I had this carpet cleaner since September 2009 and have used it about six times to clear a four-bedroom house carpeted. I could not believe my eyes when I emptied the dirty water the first time. The power of this machine is incredible. I doubt a professional carpet cleaner could do a better job. The suction power to remove the water is great - carpet was dry in about an hour. The machine I was easy to put together - only two screws to secure the upper handle. It is also easy to move. A word of warning - the suction is very powerful - be careful around rugs, loose, etc.. I know some people have problems with water leaks - my unit does not leak.
