The steam cleaner has worked well, but after breaking down the belt, it is difficult to replace the belt, because the project was not very clear. The instructional video on the website of the company is difficult to understand.

We are very pleased with scrubbers - that clean up great, and very quiet. Rit actually more calm than the vacuum (and I think quiet vacuum). Ryes, water needs filled and emptied rather frequently, but it 's not a big task because there ISN ' ta lot of it anyhow.

A very good carpet cleaner has become very good. I have a previous version & great changes. Lighter clean & includes cleaning edge. Clean carpets faster and better. All the water tank 1 & simplifies combining units. Cleaning the unit before the storage is easier now as the face snaps off to flush without a screwdriver is needed.

As with some other favorable reviews, I love my Bissell early. But now I agree with the negative reviews of terrible Leacky. My opinion quickly changed once the warranty was up. The belt continued to slide, and I don 't even get a room to clean. I spent hours on the phone with Customer Service Bissell, taking the specific part of the fixing belt, the verification of other parties, etc.. And recently, the pulley of a broken engine. Bissell referred me to the only repair shop in my area Bissell (20 miles away ... very bad for the second largest city in Maryland not have anything closer). When I called they said it would cost about $ 80 to repair ... not just because the cleaner was only about $ 150.
