In a few months back, hesitating purchased (directly from Amazon), the Euro-Pro Shark Steam Mop version pocket with 2 heads and 4 pads microfiber pocket ... but I am so happy to have done so. I LOVE this Steam Mop. I have hardwood floors and tile throughout my house and have been almost impossible to clean (as evidenced by my children "not-so-sock white background.) Anyway, I had been researching all the steam 'trying to find that several mop "perfect " sweep miracles. I thought we had decided on other, but then (though changing channels) saw the infomercial for this mop. seemed to be exactly what I was looking for. As with most infomercials, I was very skeptical that the product really do what they wanted to do. Fortunately, gave the leap of faith and bought a Amazon.com. I could not be happier with this mop. really steamed (very) rough and receives all the accumulated dirt and grime from the floor. r RI ODI cleaning floors! I 'm more of a carpet person, so tell me I love this product is absolutely incredible. I had a FLOORMATE Hoover (I bought 7 years ago), but it was a great effort to clean up after ... And there was only the debuggers brush (so it didn ' t really clean floors) and was required at the Hoover special (which was ruined mines using Pine Sol ... it specifically says no use). Then I moved to cheaper (although, after not really buy all the disposable pads and cleaner) Swiffer Wet Jet was fine for quick cleaning businesses, if my flat was pretty clean already started. But I never Swiffer Wet Jet cleaning flats. It was very frustrating to spend time and money cleaning up dirty sock and then see the funds (which meant the apartments were not 't really clean). r rPLEASE NOTE: There are two (2) Version Model Crawl latest version of steam ... Purple has 2 heads (rectangle and triangle) with 5 PADS (2 rectangle, triangle, 2 1 plume purple) and silver / metallic version has 3 heads (XL Rectangle, rectangle and Triange) and 4 PADS (1 Rectangle XL, 1 rectangle, 1 triangle, 1 purple plume). Both are sailing the carpet. Kit XL, as well as extra pads can be purchased separately . I bought mine at Newegg. r rthe things like the Euro Pro Shark Steam Mop pocket are ... R1. It has a long 30ft. cordon because they are connected and disconnected constantly, R2. Have strong / thick machine washable Microfiber / two sided reusable pads (all stains Don 't leave, but have remained very good at washing), R3. It has a large water tank, which which are not constantly re-fill the tank, R4. It has a swivel head (NO 3 different sizes / shapes) that turns on both sides of cleaning R5.In fact, while the steam cleaning and R6 are built on the ground floor, . Clean without chemicals ANY ... only tap water (I prefer to use hot water), R7. Heated rapidly (less than a minute left ... although overall heat for 5 minutes). R rThings you should know ... R1. As with remnants must vacuuming or sweeping before steam balances (while doing so MOP is warming). R2. Filling with hot water worked better for me. R3. PUMP / MOP the first about 10 times before beginning balances (this is accomplished is really going on STEAM). R4. Make sure you have at least 2 tablets (4-sided cleaning), especially if the floors are dirty. R5. Do not continue using the same platform once it is dirty side (I know, the bottom of verification on the fly), or the floors must be cleaned and not look fat when dried. R6. I Don 't * * this mop that really does not really heat up enough to clean (I ' m sure if any of them do), but spray jet and a little vinegar and wipe the floor I like this happens it appears to work. R7. The steam mop is made of hard plastic, so that "I am not sure how well the handle itself lasted over time with repeated bombaments, etc.. I 'I noticed many reviewers commenting on a broken handle. I I would say that there is much truth in this ... because the manufacturer sells JUST the handle for ~ 30 dollars as part "replace " on their website ... and personally I think it is a strange "replacement "paragraph (so should have plenty of mangoes last minute). However, I have not found anything that does the work of the mop. r rOverall I am very happy with this mop! In fact, Don 't mind (as much) to clean the floors now ... because they really get clean! ....
