Purchased steam mop it on the line. RDelivered now. Put it together, the handle will not stay on, the water tank does not hold the amount of water is said to it. Mopped it for 10 -15 minutes and had to fill the tank 3 times and change the pad (because it was so wet the floor is not drying) 3 times. Steam never got too hot for me not to put my hands directly on mophead while steaming. Returning to today and the box it states that 'there is a 20% restocking fee. A total rip off. Don 't buy this machine. Do your research before buying. I 'm buying energy-monster mop next and hopefully I'll get a better result.

This product is great if you're using it for the sole center of the track. It is impossible to access corners or under furniture. Ab I return.

I bought this product after seeing the TV commercials and reading the reviews here on Amazon. Unfortunately, this cleanup does not work as shown on TV. It does clean the floor, but leaves a dull look on the wooden floor. After the condensed steam that made the floor sticky. RI felt the regular mop did a better job than this steam cleaner. Not worth the price of everything ... Care

The MOP was defective from the start. The reservoir was emptied in 13 minutes, not 20, it was announced for last. The ground was damp on the left. Customer Service said that there must be a leak and asked me to do diagnostic work and report to them. As I am repairing a steam mop or what? They said they would send a replacement part so I can fix it myself. Never, never said they were sorry and would send a product that worked as advertised.Nothing worse than being sold to Turkey, then told to fix it yourself.

I have this product for about a month and used it several times. I was considering purchasing a steam cleaners designed for heavy-duty carpet tiles which has an attachment, but a friend told me about the Haan. Although it appears to be the opposite (a steam cleaner designed for tile, but with an attachment of carpet), I 'm glad I tried it before making a much greater investment in the other kind. It works very well on the floor, and did a great job on the carpet, too! I lived in my house for 5 years and haven 't have cleaned the carpet until I got the Haan. It does not remove stains, but it is certain to take off and all I had to do was hit them with a cleaner place, scrub a little, and return them with Haan. My carpet looks, feels, and smells good, like the carpet in my van, which had become rather embarrassing. I say it 's ideal for light duty because I don ' t have pets, only two small children, I don 't know how he would do this kind of damage. I 've had this for about 3 months and I love like my house keeper. He and I use it on my porcelain tile, regular tile and carpets. I had my doubts Sun after using it in my kitchen, I found a paper towel on the floor and wait to see the dirt and I did not! It really cleans well and is easy to use. And it's very light!

This is the best money I've spent a long time and would even recommend this product to my mother-in-law .... doesn 't tell the whole story ..... r rFinally, a steam cleaner that works .... Haan Steam Mop I bought 20 two weeks ago. I've used it countless times mankind! The first time I used it I thought it was t 'do anything ... Well, I did the paper towel test. I rubbed the area I just go with the steam mop and the paper towel was white! Then wash the area adjacent to I steam the towel and turned gray. We have a busy house with a dog and a toddler. Clean the lives of all sealed hardwood floors and ceramic tile, and now when my 2 year old running around her white socks are white! It is truly amazing. I feel like an infomercial but I really could not be happier with this purchase. My husband is black shoe polish around for someone to light hardwood floors. Soap and water did not move. I took the steam mop just to try ... shoe polish came up with a run in with the steam mop. WOW! Another advantage is that while changing the diapers regularly floors are completely dry after passing over the area. You are tied to a wall outlet. Not much of a problem as we have many outlets throughout the house. If you're like me you're changing the water in the pan frequently when using a regular sweeping ... so moving a cable around a lot in my book is preferred. R2. You must fill out the mop with 8 ounces of water every 20 minutes or less. A red light illuminates to tell you to fill it. I have to add water about 4 times to make all high traffic areas in my house. R3. Microfiber pads need to be changed regularly. Once the pad is saturated it begins to leave the humidity that persists in the soil. If I use two tablets per 8 oz microfiber. Fill-Up seems to be the perfect balance. I have 6 pads and microfiber that is perfect for my house 1800 square feet. R4. Using the steam mop is a little slower than regular mopping. You don 't just rush the floor mop. You have to move a little slower so you can have time to steam the disorder and then grab the microfiber pad. This adds a little extra time, but totally worth it because there are no chemicals and the floor is completely healthy. Sure wish I had this product when my daughter was crawling. It would have saved time and my back scrubbing floors by hand. R ROH, I have the attachment of the carpet. This is great for sanitizing the carpet, bedding and upholstery. We are an allergic family so it seems to work well for this. Do not use microfiber pads when using this accessory, so I'm not sure it would remove the stains. I have not tested for it ... but I when I have the opportunity.

I had high hopes for this cleanser. I have tile kitchen & entry, but through the rest of the carpet man. I paid $ 150 for the Steamer / carpet cleaner and wait two weeks.
