The story begins in 1907 Hoover Murray Spangler, who worked nights as a janitor an inventor, he had a problem with asthma. Invited the inventor's creativity to find a solution to the dust that aggravates asthma as he swept the night. Spangler gathered a tin soap box, a fan, a sateen pillowcase and a broom handle, and assembled a strange appearance, cumbersome contraption that managed to pull off the dust from the air we breathe. He understood immediately that this vacuum sweeper, as he called it, had enormous sales potential, and he began seeking financial support. Boss WH Hoover, owner of a shop selling leather goods production, bought the patent of Spangler in 1908, kept him as a partner, and soon had six employees assembling six units a day in a corner of the leather shop. Now that is a humble beginning.
