Our Steamboy arrived in good condition and as promised. My wife made it home 30 minutes before when it comes, and when I walked in the door, that he built it, and has completed half of our All Down stairs tile. It is making a terrible buzzing sound, & I told him something was not right. No heat or steam comes out. After resnapping the water canister, water began to flow, it warmed up the pad in seconds, and steam out. He ended up redoing the whole floor again, this time with steam. This losens the crud in the grout to make it easier to clean grout Shortly after that, and leaves the tile clean & shiny.

I like this product except for the fact that it is sometimes difficult to get the cloth cover to stay tight. But I like the fact that my floors are disinfected and leave looking great. The terry cloth covers for easy cleaning and a little bleach in the washer and suffer like new. I hope that the steam can be converted to a portable device, instead of having to buy another device. It does a great job of removing dirt from the carpet of light. I wish you had an on / off switch.

I bought this since my dd has severe allergies. Heats up quickly and removes hot steam which is what I wanted. The pads bonus is a great idea. The MOP is amazing, asked no questions. It generates steam in 20 seconds (I can 't understand that the review so it took 45 minutes) to build up and cleaned my floor well. My 4 month old baby cereal on the floor, which is a virtual cement, and Steamboy removed in one fell swoop! It leaves me almost dry soil, too (there is a learning curve, however). I don 't worry about my paint and cleaning products with less steam and clean the floor with much cleaner! Just as an aside, I had a bad case of bronchitis and the Dr. recommended inhaling steam bath. The MOP is a bit difficult to push at first, until the key is wet. The handle on the top of the tank allows it. Once I got used to using it, I think he did a great job. I am pleased to have had six posts with it. It is amazing to see how they want to get dirty - so that must mean it's clean!
