This is frustrating. Ri as the fact that it does not have one, but perhaps to clean a filter. I had a Bissell Power Force before and I always had to clean out the filter or it would lose suction. This is not the case with this vacuum. So if they want, could make an improved hose design, and add the switch off on the brush, it would be great for me. It is a little thicker than my Power Force also.

Arrived in a timely manner. It was relatively easy to assemble. It works well. We bought it in part because of its light weight. As hoped, can be easily carried up and down four flights of stairs ours.
