I bought it but just used a floor mop. I love it ... It does not leave the floor with a clean feeling. Mind you it does not remove the stains immediately set hard ..... do you have to go over it twice or three times. But it cleans my tile and hard wood floors large.

Buy it is well worth the research and costs. I waited to put on a review of this product until I used it a number of times. RLiving in a rural area in the middle of winter boot with much snowy, wet fart Paw prints and four residents in the house, it has prick test. R ri have "tested " lamonate it on my floor, painted concrete and carpeted areas. RThe Craft Haan has worked beautifully for all my hard surfaces and Floorings. Ri am also enjoying the hand held steam attachment and shower doors and rounded corners area 's (Seal the door of the freezer, dishwasher Seals ect.) R Ras review other ' s just my complaint is the length of power cord. RThe craft heat up quickly and by cleaning pads are receiving very efficiantly ground floor. R ri couldnt be happier with my purchase, thank you r RJ.

I bought this system a few months ago because they were moving to a new house. I have two small children and doesn 't want tons of cleaning products around for them to enter and be used around them. I tend to be a fanatic about cleanliness and clean the lot! GH worship scrubbing floors! I have hardwood and cork flooring throughout the downstairs and once you use this on them a surprise! I can do the entire downstairs with a pillow and it doesn 't let Streak. There are two downsides to it though. He won 't stand it upright without leaning against the wall and the cable is too short so you have to get Crafty to figure out how you ' re going to clean up all the stairs. I know I can use an extension cord, but I haven 't done it yet. R rthe portable steam is pretty cool too. I haven 't use all the attachments yet, but once summer gets here, I ' m sure I will. I 've used the small nozzle for cleaning toilets and faucets. It works very well. I 've used the attachment for cleaning upholstery pillows, mattresses, and our Ottomans. I love it. The only drawback is, sometimes when you use it, it puts out a ton of steam and gets kind of crazy things with a dunk. It does take a while to generate steam, but the orange light lets you know when it 's done that is good. I also used to get the wrinkles out of our new shower curtains. Much better than having to iron them and it took about 5 minutes, even having to wait for steam to build. ROverall, I love the whole system and I 'm probably going to buy one for my friend when she moves into her new home!

This machine is very easy to use! We have wood floors and tile in the bathroom. Dust is not only 't enough, and I really don ' t like to use harsh chemicals. Steam cleaners make all feel like it 's really deep down clean. Steam mop the floor to leave the line-free and personal attachment to the ship's hold tightly to clean the area makes a lot easier. Great Product!

I was worried it would damage my hard wood floors, but to my surprise, when works great. I've been cleaning pads will not die so that I can do my entire floor in one day, instead of breaking the cleaning, so far as the pads to get wet and dirty.

Terminated the return of the craft after demoing it on the kitchen floor, sink and faucet. Our house clean, but there are spots in the grout that I like to remove - this is not the tool for doing that. It is absolutely nothing but read it. I also tried to remove a spot from the counter top (maybe grease) three times - the stain persisted, but some water and took it dishsoap off 5seconds. The handheld steamer runs out of steam quickly, making the entire floor in the kitchen will take time. I estimate it takes less than 20s before you need to let it sit and warm again. R RI do not see the kitchen sink or the faucet getting any dirt and all the dirt and calcium deposits remained positive. I don 't think steam is quite hot either the advertised. R rthe thick hair can be a better product, but still just a regular mop and some soap will leave your floor cleaner. We really wanted to like this product has two little babies at home, but it just is not worth the money.

This is definitely one of the best things I ve 'you bought? I have tile floors that are very textured and difficult to clean. With a regular mop / bucket situation all the dirt will flow to the grout & tiles in my just looked dirty anything. Now, thanks to my Haan, both my tile and the grout between the appearance of good as the day I moved in! Plus, my hardwood isn 't wear anymore. It 's sleek and looks good owner. R rthe handheld is magic for cleaning my kitchen and bathroom. I even cleaned my oven in it! So awesome! R rther are just a few things to be aware of before buying: r1. You absolutely need to sweep or vacuum before mopping. The pads won 't pick up crumbs, hair, etc all that ' s just a mop, after all r2. The handheld can get a bit difficult during use, such as the bathroom when you 'trying to clean the top tiles around your tub / shower. A attachment so you can reach higher, but the handheld itself can be serious when you 'trying to lift it over your head. R rOtherwise, I haven 't had a problem.

I got this as a Christmas gift from my mother. My daughter suffers terrible allergies not only for food but for cleaning products. I wanted to try something else to keep skin protected. After the first use of the bathroom I was shocked! The number of cleaning residue from the tub and shower walls that overwellming! I m not 'the best Housekeeper, but when I get on a roll and can do some' cleaning serious. The t shelter 'Haan put in all his rhythm yet, but so far so good. The old pine floor has never looked so good and has been almost no effort on my part. The portable unit, but I have a quick workout in the kitchen - mainly Stove Drip pans using the brush metal followed by a rapid strokes with a wet soap - usually a most difficult task. The granite slab near the stove looks new again as the plot refrigerator door. It 's not magic - rub up steam and need some' elbow grease here and there, but does not move dirt and grease with ease. (As a bonus, it also adds some heat and humidity to dry air during this cold winter we re 'have!) I doubt that ' s use of equipment on a regular basis, but certainly anticipate making good use of these when a thorough cleaning mood strikes. The unit seems well made and substantial, but please read the instructions before use (could be more user-friendly). These tools are not professional, but for the price I find them more than enough for home use. Once I really get the hang of steam cleaning, I 'm sure my old house will look (and smell) much better. I 'm quite happy so far.

We got this in September to clean Hardwood floors, vinyl floors, tile floors, and fresh up the bathrooms. So far, we 'is EXTREMELY Been Pleased with the Upright portion of it. It is easy to handle and doesn 't really take too long to heat up and be ready to roll. The floors Were the cleanest we 'of seen them. The handheld is OK, But it doesn 't hold the steam as much as would be expected. During use, we HAD to take breaks Even When one water using the sound the child up steam Could Regenerate. We will use the handheld Still, But It isn 't something we depend on where.

I wanted the functionality I've seen the ads in Tiburon, where they have a cover that goes on accessories and do it with windows and mirrors. t Amazon Does not it seem that this model of shark, so I tried this. There microfiber pads, but I don 't know what to do with them. They do not fit t 'accessories, and are made to course not. They are just flat pads. I tried folding around him, and that actually worked, but ended up burning my hands several times trying to keep them in place, so I had to leave. I debated whether or not I should buy the handheld steamer with floor craft When what I really needed Was the floor craft for spring cleaning. Wow - I am glad I decided to buy both! I put the little round brush attachment on the handheld steamer, and started cleaning the grout on my tile floor. Let me say just like I do things neat and clean, but the grout on my floor was disgusting. I tried everything I know to clean it without much success. The filth that came out of the grout IS SO obnoxious. That said - It Was also satisfying to know! The one down side is that the handheld will not hold much water, I have 800 square feet. of tile, this is definitely a weekend job. The down side - you will have to wait 3-5 mintues and unplug the craft to refill the water. I used the floor craft to clean up the dirt / trash left behind from the handheld. I love this floor craft! No triggers, not having to push down to create steam - just easy to use - plain and simple! Now - if this craft stands the test of time, I was thrilled! I previously owned a Shark Floor craft - it would take only six months before it puked. The Haan WAY out-performance of Shark by a mile! LOVE IT!

After years of searching for a floor cleaner that is easy to use and not messy I found Haan. I got the luxurious Total Home Cleaning System and I could not be happier. It is easy to use, lightweight and does not saturate the floor with excess steam as my old steam cleaner. Just a tip-first shuttle I am about the floor cleaner because when you first use the steam cleaner on the tile floors in all the residue from previous soaps come up creating a white film. I DID NOT KNOW WHAT THAT makes talking about getting everything out of the tile. It really is. I clean the floor with vinegar and warm water to get all the soap off the floor. Thank goodness that needed to be done once only. It's worth it. Since then my floor is amazing. Can I go to my house with socks and they do not get grungy. I also use the craft on the floor my hardwood floors. For years my cherry floors always shown every foot print and spotted. And over the years began to hate my floor. What I found is it is not my floor, it's the cleaners. Similar tile for the first time you clean the wood may look dull. What I found was that as I continue to clean the floor of the Haan Floor Steam Cleaner my floor not to show all foot prints and smudges. A little cleaning system is great as well. I use it to clean everything from bathrooms, base board, grit and build up in the corners, stainless steel, windows on the track of my sliding glass door. This is awesome also flat stove tops. I love it. Not only is it a good product but I have saved so much money is not buying the cleaners (floor cleaner, wood cleaner, shower cleaner ... etc. This is a savings of about $ 28-35 in a month. I never thought would be easy going green.
