I am very satisfied with this product. I have a lot of small dolls, Barbie clothes and find it very easy to iron these small objects. Also like all the different tips that come with it. The only thing I did not like was the red plastic shield at the top of the handle. When grilled, the tip should be flat and I found that this shield was put with the piece, so I removed the protector and consider it much easier to handle and iron is much easier. Obviously, Don 't want to touch the hot tip. Regarding the implementation of this tool, I felt great!
