The jet jewelry promised to be a great tool for cleaning at home, but only caused frustration and headaches. I bought this from a jeweler and knowned through Amazon and the defective item. There would be full steam ahead. I contacted the seller and they want to send a substitute. It was also replacing defective! The steam escaped over twisting Nowhere is deposited water (water reservoir) Pls time has come for the steam to jewelry, there wasn t 'full steam left! I'm waiting a response from the dealer on my request for refund of any product. Perhaps the merchant sells defective items, but it is highly unusual for two to be dysfunctional. Very upset and was eager to use this item on my engagement ring and other jewelry.

I decided to buy this product based on reviews ', and I love it! I thought that my rings were clean before, but now they shine much more! This vacuum is easy to use. It 's not too great for storage. And if it comes with cleaning tablets, it also cleans on its own initiative. It does not t require any extra cleaning. I 'm very happy to have invested in IT!

I have used cleaners of all kinds since I collect jewelry and wear. The ultrasound Deals type, but you need more. I use to ocassionaly Shark "type portable steamer but it is cumbersome and not very effective on jewelry. The Jewel Jet heat in an unbelievable two minutes or less and then is ready to use. If you will follow directions and soak and clean the jewelry for at couple of minutes while waiting for the jet to heat up, then your jewelry will look as good as when you bought it, if not better. It is so easy to use and operate, takes up little counter space where a bath or in the cabinet, and is very durable and well made. If you own jewelry other than costume jewerly, you really need one of these to get the value from your jewelry. Lynn 's (the seller) is great to deal with as I mistakenly thought that there was a accessory that was missing. It was "hidden " in the box and the staff at Lynn 's was super in talking with me and offering advice on using the other jet. This is a great product and a great seller to deal with items on Jewelry Cleaning.
