I did a lot of research on Steam Mops and actually I am praying that When I received my Shark steam mop by mail it is everything I thought it would, and it is. I love this product. It 's not just the actual size used, but amazingly it cleans the floors! If you buy distilled water hard cock, that is my suggestion only. Happy Cleaning!

I like this product. It saves me a lot of time and money. It also saves me from back pain. All you need is in water and plug. It doesn show 't clean as advertising, but it does a good job. My floors are clean and my back feels better.

I purchased the Shark Steam Mop Deluxe little more than three months ago, it worked great before and now after 7 uses the steam is just outside, not even enough to wet the pad and pumping the handle only makes a messy pool of water on the floor. I called Euro Pro to solve the problem and could barely understand the rep. He 's not t ' speak English very well! He told me to take the broom aside and send in for repair. I tried to remove it while I was on the phone with him and couldn 'can do it without breaking it into pieces. He did not offer t 'if no other suggestions for disassembly, "Get someone else to help you, like your husband'. Is NOT a good thing to say!. Poor product quality and customer service terrible!

This mop is made cheaper and doesn t work 'too. The first time I used it, broke the plastic box. He didn t tile 'clean well ... he just pushed the dirt around and let the lines of mortar and the wall. I came back and he has no refund. DO NOT BUY from this company!

I love this steam mop. It was so easy to use - no complicated solutions, simply tap water. It is light and did a great job steam cleaning my large kitchen and two bathrooms. I love the "push " movement also releases the steam at the same time. I 've HAD other products that you had to hold the button while you mop and It was "very productive. I really feel as if my floor is clean and sanitized. I would recommend this steam mop to all!

I hate this MOP and will return it. I had the Shark Euro Pro .. Loved it for two years and broke the switch. I thought it would be better than the tank is moving. No way! I had to fill the half cup of water tanks. to do three times to push my little kitchen, and the MOP difficulty. And said push .. I had to get like a pogo stick out of the steam pump. I will buy another Shark Euro Pro .. The silver one. Love it.

I sold my Shark steam mop because I can not find the Lysol steam mop Which Does not get very good reviews. Does not it require a "wipe" any cleaners it uses heat and pure water or tap water and it got up something I was scratching and scrub for a long time. It made the floor feel cleaner and look nice and shinny without Floor Water = left. I'm happy with my purchase and would tell anyone to go for it.
