I Had this mop for about a year When it stopped working. The power light is still on But there is little to no steaming action. As as to how it use it Worked When I Could, I Would Say It Was not bad. I mean, it seemed to do the job, though the steaming WAS always kind of irregular. The floor WAS moderately wet and Took at times up to 1 or 2 minutes to Dry. It felt Somewhat flimsy But it did hold up overall.

This mop works well for small areas. I have a small bathroom and a kitchenette. I can clean and santitize two areas in 10 minutes. I love it.

Was I satisfied with the Shark Steam Cleaner The first time I have it on my ceramic floors. I was the second time I used it enthusiastically to a fixer upper home with ceramic floors dirty. It took a lot of strokes, but clean cam. The third time I went to use it, the little steam cam out, but it was mostly puddles. I got out and read the instructions for troubleshooting I shouldn 't wash the pads with powdered soap or bleach or fabric softener had (I had). I bought new pads and tried again.The fourth time in the water and steam, but I could feel the heat in the water tank. Pro has offered €, "fix " It is a total of about $ 40 (shipping and handling costs in both directions, plus $ 17.95), because they are now something over a year old. I Had tap water, because the safety instructions Proposed use distilled water if you use hard water. (What we 't don). Shark RIP: (which this product forum had 12 months and 2 days when she died. Just out of warranty. DI 'buy another foul - the average monthly costs over the years is less than a mop head replacement product and that performs much better than a mop.

We have allergies, so most of our hard floors are covered. I tried the Scooba, which works well but makes only one quarter of an hour and requires a little creative. This product is one third the price of the Scooba and it works amazingly well. I suggest vacuuming first, since you do not wash the MOP head and not want to risk scratching the ground with waste sand. Just fill in the MOP, then with water, wait 30 seconds and you 're ready to go. I was impressed with how clean the MOP, evident from the dirt in the keyboard! We have an old wood floor and original in our room and was a bit leery of trying it on wood, but seriously, Pls help my husband came home, he asked me what I did to make the floor look so good ! It is cooked out patches were not able to come out with any other method. I love not having to use chemicals on the floor, to clean them. This machine comes with 5 MOP washable pillows, so you do not need to buy replacements for a long time, despite Pls do, be noted that they want are expensive! Have I HAD this mop for about four months now and use it a lot. Today I Was using it and it spark and the clip to hold the cord broke When not in use. I wrote to the company and am waiting for a response. Probably I will call tomorrow, But will update when i find out more.
