I purchased my Bissell steam mop in about months ago. I 've always struggled with finding a broom that I like THAT ACTUALLY Clean the floor. I had more recently used in Swiffer Wet Jet includes My Vinyl Flooring, hardwood, ceramic tile and carpets. I 'd heard great things about Steam Mops and, in general, has begun to do my research. I like the idea of cleaning my home without harmful chemicals. I decided on this model, both for the great reviews I 'd read and attachment for use on carpets. I use tap water in my mop and have not yet had to change the filter. The two, who came with her broom always wore pads after 1 year of use and must be replaced. I blanched the laundry and that 's probably been more difficult for them. R Ras as comments around the amount of water vapor or steam ... when I get a lot of pushing the trigger. I tend to be trigger happy, but I don 't find that I have the water on the floor of my more than I have with another rag. Within 15 minutes or so, it 's dry. I like being able to reuse the mop pad rather than constantly buying solutions and tablets, as I did with my Swiffer. R rPros: This mop does a great job of cleaning various flooring surfaces. As mentioned, I use it on the old vinyl, hardwood and ceramic tile. Leaves some streaks on both wood and vinyl. However, a clean floor Streaky in my book is better than dirty that I had before using the broom. And it seems to help sweep with the wood grain in hardwoods such as Streaker tend to appear in areas where I 've gone across the grain of the wood. I used liquid waxes on my vinyl flooring and it has done a fantastic job of cleaning up the accumulation of these products. R rCons The rectangular head, he can not do a good job of cleaning close to walls or in corners. They still require the bucket and brush. I've long been a steam mop for a while, so I was thrilled when I got it for $ 50. What a waste of money. RHere 's what I found dissapointing: r Surprisingly heavy and hard to push - and I ' m not whimp. Who is weak, that s uper body (and I don 't) would be a difficult time to have with this. R-obnoxiously short cables. R-It leaves terrible streaks! Both times I did it I had to wipe my hands r and knees to the comic! RI wish I had better be paid on the assessments. If you remember how I did it, 'Oh, it will be good for me to work ' think again.

Very little steam coming out. I thought it was just a defective unit, so took it back to the dealer, I bought and exchanged for the same model. Same problem. It just wants to spit hot water soaks through the pad and makes it impossible to push into the ground. After use, my floor didn 't look or feel cleaner than when I started! ... I bought this brand because I have a carpet shampooer bezel is the best thing I have ever used. I return this to the store and have done a lot of research online and have ordered the IS-35 Steam Mop Haan, hoping this would work better. If this doesn 't work I'll just give up the idea of steam cleaning for now.

I bought it based on brand. I also own a ship Shark. The Bissell does not work well at all. It leaks and left my floor soaked with very little steam. I 'll stick to the Shark.

It is a great product at an attractive price. My wife loves this product, she says, they cut a lot of time out of mopping floors.

This thing is useless, no better than Splashing a bit of water on the floor and pushing with a towel around your foot. Only the pads on this mop are nowhere near as useful as your average junk towel. Its a convenient way to put hot water on the floor and nothing more, total waste of money, in my opinion.

At first, I have the Bissell Steam Mop on a linoleum floor. I had to continually use the steam or the mop was difficult to slide across the floor. What I do to help change the mop pad IS half after the Floor Is Done, and-when I 'm done with everything, I walk on the floor with a towel to get rid of the excess (WHICH IS equivalent to what a mop leaves behind anyway) r2. I would like a steam mop That Has year attachment to clean the grout, the mop pads don 't really clean grout stains MOST r rall in all, I think this Is a great Mop. I haven 't HAD "any standing water from about gold leaking water ... the only water left behind by the Mine is from the steam mop & pads When THEY get really wet. We Had Purchased the Wagner Steam Cleaner Prior to this, and it DID lousy job. Walking on floors after using the Wagner, your white socks Still Turned brown from dirt. With the Bissell, walking on the floors after cleaning your socks Still leaves' em white! Finally, a really clean floor Without HAVING to get on my hands and knees or use "any cleaners! The pros outweigh the cons totally, totally worth the purchase. I would definitely recommend.

I bought this product, and the day after Thanksgiving decided it would be a Christmas present for me. I was so excited to have a steam mop and a good price! However, only took it out of the box and went to use it after assembling it. The water began to shoot at the side of the mop! Well, I called customer service and were not t 'help at all. The first person who could 't even understand. All I could do from that There was something blocking and I had to disassemble the mop. Well, what happened to the duties to my husband and again I called and spoke with someone "could understand. They kept going on and be about it being clogged or dirty filter. This is the second Bissell Steam Mop I 've Owned. I did a lot of research so I know the pros and cons of all that is beautiful "are out there. I 've had 30 + years of cleaning floors cleaning wood floors and nothing beats the old way - with elbow grease and twisting MOP. But, I don 't like using a twist MOP. It's uncomfortable ' s and now I 've have small children, I want to clean up and convenience. A vapor That gives MOP me and it doesn 't take more space than a regular MOP. R rthe key to getting clean, floors streak is free to change the keyboard often (you need ' ll buy extra cushions if you have a lot of walking like me) and lay off the steam button. If you hold the button down too much, 'll just saturate the pad and you ' ll just move the water around. You also need to vacuum the floors before MOP (We hope this event We Pls MOP). Steam MOP will pickup pad dust, but it won t 'catch the sandy material. Also, if it ' s been a while since the ground has been steam cleaned or used other products on the floor, he goes from an exam just before the waste leaves. We vacuum and steam MOP quite regularly and we are very happy with the results. Pls help I can always count the floors were mopped. They actually feel and look good. R rSome of the things that I think could be improved are the pads. Next time I need to buy new pads, I just wanted to buy some microfiber pads and attach them to the MOP for Velcro. It 'll be cheaper and I think the results are so good. The cushions are just ok for $ 100 and we deserve something better or more of them. (BTW you wash them Pls, don ' t put any fabric softener or dryer sheets with them, 'll reduce the absorbance until you wash it off the block). I was so excited to get this ... and talk my husband into giving it to me now instead of waiting for Christmas. I love the idea of this product but it did not meet my expectations. Now ... I do not use gold swiffers Mops. I do the old fashion scrubbing on my hands and Knees, Mop Bucket, Brush and Scrub. I did the whole house with this machine and the pad was still not dirty ... now I know I am clean but not that clean. So .. Got a white towel and ran it under hot water (not clean) and went over a few useful way for the entry. Yep, the towel was dirty! Now, It May Have Been Sanitized claim like it, but I do not what my dirty socks after I just mopped! I am not impress with the Bissell ... But then again my standards may be different than many. On another note ... i did press the trigger the whole time I mopped. The floors did not dry instantly but didn 't take long to dry. The only reason I am returning this is due to the fact that my floors are still dirty. What is the point in this machine when mopping with plain hot water and a rag will get better results. I am not giving up on this idea though, and may try the Shark or Haan. The Bissell is just not for me.

I was happy to use this, the 'Black Friday was a big deal, however, let off too much water on the floor. It 's a good idea, but I think Bissell needs to improve their product. Just recently purchased the Bissell 3 in 1 steam mop after much research. The Bissell Steam Mop Deluxe is awesome! It is very easy to assemble and easy to use. This product is heated very quickly, maybe a minute or less. I have two floors of ceramic tile and hardwood floors. Both turned out beautifully clean. I did not 'have a problem with excess water then either. The pads can be washed in the washing machine and reuse next time. This product has made cleaning my floors faster and easier. I recommend it to everyone!

I just bought the Bissell Steam Mop Elite yesterday. I currently have a Europro, the fist that is fragile, so I decided to splurge on the Bissell, it is much more than the Europro Shark Sturdy goal which is a disappointment. R machine rthe itself is only a thin and well made goal pads that cam with the two items are simply terrible. I just got it today and mop You probably end up on late night infomercials selling items. It 's such a huge improvement from what I ' d Been using before, Which Was the Swiffer Wet Jet. I have a fairly large kitchen, with light ceramic tile. Trying out my back is hard to get stains out, and basically, if I wanted it very clean, would end up on my knees scrubbing away. We had a thanksgiving dinner for 20 + years last night, and I had made one sweep my floors cleaner than they 've Been since we moved in (over a year ago.) I ' 'm incredibly pleased with the ease and effectiveness of this rub, I would recommend it to anyone!

After hearing about steam mop wonderful things from my friends, I starting doing research on them. I was eager to remove my Swiffer, which, as a mop, was better than nothing, but it's my bacon dark wood floors left and I felt like I just push the dirt around the tiles in my kitchen was. I borrowed my neighbor 's Shark and after use, even knew that I want to wipe another. I was excited to see this new model of Bissell closer, as I had a Bissell or Eureka Enviro-Steam. Since I used distilled water it will extend the life of the filter it comes with. The pads are easy to attach and significant business and remain in force, while wiping applications. The unit took a little while to warm up but you have an indicator light to tell you when it is finished. In use, I looked hot steam pouring Which was great. The floors remained wet for a while after use, but as What Happens When You MOP with a stick. I think I must have been so trigger happy I 't won hit the steam button so much next time try to spread the steam in a little bit better. I have the dry hardwoods After I used it as a precautionary measure and that was good.
