Stick Vacs and examined both before settling on this one. I was a little nervous because there were no comments yet, so I had no idea what to expect .... but I don 't be happier. This works very well. He has such a strong desire ... almost as much as my regular vacuum. On the box it shows a picture of the lifting part empty hand in the room of 2x4 Lumber. I don 've tried, but I have no doubt that it would work! R Rafter reading all other reviews, I knew I wanted wired empty because it seems like most CORDLESS missed juice after 15min. Moreover, it seemed that people also complained that the waves of the battery didn 't have strong suction. I also wanted crevice tool and / or hand attachment place, what has happened. R rBasically is like getting a stick and a Dust Buster vac in one. The Helping Hand Vac detach easily from the vertical part and also comes with a brush and a crevice adapter. Very handy. And all have wooden floors so I don 't need a blank sheet. I also have pets and a young child when I ve 'Always Got Dust Bunnies and Cheerios on the floor. Sweeping doesn 't get the dog fur. This vac never filled. It weighs less than 5 pounds and the cord is super long. There is a hook hanging from the handle and I hung on a nail right in my broom closet ... It stores up easy and enjoyable. R RSO I love it. For those who do research, here are the details: r rPros - rCorded - and the powerful do not need to worry about losing battery to charge. Light rVery (£ 4.5 says the box) rDetachable hand vac with two tools, crevice and brush. Ideal for the car. RBagless - very easy to empty cup. RFilter is washable and easy access. GERN for wood / tile / vinyl floors. This will almost replace my Broom. Dust bunnies no more! RGentle on wooden floor - I poured through pine floors that are really easy to zero. This isn 't leave a mark. GERN for stairs. RRS large swivel head making it very easy to move the feet of chairs, tables, curves, etc.. It moves very easily. RLooks pretty cool! R ri have to really think about cones. These are things that Don 't really bother me, but I thought I ' d pass the info along for those who have different criteria. R RNO brush roller. - I don 't have a carpet so I don ' t really tell how it will work there. There is no brush roller but it is so powerful that I 'm sure he would pick up things on the surface of a carpet.C 'is not a replacement for a vacuum cleaner. RNO where empty storage for two attachments. - Not a huge deal, but it would be nice. RDoesn 't stand on it ' s own. - Kind of a pain, but it hangs easily from a single nail or hook. RLoud. - If you are looking for something very quiet, this isn 't it It 's powerful sound c ' est fort. Not as loud as a vacuum cleaner, but not much less either. RDoesn 'have a super thin profile. - If you are looking for a stick vac that can completely slip under your bed, this probably isn 't it. The vacuum cleaner can cause flat ground, but the portion with bare hands, it is a bit high. Only the head is under my sofa, which is good for me as I 'm more likely to move my couch to vacuum underneath. R ron a side note, when you get this first, you must attach the handle of the main unit. It just snaps into place, however MAKE SURE you put the right way so that the handle is facing back toward you. I thought it was threaded (like a screw), so I don 'not pay attention and attached the handle the wrong way. Once it starts up, you can 't take it out. I had to unscrew the back panel (about 10 screws) to remove and then reattach the handle. More pain and there was no warning in this direction. It only says "Do not overtighten " and so I assumed it was a thread that could be adjusted. Once you attach the handle, you don 't have to worry about it. R rDefinitely recommend!..
