I bought it as a gift for my daughter, and she loves it! Unfortunately, it developed a "clunking " noise in a few weeks, and discovered that he had a metal piece that is Bent. To make a long story short, Mr Vac & Mrs Sew took care of the problem with amazing speed, and the vacuum is now fixed. R daughter rMy loves this vacuum, not just how well it works but also how quiet it is. When I need a new vacuum (which will probably be sooner rather than later!) Will I buy it from the vacuum that it sells. R rThis is a good reminder to always check a product right out of the box - turn it upside down and look under - to make sure no damage.
